I live within chicago I was wondering if cops hold the right of way to curse at you ??? Shut the **** up, Get the **** 2 work ... if a cop tell me to wright a paper that something will be done a consistent time and day and i hold to sign it with my given name do i have to ??? within other words what are my rights here in chicago illinois somethings i can do and influence to them not let them boss me around in recent times because they are cops

Federal prison?

has anyone ever be in federal prison? or work at hand or something?? i have a friend who is going to be going here and they are really scared. what is it close to? i said all of them are probably different, because i hold a family relative that have been within prison but that was state.. i hear they are different, so i said i dont really know but i would resembling to them to go arts school and make somehting out of this. but i required to make them get the impression better about going, but im not sure how it is or what they do? what do they get hold of out of this?

You're right, it really depends on the specific prison they are head to. There are different security level, so I'd need to know that to bequeath you some idea of what it could be approaching.

I had a friend who did some time surrounded by a minimum security prison surrounded by CO. He never had any problems beside being raped or vanquish up. He earned a 2-year point in marketing plus have some sort of training to be an HVAC technician. If you do not have a dignified school diploma, you can work towards your GED.

They are all different, but they arent as startling as they sound. They can be if you tolerate it. your friend has to be on the bubble, be respectful, and do what he needs to do to attain by. If they get within with a apt crew (christians, or hard workers, soemthing approaching that) then they will be ok. relay your friend to just examine his back and dont permit his temper win the best of him. Answers: I sorta did, not sure if it counts as civil disobedience or not but when I be a Sheriff's Deputy there be a case where on earth a guy (defendant) was getting a rare deal and I testify (in uniform) for the defense and even spoke out against the States Attorney during my testimony (called him a worthless peice of crap who be trying to look good to the voters at the defendant's expense.)

I took a 5 hours of daylight rip (suspension) for the testimony against sheriff's directive and a 5 daytime rip for my outburst in court as capably as about 9 hours contained by a holding cell (in uniform lol) for contempt of court charges that were dropped. Kind of tanked my promotion likelihood on the job, but it be the right thing to do. I united law enforcement to serve the community and I didnt be aware of the community was mortal served by screwing this guy over
