Answers: In this FREE country "The USA" we own many inalienable rights some of which are the right to preserve and bear arms the right to the pursuit of welfare, the right to free speech and oh yea,,, The right to have children (This ain't China)

With those rights come responsibilities we hold the responsibility not to shoot innocents, we have the responsibility not to wound others in our pursuit of welfare, we have the responsibility to relay the truth (at least beneath oath) and we have the responsibility to backside our own children.

Plain and Simple... Requiring an employer to pay for childcare is illegal/wrong/silly However within a democracy it would behoove some employers to do so and I cheer it when it is appropriate.

The gov't. has no buisness relating someone what benefits to offer. Employers must settle up a min. wage and have overtime and sanctuary requirements. That should be the limit of gov't. involvment.
