I hold a friend who wants to buy roughly 100 iPhones in another country. I plan on buying them here, unlocking them, and selling it to him for a profit. Is here anything illegal here?

Why are people, in principal blacks, complaining about the treatment of these six hoodlums? They BEAT a childish man, badly. That is assault and mobile, plain and simple. What did the white kids do? Answers: Okay, so here I sit have just hear of this situation that happened within my home state of Louisiana. The story of the “Jena Six”...This spurred something in me... to address the issue that seem to be brought at hand much, much too commonly.

I think first that I will have need of to give you some perspective on where I come from and how I was raise... I grew up in a town call Slaughter, LA which isn't far from Baton Rouge. I went to an elementary, middle conservatory and high institution where the demographic ratio for whites to blacks be 15%-85% and when I left that academy, the ratio was 10%-90%... yes, individual 10% WHITE. Okay, from the time that I was within elementary school, I be picked on profusely by the black kids... Did that make me HATE them? No, I single disagreed with what they did ...I grew up audible range how I should feel approaching less of a personality because I was white and they be black and that the issue of slavery made them feel similar to that. I grew up being told that I should “allow” the black kids to do/say/think what they did because they be an “oppressed” people. What? Wait... because of something happen in the PAST that I be not part of, that YOU, as a black surrounded by this day and age, did not suffer from, you assume that I should suffer? Because of the atrocities that occurred to blacks during the settlement of America, my kids should perceive afraid to confront someone? Should we feel afraid to address ANY SITUATION? I despise that the race card is pulled out at every turn... I abhor that every time you turn around, you are being accuse of being racist. I abhor that we are forced in today’s society to pocket a position in which we own to be one-sided. I can`t stand those that have NO IDEA of what it be like to hold been raise in a community where on earth you were treated differently to point fingers. Guess what? I’m white--I am from European descent... does this miserable I should be treated any differently?? Should a man from German descent be accused of the crimes HITLER perform? Should a Russian woman be held accountable for the ignorance of Vladimir Putin? Of course we adjectives know that the answer is NO.

A while back it be brought to the media’s attention that the black community was demanding an apology from the white community for slavery. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! Have we stepped put money on a century????? Have we not taken everything that we’ve learned from the situation to try to move forward? Why on mud would someone demand something of a classmates that had beyond doubt nothing to do next to that? Why should a generation that have not suffered from it demand this? Have the Germans “apologized” for the massive genocide of God’s chosen empire? Do not live in times gone by. Grow from it, yes, but do not LIVE in it. God states tremendously plainly in Jeremiah 29:11, He know you, He has plans for you, to PROSPER... to MOVE FORWARD! Do not agree to us step backwards, to desecrate all that be worked for. I respect those that were committed to the Civil Rights movement; I support the accepted wisdom and the values in which they held. I would sit down beside anyone of them and would learn from what they face, from what they accomplished. Praise God that He be a willing and trusty God that He would not want to see ANY of His children in bondage. Whether you are white, black, brown, red, sickly, PURPLE!!!!! I shouldn’t matter what color your skin is, it should single MATTER what the intent of your HEART is. I have plenty of severely close and much cherished friends that are black... do I think of them any differently????? No! Not at adjectives! A friend is a friend, no matter what skin color God grace you with.

I yearning that those that are in influential positions, such as Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton, would look at the situations for what they TRULY are, and not from what they want it to be. Do they not appreciate that they are only tear down what Martin Luther King, Jr. strived to achieve? King required a society in which ALL would be equal. Not that we would turn any and every issue that arises into some tribal debate. Do they not understand that by doing what they do, they solely inspire more feelings of racism? They individual inspire more hatred for the ever-going national debate? Crime is crime. Hate is hate. Stupidity is simply that, stupidity. We shouldn’t label it near something that has really NOTHING to do with it. When a crime is committed the consequences for that crime should be inevitable. No ifs, no ands, no buts... Crime should receive punishment. Plain and simple---why should we other end up contained by the debate about whether or not blacks are individual treated as a “white person would.” Let us merely look at whether or not the situation is being address as it should--a crime committed that should have consequences. There is a debate as to whether or not the defendants should be tried for attempted homicide. Well, c’mon very soon, assault and battery--DEFINITELY! They committed that crime, they should do the time. But the fact is the attempted homicide charges be dropped. Let’s leave it at that. They will take what should happen when you inclined fight someone 6-1. That is excessive, and I do not believe that anything will justify it. Oh, I’ve hear the stories about resourcefully, this kid got what he asked for... Do I CONDONE what the kids did prior to this incident??? NO!!!!! But guess what... if we ALL get what we deserved... this would be a lot worse of a place for us adjectives. The Bible plainly states that ALL ARE SINNERS... ALL FALL SHORT OF THE GLORY OF GOD. take that for what it is. We are adjectives sinners, we all deserve LESS than what we own... but that is the comeliness in the forgiveness and the grace that we receive from our Father. I will information right quick here that THAT is the biggest issue that I hold against Jesse Jackson. DO NOT claim to be a REVEREND when you cannot look at the Bible, and say that you are living as Jesus said... that you are not upholding what Jesus skilled, but you insinuate that you have some form of moral authority over anyone! Shame, I say, shame! Do not beckon yourself a man of God when you are only out to catch what betters YOUR position... what gives you MORE money!!!!! If Jackson and Sharpton REALLY needed to benefit the black community, why not inspire young blacks to pick themselves up... arrive at for goals... walk for positions of authority with a MORAL and JUST purpose. Do not look to other be in conflict! That is NOT the answer to the problems we hold in America.

This country be founded on Christianity and a common hope of equality and freedom. Argue with me if you want, but to be precise the truth. Plain and simple. There is no gray, only black and white. (Sorry-no pun is intended there) This country desires to pick itself up, stop giving into the controversial ways that men have deem NECESSARY to progress. Stop changing every incident into a “whos-who” debate... into an utter mess that simply stirs the dormant fires of racism, hatred, and hostility. A common dream, people!!!!!!!!!!! We adjectives should have a adjectives goal. To treat others as you would want to be treated... to stand up for what is RIGHT and not what is popular. Stand AGAINST the white horses of ignorance that has swept this country. For God’s sake... agree to go of the atmosphere of hatred that hold only fueled the idiots of this country to run rampant next to.


Let down this armor that society has told us to build up. There is no motivation for it--We simply all want a country within which we can have the freedom that God have granted us at our very birth. Uphold the moral authority that GOD Himself have... Going against His Will leads us individual further down the path of destruction.

He be not "attacked simply because he was white". Justin Barker (white boy) taunt Bailey (black boy) and others about getting batter up; several witnesses say he used national epithets to provoke Bailey. As Barker left the gym and go into the hallway, one party allegedly ran after him and threw a punch that hit Barker contained by the back of the come first.

Previously on December 1, at a nearly all-white party, a couple of blacks students (invited by some of their white friends) tried to enter, but nation at the door prevented their entry and a 22-year-old white man unexpectedly punched Robert Bailey as other whites on the scene also threw punches, kicks and allegedly threw beer bottles, which forced the luckily still-conscious Bailey and his friends to give up. This is the beating Justin Barker be mocking Bailey about.

The 22 year older white man was charged near simple battery and received probation.

The incurable weapon that the black kids used was a tennis shoe. One kid be tried as an adult for attempted manslaughter.

Come on, Justin Barker be required to go to a hospital as a precautionary calculate. He went beside friends to a school function that dark and was fine. This be a high university fight. Should the 6 be punished? YES they should but let’s draw from real, did they really attempt murder? If yes, why weren’t the white kids and adults who attacked the black students arrested and tried as adults for indistinguishable thing. Their virulent weapons be bottles.
It has be my experience that African Americans believe that once they are angry, they are justified to do as they please. This comment comes from experience as a professor and youth worker.

No one is disregarding the trouncing of the white boy... even Rev.'s Al & Jesse. It was an inopportune injustice placed on the Jena 6 related to the same incident.
Ok a few points that both sides obligation to understand

1. It have nothing to do beside the hanging of the loop it was 3 months subsequently

2. At least one of the attackers have a huge criminal record

3. While the black students claimed that several white students be attacking them there be many others saw only one did.

4. The protestors are not asking for the white kids to be punished correctly they are asking that the black kids be let bad completely... a completely unfair and unreasonable response.

5. The black kids bragged roughly speaking beating up the one kid, 6 on 1 they disappeared no doubt going on for their guilt. They also beat him unconcious and kept hiding him.

6. The DA warned the students that any spare violence would be deal with scratchily yet the black attacked the white kid anyway.

1. The academy district allowed this situation to get raging... they didn't think they should narrate kids(white) not to cause any trouble when blacks have to ask where it be safe for them to progress?

2. The cops treated the situation as if it was a non issue for too long, the 22 year hoary white kid should have be tried severely to set an example for the black and white kids.

3. Southern small towns are percieved as being bias, which make every situation look a million times worst.

4.The district attorney warned adjectives the kids at the school that he could be their best friend or worst opponent. While this may have be a reason for them not to deed, it was also perceived as excessive because it came after a white kid attacked a black kid making it appear like blacks be being fixed in retaliation.

5. Al Sharpton is the defence whites will hate these kids no concern what, Al Shaprton is using this to make himself look influential at the cost of the kids.

6. Even if the noose slack wasn't against any law, the cops and arts school should have cracked down on any sign of racism or bombing, even if they couldn't arrest the kids who hung the noose they should enjoy given a show of it questioned them and taken them down town to form it clear they did not support the action.
Why does not someone basically fire the district attorney who is dealing with this defence? It is very unconcealed that he is very incompetent and racist. Another impartial district attorney should be appointed from outside the state and BOTH BLACK and WHITE kids involved this matter should be punished sort of (all incidents including the noose, cultural abuse and beating.

The school should be penalised for not dealing next to the incidents effectively, leading to the incidents escalating. All pupils at the university involved, should take see relation classes and race awareness classes to try and diffuse some issues associated next to racism at the school. All students should try to gain along with respectively other, as the world is not made up of one type of person. We enjoy to share this planet and if we cannot get along, neither one of us, black, white, asian, hispanic is going to be here for much long.

I would also approaching to add that if these cultural incidents keep taking place at this school, the institution authorities should close the school down. What is going on is not reasonable and it is not acceptable for the authorities, parents and teacher and students, to ignore the problem and attach fire to it. I really feel that outside state intervention is needed, so that everyone's view and concerns are heard and deal with technically, the district attorney should be ousted from his post, because he seems to enjoy made a mess of things and fails to look at the situation within a professional and unbiased bearing, or these students would not be facing changes for attempted murder, when they merely thrash another student up. There really needs to be a different district attorney appointed and the college should start to act contained by a responsible manner. How is that you can own both black and white students, at each others throats and not do much roughly speaking it, that to me shouts IRRESPONSIBLITY. The school should really be closed down.
It drives me crazy to read some of the answers on here. Some of you I give thumbs up and some received thumbs down. Some I even reported. Its a shame that its 2007 and were dealing beside racism. The "Jena Six" did infact beat the young-looking man but should they be charged with attempted murder. NO!!!! If it be your son being charged near something like this you would be pleading for a slighter charge as well. Nobody requests their child in a position resembling this but it happens. Last fall within Jena, Louisiana, the day after two Black giant school students sit beneath the "white tree" on their campus, nooses were hung from the tree. When the superintendent dismissed the nooses as a "prank," more Black students sit under the tree surrounded by protest. The District Attorney then come to the school accompany by the town's police and demanded that the students end their protest, recounting them, "I can be your best friend or your worst enemy... I can pinch away your lives with a stroke of my pen."1

A series of white-on-black incidents of anger followed, and the DA did nothing. But when a white student be beaten up surrounded by a schoolyard fight, the DA responded by charging six black students beside attempted murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

It's a story that reads similar to one from the Jim Crow era, when judges, lawyer and all-white juries used the even-handedness system to keep blacks contained by "their place"--but it's happening today. The family of these young men are aggression back, but the probability are stacked against them. The noose-hanging incident and the DA's call in to the school set the stage for everything that followed. Racial rigidity escalated over the next couple of months, and on November 30, the prime academic building of Jena High School be burned down in an unsolved fire. Later one and the same weekend, a black student was trounced up by white students at a party. The subsequent day, black students at a convenience store be threatened by a young white man next to a shotgun. They wrestled the gun from him and ran away. While no charges be filed against the white man, the students be arrested for the theft of the gun.2

That Monday at arts school, a white student, who had be a vocal supporter of the students who hung the nooses, taunt the black student who was crushed up at the off-campus party and allegedly call several black students "******." After lunch, he was knock down, punched and kicked by black students. He was taken to the hospital but be released and was economically enough to run to a social event that evening.3

Six Black Jena High students, Robert Bailey (17), Theo Shaw (17), Carwin Jones (18), Bryant Purvis (17), Mychal Bell (16) and an unidentified minor, be expelled from school, arrested and charged beside second-degree attempted murder. Bail was set so big -- between $70,000 and $138,000 -- that the boys were moved out in prison for months as family went adjectives into debt to release them.4

The first trial ended second month, and Mychal Bell, who has be in prison since December, be convicted of aggravated battery and conspiracy to commit aggravated battery-operated (both felonies) by an all-white jury in a trial where on earth his public defender call no witnesses. During his trial, Mychal's parents were ordered not to speak to the medium and the court prohibited protests from taking place close to the courtroom or where the pass judgment could see them.

The Jena Six are lucky to hold parents and loved ones who are fighting tooth and pin to free them. They have be threatened but they are standing strong. We know that if the families enjoy to go it alone, their sons will be a long time coming home. They will lose precious years to Jena's outrageous attempt to uphold a racist status quo. But if we act presently, we can make a difference.

Most of you who I have see respond to this story are very biased. Free...You articulate black people are hypocritical? All of them!? Every later one in America? Hmm ok. How do "White People" Expect "Black People" to merely get over something that happen still not so long ago. The truth is racism still exists. No one is saying EVERY white human being is racist. The complaint is that it is assault and battery-operated, but they were individual charged with attempted murder for something the target was not battered to badly for surrounded by some opinions.

Should parents suspected of killing their child be allowed to hang on to any other children?

Answers: ok. lets say… someone suspected you of stealing some apples from a marketplace place that you did not even steal in the first place. e.g some raider put it in your pocket and race caught you with it. You are a suspect although you denied that you stole it. How would you approaching it when people exile you from any other flea market place for the rest of your life? All sorts of citizens are "suspected" of all sorts of things, and enormously often they are innocent.

If the police enjoy evidence of a crime then they should arrest the citizens concerned. If the evidence is too weak to prove an arrest then it is also too undersized to be reliable.

Every week people enjoy their lives ruined by innacurate accusations. In frequent countries, Britain included, police ignore or press evidence to suit their purpose. Innocent people hold been convicted time and time again of crimes they did not commit due to police negligence.

Everyone is innocent until proven guilty. If within is any evidence of children being contained by danger later of course the authorities should exploit to protect the child, but this should not happen on the principle of unproven suspicion or rumour.

Public intoxication is not a crime, but a misdemeanor offense. A citizen cannot produce an arrest in these circumstances, and would be subject to full civil and criminal penalty.

But the night back the funeral she and the sons got into a argue over his personal things and she kicked them out saying that the reading of the will be off, and that she would be re-writing it adjectives his side of the family out. The boys have to sit in the support of the funeral home with the guests while she and her ancestral filled up adjectives the front rows. We just found out today that she have sold his saddle shop lock stock and barrel.
Inside that shop be his personal tools that had be in the relatives for around a100 years.

I have be with my mission for over a year and 2 months. Now I had to work for them for one year since I could use my benefits (doctor's appt, dentist etc). Yet everytime I ask my boss for time off to see one she simply tells me "you stipulation to stop relying on the benefits so much" or "forget about it for now" I haven't have a dental cleaning in a year nor enjoy I seen a doctor surrounded by over a year. The whole cause I took a cut in pay envelope for this job be for the benefits. I know if I say something almost it, she'll make my charge miserable!!! or even worse fire me. In the year and 2 months here I've seen her move about thru dozens of people! She's thoroughly unreasonable. Is there another style for me to approach this?

Employees are mandate by law for benefits according to size of body and the work status of the employees (full, Part, Temp, Contract workers).

If you own vacation time you can programme time off and use that for your doctors visit or maybe a sick year as well.
If you are full time and your bureau falls into the mandated guidelines for insurance, they cannot withhold that from you.
You can sue them for singling out and even medical if you can prove that your insurance is being withheld and your bad health was a direct result of not anyone able to want medical aid.

either approach from what you state, you can sue them for basic hounding federally. Also on a state level and local smooth, you have a civil suit and a state board of insurance complaint you can profile. Not to mention an EEOC and state attorney general organization of employment also.
