Regardless, you DON'T report a 'deceased beat' parent. When child support is set up, it goes through the courts. The parent that owes the child support pays it to the state. That's how they hold on to track of who is paying and who is not. The state, in turn, issues the return to the parent with custody of the children. If a expense is missed, a warrant is automatticly issued for that person's arrest.
If she is truly a 'dead beat' mom, she will already own an outstanding warrant. All you have to do is send for the cops and report this. Chances are...nothing will be done. Michigan would own to transport her back to the state to facade a judge, and late beat parents are low on the index of priorities. Great system, eh?

People are normally under the dint that someone who receives welfare receive it for a lifetime. That isn't true. There is a time limit. Although the statistics normally remain about like peas in a pod, they are not the same society year after year living in poverty and delivery welfare.

But also consider that we call 5% severance 'full employment'. When unemployment falls below 5% the Fed raise interest rates to 'cool down' the economy. Corporations are merely doing matching thing near labor. For instance, the telemarketing industry and tech support is booming in India. How is any different than selling a toy that be made in China? In both cases, the profit go overseas.
Third, you are assuming that the citizens have a choice. We don't. We don't control our elected leaders. They follow the money. Corporate donations are the common sense why they get elected. Without these donations, they couldn't compete near canididates that accept big, special interest money.
You might ring me a 'conspiracy boy', but the truth is SO obvious. The American inhabitants DO NOT control this country. Money controls this country. I hear from another assosicate that very soon they are going to enjoy some people come within to take them for a drug audition and take associates to get tested and not even report anyone, is this threat real or not. I of late passed a test to grasp a secound job and do not want to enjoy to do another one. Right after the test I smoked a few joint and just ultimate week I smoked 3 blunts and 6 joints, not even audible range of this awful news. I told her I did salvia so I don`t know she suspect me of doing drugs and this is her way of trying to acquire me to quite. I also am unsure I she would own heard roughly speaking this news, should I by detox to verbs my system or ingore what she said. The detox is what made me pass my other drug examination.I am also in the Union, can I call for my Union and they can stop the random drug oral exam, I was never hurt or injured on my drug testing.
Could I maybe hire a wearing clothes attorney to get my out of a all over the place drug test.
