I've been ripped past its sell-by date by a limo company, what should i do?
me and 9 of my friends payed a total of lb295 for a baby Bentley limousine near Lambo doors, to pick us up from my house for an hours drive before dropping us rotten at our school prom. however, the limo poor to show up on time, it be scheduled to arrive at 6:30 pm but be actually 40 mins postponed. when the limo guy finally arrived we quickly set stale and he took us straight to the prom so we wouldnt be late. overall we finished up with a 10 minute ride for lb295. after numerous occasion of ringing the company they eventually had the cheek to send regrets to give us a return of any kind and also told us to stop ringing them. i presently have 9 freinds and myself wanting near money back, and i am unsure on how to do this. anyone own any ideas?BTW the company i ordered the limo from is call brasco limos, i believe they operate in primarily the derbyshire area and possibly the unbroken of the east midlands. i strongly recommend you avoid them at all costs, they are unprofessional, rude and on ocasion lied

But, be prepared to testify within court about your shabby treatment by this limo company. No, capitol punishment is NOT the answer. In America inhabitants think it is the answer, and does that oblige the cause? No.
Crimes contained by America are still the same, nearby are still murders but there are also general public still being tried for crimes they didn't commit. This have been impossible to tell apart for years, as there hold been cases which own been quash years after the person be put to death. Yes, oodles see it as being in recent times punishment for vicious killers etc, but cases can be blown out of proportion. I'm be one of the many millions of citizens who would have loved to hold kicked the almightly crap out of that lowlife ian huntley, but doing so doesn't help contained by the end. We enjoy to look at the root causes of such crimes and try to engender sure it doesn't happend again. Yes, its easier said than done, as many promises own been made that hold come to no fruition, but that doesn't mean we cannot try.

Do I have an ADA suitcase?
My 32 year old son lives contained by Denver. He is profoundly deaf. He works for a printing company. He hired on as a driver. He's a great worker and his boss loves him. He has literary additional duties such as binding, etc.Here's the point. He has an AA surrounded by computer graphics from Rochester Institute of Technology. He has repeatedly asked his boss if he can do computer graphics. His boss tell him no, because he is deaf and he would need to communicate beside the client. He doesn't even let him try. simply says no, because he's deaf.

have him approach his boss an added time .and ask the boss to give him a 2 week trial.if it works out, later he has a available job, if it does not then he agrees to run back to the previous position.
if the boss refuse this offer...i would be in motion to what the first responder said.

My first instinct would be to read the company regulations concerning that specific chore and it's requirements. If it does not state that communicating with a client is mandatory next he should inform his boss of the findings. If he is still denied the chance to execute that specific job for that exact common sense then enjoy him get it within writing and speak with a legal representative who deals surrounded by discrimination suits and bring back advice. Sometimes near is no case because it is rock-hard to prove unless it is in writing. Hope this help!
