Shall I fight this parking ticket?
On one Saturday, I planned to get through lunch at a local restaurant. When I arrived there, the parking lot contained by front of the restaurant was full so I drove to a contiguous parking garage and found a spot with free 3 hour parking sign clearly displayed on the wall and the full first level be almost half forsaken, including the spot next to mine. After I finished the lunch and gone the parking garage, on the way rear legs home, I was surprised to see a ticket by the windshield. I stopped and took a look at the ticket and be shocked that I was fined $250. I go back to the garage right away and checked the spot that I parked , at that impressively moment i realized that it be a handicap one! I couldn't believe what happened. I never surrounded by a million year imagined there be one handicap parking slot hidden between 10 regular parking slots. I swear that I didn't see the handicap sign while parking. As I said that here were various empty spots and the one subsequent to it was vacate. Please advise me if I shall come to blows for it
Answers: Pretty tough to fight it. You even confess that when you went rear legs you could see it was a handicap spot. You be just surrounded by a bit of a hurry the first time. You need to chalk this one up to experience.
On what grounds will you barney it?
It was a handicapped spot. You parked here. It seems that the prosecution will not own a hard time proving the elements of the crime...
It will never hurt to homily to the prosecutor or judge to see if you can bring a lower fine, but I seriously doubt that you will be acquitted...
sure you can scrap it all you want,..you will still lose,..

My parents don't want me to move out. However, I thought I read somewhere that if I looked-for to live with a friend or realitive I can lacking my parents permission our a courts approval.
Can I move out, or do I need to gain an emancipation?
Answers: You would have need of an emancipation if you want to set out before you are 18. Why you would be granted one newly because you feel approaching moving out is beyond me. You have said nil about human being abused or neglected. I hope being somebody's roommate isn't your unbroken idea of individual independent and supporting yourself. Obviously you have no plans for college if you would fairly spend your money on room, bills, food, etc than save for your tuition. You have no conception how much money "independence" really takes.
.. you have need of an emancipation..

No you cannot move out , even next to permission your parents are still held liable for you. Wait til your 18. Emancipation cost money and at 17, what a spend in dribs and drabs.

i think it really comes down to how economically you maintain a vehicle, and luck. but i have a buddy with a neon that put 160 thousand miles on it. he did not service it regularly, and he drove the piece like a bat out of hell. the one and only repairs he made were tires, an grease change here and near, a couple of batteries, a radiator, and exotic suspension. the tranny hasn't even gone yet. he really lucked out on that coup.
From both sides of the ocean...
270,000 on a Honda Civic
250,000 on a Ford F-150
There is a friend of mine that drives a business van - Ford Windstar - that have over 200,000 miles on it. That is the most I have see on a vehicle. And a FORD, no less!!
Oh - I have a Pontiac Grand Prix that had over 150,000 miles on it when I finally give it up. Ran great, and no major repairs on it (other than breaks. . .).
(sorry adjectives you Ford people - my father, grandfather and uncle worked for GM; brand loyalty item. . .)

Would Nancy Grace have alike concern if a kid was vanished outside of a supermarket instead of a brothel?
Recently A father left his kid inside of a sports car to go attain some relief from a prostitute! He be arrested for child neglect.. Would Nancy Grace be so enthusiastic about the subject if the kid be left inside because the dad run in for some groceries?Answers: Nancy Grace doesn't appear to care within the least around any crime unless it involves sex, celebrities, or is otherwise interesting... that is, unless it will obtain her ratings. Housewife gets worsted and abused, no problem. Movie star gets bested and abused, and she's all over it.
I used to own a lot of respect for Nancy Grace, and she used to be respectable too. Now, sombrely, she's just another ratings chaser.
Hugh difference surrounded by getting a loaf of bread and getting laid by some prostitute but I still think that Nancy would be upset that the child be left alone. How lots children have be left contained by a car by stroke of luck and then be dead because of the grill or kidnapped.
I am positive that Nancy would own just as much fervour about this regardless of the drive a child is left within the car.
Note to the honorable_spm
I would ask, how weak are you? I have be left contained by a car alone when I be a kid, I am 59 so when I was a kid it be a lot safer to head off a kid alone, you didn't have to roll up the window or lock the car door, truthfully I don't remember ever locking the front door of the house.
Today it is different, kids disappear every afternoon, taken by sicko's, how about Polly Klass, taken right out of her own bedroom. What open-handed of clients do you think brothel's draw, indeed not the classiest of people. I feel that any person beside any intelligence would see this man as being an IDIOT
Obviously you haven't watch Nancy Grace very habitually, have you?
She have "suggested" the death cost for leaving children surrounded by cars while running any sort of errand or any personal fun.
A mother left her babe-in-arms in the saloon while she went to work because her sitter back out. The baby died, and the woman be in some serious doo-doo. Nancy be on her soap box about that one, too. So I contemplate that she has a zeal for the kids, and not simply due to a man being at a brothel.
And you see nought wrong with that? A man getting his "jollies" while his kid sits out side within a hot car????
Nancy Grace is a sick woman who feed off of the questionable and vulnerable. Honestly, I'd a bit see her locked up than the guy who left his kid within the car... WITH THE WINDOWS DOWN.
Am I the simply one who had to stay within the car when I be a kid?
Nancy Grace is an avid crusader for victim's rights. To answer your question yes, she would own the same concern for a child disappeared in a saloon outside of a supermarket as a brothel. Have you watched her show much? She lately had plentifully of coverage about the woman that departed her children in the motor while she went to work because she couldn't find a sitter. Both children died. This is a flawless example for your question.

How do I go just about suing Cadallic?
You know those LED brake lights they have? I want to sue Cadillac because those lights are a severe sanctuary hazard! If those lights are anywhere close at hand your field of attitude and you move your eyes you see a trail of lights that is highly distracting and in large traffic could easily wreak an accident. I want these types of brake lights to be made iffy since they are extremely dangerous. So how do I run about suing motor makers that use these types of lights (like Cadillac) and the governing body agency that gave these lights the go-ahead?Answers: I don't know the details but I do know it would be General Moters you would sue not Cadillac. Cadillac is only just the name of the coup. General Moters is the actual company.
Unless they have cause you harm, or own done something to personally injure you, in attendance isn't anything you can do other than progress on one of those "do gooder" campaigns, grasp people to boycott Cadillac, dispatch letters to GM, and petition the Dept of Transportation Safety Board to outlaw them.
But you do realize that you shouldn't look AT the lights, right? Any type of reading light is a hazzard, if you look directly at the light.
I know! Come up beside a way for inhabitants to save money and not enjoy to replace bulbs in their cars head/tail lamp! Because it is also a serious safety issue if the bulb is out within those tail lights. . .
You can sue anybody for anything these days. First, you hold to find a lawyer that would rob your case. Once you find a advocate who will take your travel case then the advocate will do all the legwork.
Why do celebrities cry almost their precious privacy when it's their fault?
The ones contained by the tabloids for the most part want to be and pretend they don't.It's their criticize, they had a choice to become a star. Nobody forced them they can't own their cake and eat it too.
They hold no right to privacy. there are millions of inhabitants that would gladly switch next to them.
They had a choice they know the poperazzi came beside the terrotory.
If they did'nt want that life they should've never become famous.
Answers: They use the media when it suits their purposes - and hate them when it doesn't. I do be aware of however, there is a vein between following and stalking to the point that lives are endangered. Where is that procession? Not sure. I say if it is becoming a problem for you as a distinction and interfering in your time, then supply up the spotlight and do your own thing. They can't do that because of ego or anything. It is a sick co-dependent relationship. Both turds need respectively other to survive.
Granted they are famous and to some extent should expect public scrutiny. American society contained by the last ten years have turned into a celebrity mad culture though. It is our fault for placing them on pedestals and wanting to know every single detail of their inconsequential lives. Everyone should have a right to privacy. A untold majority of young celebrity do seek out the paparazzi and have their name surrounded by tabloids, then turn around and cry they are human being harassed. If they put themselves out nearby, then yes they deserve it.
However I do not ruminate a "celebrity" who does not carry on within such a manner should be followed 24/7. Seeing them buy toilet rag, stalked at a family dinner, followed through a museum trip beside their kids or any mundane activity we adjectives participate contained by at some point in our lives is of no need to me.
It gives them something to complain just about.
i wish i be famous. does have a stalker count?
Getting 'famous' isn't a choice. You should know that, you want to be famous and aren't...thus the conjecture is true.. you don't choose to be famous.
As far as 'crying just about their privacy' I think what they really parsimonious is that they are American citizens and they have a right to not hold people stalking them, taking photos of them in their home or surrounded by their yard (still their home).Add to that; the withdrawal of common respectability that we afford all human beings the right to a BAD DAY or proverb something utterly stupid. You shouldn't be labled for life according to this.
Everybody like money. Some love it more than privacy..can you choose between the two so easily? On one mitt, without the paparazzi, Celebs are invisible. With them they can verbs their stardom...Celebs know that paparazzi as well.
One the other paw, some moments should stay private. I really don't want to know when a celeb takes a crap within a private hotel room and I doubt we would want to broadcast much about ourselves as ably. There is a time and place for things like this and it is call---Myspace and Youtube!!!!!
