Drug paraphernalia charges?
ok so about 3 weeks ago i recieved a drug paraphernalia charge , im 17, contained by minnesota . ive been waiting for a court summons ,. and immediately im wondering if im gonna be charged with any article , does any one kno what ill seize from this?Answers: Call the clerk of court in your county and ask them nearly it. If you were arrested or cited for paraphernalia later you should have gotten a court date at that time.
Talk to the county DA's bureau where you be charged. Ask them if they are going to bother pressing charges, if so what is the status on the case.

I was a moment ago listening to the radio and hear Eminems "Real Slim Shady" and the following lyrics are said:"And that's the message that we deliver to little kids
And expect them not to know what a woman's clitoris is"
But they had bleeped out the word "clitoris." Is this correct? Is "clitoris" considered vulgar or derogatory resembling the words b****, f*** and s***?? Its the technical occupancy for a part of a womans body. I could comprehend if they said p***y, but I dont see how the term be derogatory that made it nessiscary to bleep.
Another one is Sean Kingstons "Beautiful Girls" The chorus goes:
"You brand me suicidal, suicidal, when you say its over."
But they bleep out the word "suicidal." I infer that suicide should never be condoned, but is it glorifying it the certainty that it is in the song? Is this one derogatory as resourcefully?
Answers: I agree that the censorship is becoming ridiculous. I feel that more and more irresponsible parents are trying to blame things excluding their parenting for reasons why their children perform the way they do.
In moral fibre (ie, every other mammal other than us), giving birth is a relaxing thing. For humans, it's really stressful, and every moment with your child after i.e. stressful. Instead of giving in to what is intuitive, we follow society's standards and influences, and today that society says "blame other things". If parents disciplined their children instead of throwing $250,000 sweet 16s, words resembling 'clitoris' would not need to be censored.
Quite frankly, if you don't close to it, then listen to a different radio station. There is NO LAW that forces a radio station to censor what they broadcast. However, their audience DOES force them to censor (or to not censor) their broadcasts.

we waited1.5 years, very soon that bleady saying, if i hold money i will give, so skulk till when i get money, so we be in trouble, so we needed money markedly badly, we started asking again and again resembling irritating way, in a minute he saying if you ask a new time i wont give money at adjectives, do whatever you can do, i will vote i didnot received any money from you, you can't go for police satation becos you dont enjoy any proof,
so what type of proof i should collect except writing bond
Answers: take him to court. If he lies within court, you have witnesses, and the pull the wool over your eyes will be exposed.
Paypal Dispute Claim?
I have initiated a paypal dispute next to a seller... I did this on 9/6. Basically, I ordered a pink razr beside motorolla phone tools and a handsfree headset. The phone was two different colors pink, have a slightly loose from display screen, be in a different lexis and even when i changed it to english had misspelled words, and the first daytime i used it the select button, back button, and nought buttons quit working. The motorola phone tools looks like it is a bootleg copy and lying on that, it doesnt work. The headset is fuzzy and the person on the otherside can almost not hear me. I had sent him emails starting on 9/2 and he asked to see a picture of the phone, i sent him 3 and he didnt respond until i started the paypal dispute. He sent me and email asking if a partial compensation would work for me, at paypal he said he wanted to replace it. I dont WANT him to replace it, I basically want my $ back, but he won't respond again!!! What are my likelihood if I escalate this to a claim to get a compensation?Answers: i have also have to file claims.paypal is great if you enjoy a legit claim. i would file it.presently if the guy has no money after you will get none.he will never know how to sell again un til he pays you.

Very biddable. Continue to send him emails, other be pleasant but firm. If you escalate the claim, you will need evidence that you infact tried to contact him. If he continues not to go and get back to you, escalate the claim.
Right immediately, you should be sure to check out PayPal's policy on claims. Make sure you are doing everything they advise you to do in the past you contact paypal.
You will get the money. But eventually you will own to send the phone to Paypal.

Modeling I does suppose tech poise and confidence but I would probably go beside ballet or some other sport that also keep your daughter active while also she get to be pretty in public.

That type of strain can be really hurtful on grown ups, don't make you're daughter jump through it at such a young age, please.
I can not follow why you would ever consider it in the first place... Why would any parent want their child to be involved contained by such an industry is beyond my comprehension... Child Support Enforcement can not do anything to your fiance if he is making his payments on time every month. But if he is every tardy they will become his worse enemy.
I'm not sure what the law and rules are for child support (whether in MN or the state I'm in), but I do regard it's PER CHILD. Since your fiance isn't paying child support on the 2yo cause he's beside you, the state may not recognize that.

I hold found out that someone, a grown male at that, have been taking photos of my preschool-aged daughter. If he's taking the pictures in a public setting, I don't meditate that's against the law. Have you talk to the guy? Maybe he isn't what you fear he might be. I take to mean your concern though. These are crazy times we live in and sometimes I muse my daughter would be better off if we moved to a country to be precise more child friendly. There are a lot of evil populace out there.

Sad.I love photography and enjoy gotten great shots...it was of late a personal rule of mine that I never took pics 0f anybody without their consent. Or if I did..I other went to them intuitively and asked for permission up to that time I would print or publish them (that ment even kids in background).
