Some places have 'mandatory minimums`
for controlled substances.
'Someone` requests a lawyer.

if you havent been, dont do them
criminal penalty, in truth, are a roll of the dice
a lay a wager no wise soul takes
I have mushrooms, fried, they go suitable with fried rabbit, mash potatoes and gravy and fresh corn on the cob.
Is it moral for Police to entrap someone with illegitimate porn?
I would like your assessment as to this practice being done by U.S. authorities when it comes to “catching” child predators.I hold seen heaps episodes of the “investigate news” coverage ‘Dateline’ program where a deviant pervert (on behalf of the program) go online to pose as an underage child to then “entice” the other pervert which is a moron pedophiliac.
My grill is this; what does this do to weed out the real pedophiles on the internet?
Isn’t this entrapment, isn’t it evident that a pedophile will go for a child?
Deep down inside I loathe these pedophiles as much as a loathe these pervs who progress online attempting to entrap people gone to right… I mean, how do we know these undercover idiots are not into dubious porn themselves?
Is this moral to the taxpayers is my actual question?
**NOTE, BEFORE SOME TROLLING IDIOT WHO’S PROBABLY INTO KID PORN THEMSELVES ASNWERS BY EVEN REMOTELY ACCUSING ME OF THE UNTHINKABLE, GO F YOURSELF YOU SICK IDIOT, GET A LIFE***
Thank you adjectives.
Answers: It is entrapment. If a private agency employs kids to entice pedophiles , the private agency is lone pimping. As such the agency should be prosecuted.Making money through enticement also is a crime. A deviant can be punished only if he forces some target to submission.Having a deviant personality surrounded by itself is not a crime.
I'm not sure what morality has to do next to it, but it IS legal. How is this different from an undercover cop pretending to be a prostitute or a drug salesperson? When they're trying to get consistent types of people rotten the streets, they have to be creative within order to "capture them in the act" because the crimes involve unmistaken behaviors that people try to do contained by private because it's harder to get caught that mode. It's not like a traffic ruin or armed robbery where it's recurrently done in broad daylight and near several witnesses.
Sure there is the occasional "fruitless cop" who participates within their own illegal actions on the side, but same as anyone else, we just own to hope that they will get caught in the future. I'm pretty sure Dateline has tricked an off-duty cop or two.
Hope this help.
Is it moral for banks to hold money, which in turn, entraps inhabitants with guns to rob those bank?
Is it moral for women to go out minus an armed escort, knowing poor rapists may be tempted to rape later?
Wow, what a line of thought... I have an idea that you're on to something...
Lets make it iffy for people to hold anything that tempts poor criminals to commit crimes.
We can start next to making banks and women not permitted.. then verbs to other illegal things. Gas, cars, houses, kids, the account is endless.
Or, we could kind it legal to do anything you're big ample or well armed satisfactory to get away next to.
America home of the truly free..
Actually, watching some of those shows,
they seem to step deeply carefully around
"Entrapment".
The "kid" never issues an invitation, or
initiates a conference, that's
always moved out up to the 'perv.`
I don't know that it's moral -- but, is it any more immoral than ancestors trying to have sex beside children?
Is it illegal?
Not really -- police are allowed to pretend to get information.
I find it rather appalling that people are human being arrested just for trying to look at some scrumptious flat chest.
Who's in show partiality towards of the lie detector person brought in as a standard portion of the questioning system?
How heaps hours and pounds could have be saved over the years if we could cut to the chase like mad faster? It's proven to be pretty effective. Why doesn't it take used in probing suspects? Is this considered an infringement on human rights - getting folk to tell the truth?Answers: I'd influence bring it in in a minute!
I don't give a damn give or take a few human rights, that is exactly what is wrong next to the present society, the obsession near human rights of terrorists, criminals and suspects. No one cares more or less all their victims.
Lie-detector test are not 100% accurate, but are pretty close. Can certainly be used as corroborative evidence within prosecution.
I don't think it is potent. A practised liar or someone who is cool underneath pressure can outwit a lie detector try-out everytime.
It's made up to be scarier than it is.
they are completely unreliable , easy to cheat by the one question and the questioner can manipulate the check.. so i would say.. no no no no
to oodles people are surrounded by jail or presently have a criminal register because of it
No one who understands how the item works.
It measures the anxiety the average person
feel when lying.
In a high anxiety situation resembling criminal
interrogation, its accuracy is open out to
question, and since the questioner can
control anxiety level easily, it would be
accessible to abuse.
Lie detectors own improved immensely.
Now they own lie detectors that see fry of the blood vessels surrounded by your face.
Your brain involuntarily floods these vessel with blood when you pretend. The questioner is not involved as the computer is in control.
98% significant.
Add a mix of sodium pentathol and ethanol and the accuracy go up to 99.6%.
But it is an infringement of human rights. Everyone is entitled to their own lies.
There are drawbacks to the lie detector conducting tests equipment in that these devices can be bested by a correctly trained person. This money, should the lie detector become mandator, next a lot of member of the criminal underworld are going to train up so as to whip the machine.
I'm not even sure if a tell stories detector test is agreeable in English Law by and English Court.
I am not opposing the lie detector exam as such, but question it's care.
The most accurate method of detection, obviously after the usual finger prints and very soon DNA, is actually carried out by a trained interviewer who know all roughly speaking body language.
For example, when a entity tells a deceit, there will be a flickering see in the lower lid of [I contemplate the left] eye, a twitch. There are other body language signs too, which indicate that a character is telling a deceit.

the Lie detector is Flawed it can be routed and that too has be proved beyond reasonable doubt so the answer is NO
The certainty that it is not 100% accurate would make me be aware of very discomfited about using it to convict, however to use it as a finances of questioning may be adjectives but again as it is not 100% accurate it could cause more problems - the human rights brigade will be contained by there for start stale.
I agree re the cross examination I a short time ago feel that anything explicitly not 100% is too risky - of course if it help to get 100% next I owuld be all for it.

Why do you think Marijauna shouldn't be legalized?

I think it SHOULD be legalized. And, no , I don't smoke the stuff.
Do religious or other civil rights groups have the right to censor free speech or artistic expression?
A while fund, the video game company Capcom be making a game call, Zack and Wiki, about a treasure hunter. However, the prevalent character wasn't newly any treasure hunter, he was also apparently a Muslim. This prompted CAIR (an American-Islamic relations group) to threaten legitimate action against Capcom if they did not remove the mention to the character's relgion. The phrase "allahu akhbar" was removed from the hobby as well as any other referrences of that quality.
The same thing happen to Nintendo when they were making Zelda: The Ocarina of Time. One song surrounded by the game contained an Arabic croon but they were forced to remove it and replace it next to a Gregorian one due to pressure from religious groups.
As you may know Jerry Lewis accidentally uttered the word "******" a couple of days back and he be forced to apologize after GLADD pressured him into doing so. Don Imus did something similar except towards a female black basketball player a while stern.
Answers: You can say what you want contained by this country (with some government limitations), but you may frontage economic consequences.
Immus and Lewis are public info who rely on advertising dollars to support their shows. Lewis also relies on inhabitants willing to donate to his charitable mete out. By blurting out unacceptable epitaphs, these men risked losing the support they need surrounded by order to be successful.
With the video games, the companies who manufactured the games be probably more fearful of losing sales, and have bad press against their companies, than any physical threat of a lawsuit.
Thus, they could have kept the Muslem reference, however, at the risk of losing sales.
This isn't really censorship but self-censorship. If you engender a game or movie or something that shows ethnic group in a doomed to failure light, those populace will complain. You have to opt then whether or not it's worth it to construct them angry. Usually you are looking for the biggest possible audience, so you will change the objects by yourself, your own decision.
Groups that are traditionally the victims of nouns or slurs are the most able to do this, for reason that are obvious, and I imagine even more fair. Sometimes I have an idea that these groups are wrong, but a lot of times writers or directors or team game designers didn't mean to disrespect them and are only too festive to change their stuff or to apologize.
Jerry Lewis wasn't -forced- to apologize. Nobody held a gun to his lead or threatened to fire him or anything. He CHOSE to apologize because refusing to apologize would enjoy hurt his reputation more than to just generate an unfortunate remark and after stick by it. He didn't say f****t manifestly to piss of gay people.
Years ago, black ancestors protested their kids reading Huckleberry Finn in college. I thought H.F was an incredible book! The in one piece theme of the book is how slavery be wrong, how a boy has a conflict between his religious tuition that supports slavery and his conscience that says it's wrong. So why did blacks complain? Because it have the 'n word' in it. But that's how those talked contained by those days! In fact the use of that word by religious, decent, upstanding Southern people shows how slavery (and see in general) be seen within the south. So I thought that was pretty silly. But typically the n-word just make people foolish these days, and usually that's the complete purpose of using it!
anyone can sue anyone else for anything. None of the people be "forced" to settle or apologize. However, many folks are raise by their mama's to be polite and not cause unnecessary distress to others. Very regularly, people approaching that will apologize rather than fracas and assert (correctly) that they have the right to disrespect whomever they will.

Are real nunchucks risky to own? How would someone obtain them?
Topic...I've needed nunchucks all my enthusiasm and I'm just starting to look into it. Are they illegitimate to have? Obviously, you can't use them as a weapon unless forced into self-defense but I don't know anything going on for it. Where would you buy real nunchucks (non foam)? I've checked ebay and adjectives I can find are foam practice ones. Class Action Lawsuit Against Movie Theater?
Hello. I was wondering hypothetically could one sue a movie theater if they purchased a movie ticket for a movie at 5:00 and the movie starts at 5:20 because of adjectives the previews. Is the movie ticket a contract between the theater and the movie goer and since the movie didn't start on time, is this breaking the contract? Is here any liability against the theater for fraud? In addition, isn't near ethical issues in showing the movie twenty minutes behind because of the theater showing commercials? If anyone has any insight or comments it would much appreciated, gratefulness!Answers: I don't think you enjoy anything there. If everyone get sued because something didn't start exactly on time near would be chaos. Mass transit, any sporting event, etc. Nothing starts exactly on the dot. As far as the trailers shown before the movie, if one doesn't close to them, one doesn't have to keep watch on them.
Movie theatres rely on the income from those advertisments. Without them a movie ticket would cost more.
Besides, if you have ever be to court, it rarely starts in good time. It would be tough to find sympathy there, if they are in recent times as bad.
This is why the courts are clogged next to trash non-cases.
