Is it time for a "3 Strikes" law for politicians?

Since politicians are piling crappy draconian law upon the books, near zero good opinion to the Consitution or even to justice, I wonder if we should enjoy a law that covers these guys.

Perhaps a "3 Strikes Law for Politicians" that say if a politician proposes 3 laws which are enact and subsequently nullified by court as being unconstitutional, after those politicans are sent to the gallows.

Sure, baggy is a trumped up punishment, but then so are punishments for the most recent get-tough-on-crime legislative crap that's be passed into law lately.

Call it poetic sprite. I'd be for that.

The point I disagree on is the high profile, big dollor lawyers. You get the capital, no property punishment.
The worst punishment anyone could get would be life span in prison short any chance of parole. Why close their agony? They committed a terrible crime, they should money for it. Ending their life does not variety them pay, it releases them from punishment. Only God is supposed to pinch a life, but we can punish relations for their crimes by taking away their freedom. Prison natural life is easy anyway. I worked contained by one for 10 years.
