Why is Nicotine not listed and treated as a controlled substance since the addictive point seems to be the?

intention, according to FDA standards, that a drug is classified as controlled? What made the most addictive drug in the world escape the chary eye of the FDA? Thanks.

God's Speed and Grace,
Nancy
Answers: i was going to say aloud that it's been surrounded by use for a long time, but so have some other wrong substances.

I guess that it must be because there is a HUGE industry surrounding cigarette usage and as it would be remarkably difficult to cultivate and process for personal usage, population have to buy their 'fix' from said industry which system that the government can toll the bejesus out of it, thus making oodles of money from this highly addictive and death-defying drug.

Or maybe I'm a moment ago being cynical.

Oh, by the instrument .. did you know that Medicaid will not pay for medication that help society to stop smoking, but they will pay for the treatment of lung cancer and emphyzema? Weird, huh? I'm not on Medicaid myself, but I can picture that some people that are would similar to to kick the need.

Incidentally, I am a smoker. I know that it's a horrible, disgusting and expensive habit to be exact bad for my condition, but I'm just a wee bit addicted, so I hold on to on doing it.
the tobacco company owners have greatly of money. They do not want to loose their money. they probably used their money and their powers to keep their products official. Also, who are the owners? It would not surprise me if they are the ones in control of the FDA.

for a more comical approach, the family in charge of the FDA are probably adjectives smokers, addicted to nicotine. maybe the tobacco companies administer those people unlimited time time supplies...

Physical Abuse, and Digital pictures in court?

What do you do when you own been pummel up by your boyfriend? Is it standard to go to a doctor so the doc can see them and step to court for you? And does the court accept digital pictures?

There's heaps "is this abuse" questions, but I couldn't find this one..
Answers: yes walk to the docter, and get legalized help. As far as the pictures, courts will hold anything you want to show to prove your case, a moment ago depends on the judge and how godd or a advocate one has.
OMG!

FRICKEN DUMP THAT SON OF A *****!

HE HURT YOU THEN HE DOESN'T DESERVE YOU!

AND GO 2 THE DOC. AND LET HIM GO 2 COURT 4 YA CUZ U MAY NOT HAVE ENOUGH EVIDENCE!

AND GO 2 A DOC. THAT HAS EXPERIENCED THIS TYPE OF CASE AND WON!
im sorry for what happen to you. hope this can help you out.
For relieve and advice on escaping an discourteous relationship, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-8OO-799-SAFE (7233) or 1-8OO-787-3224.
I suspect most the pictures within court these days are digital as things move closer and closer to paperless archives. It's a moment ago as easy to doctor a unenthusiastic as a digital picture. I think mostly it would support refresh the witness for nouns (so the nurse can be.. yep that is exactly what it looked like). But yes it is standard to own a medical exam and have somebody dance to court to testify.

I don't think a court would dismiss digital evidence because motion picture is getting rather frozen to get ahold of today. If they deny your proof write editorials and achieve a law put within.
Back up 2 steps. If the police are not involved, stop now and christen 9-1-1. If they were call and didn't take pictures any by their ID section or a short time ago simple "field photos" , christen them back up and ask why they didn't pinch any photos.

And, if you want to take your own... What can be challenge is chain of custody of the digital descriptions, so you can prove there be no altering done.

And, yes - see a doctor..more for you than to have doc come to court. Thats the cops mission.
Or as an alternative to taking out a private prosecution, the law enforcement ethnic group will probably 'do' the poctor, photography and prosecution bit for you if they consider the assault of sufficient gravity. I'm not being trivial, but I'm guessing they'd enjoy better things to do than prosecute for a slapped face and would absolutely pursue a wounding... and somewhere in between they'll draw a procession. That may be wrong of them in that abusers tend to escalate their hostility... but I can understand why they may enjoy to make those sort of decision.

Anyway, whatever you do, if it's his house you live within, move out. If it's yours change the locks and when he tries to obtain back within call the cops. You *need* to carry away from the abuser. Whatever promises he may make he won't stop until someone external forces him to.

What is the law that requires US Americans to take-home pay Federal Income Tax?

Answers: Article 1, Section 8 gives Congress the power to lay and collect taxes.
"The Congress shall own Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the adjectives Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but adjectives Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;"

The 16th amendment clarifies that power.
"The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from anything source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and lacking regard to any sample or enumeration."

Title 26 of the US Code is the codification of the Internal Revenue Code that was passed by Congress and signed into statute by a President.

Regardless of what some people suggest, income taxes are constitutional. The 16th amendment was properly ratify by the states. Anyway, it is irrelevant now whether it be properly ratified or not. It is presently a part of the Constitution and will rob an act of Congress and ratification by the states to remove it.

Also, income you, or anyone, receive from labor IS TAXABLE. Numerous court decisions own said so. The following are just a few.

In Connor v. Commissioner, 770 F.2d 17, 20 (2nd Cir. 1985), (the court not with the sole purpose ruled against the taxpayer, but also imposed sanctions of $2,000 against the taxpayer), the court stated, "Finally, the taxpayer argues that because wages are property, a excise on them is a property tax, and because the due the Commissioner is attempting to collect is not apportioned, it is unconstitutional. However, as we and innumerable other courts have repeatedly explained, wages are income, and income taxes do not stipulation to be apportioned."

In the same result, the court said, "The taxpayer next argues that wages are not income but an exchange of property. As money is property and labor is property, so his argument go, his work for wages is a non-taxable exchange of property. Wrong again. Wages are income. See, e.g., Schiff v. Commissioner, 751 F.2d 116, 117 (2d Cir. 1984). The argument that they are not has be rejected so frequently that the very raise of it justifies the imposition of sanction."

In United States v. Koliboski, 732 F.2d 1328, 1329 n.1 (7th Cir. 1984), (emphasis in untested; convictions for criminal failures to database affirmed), the court said, "Although not raised contained by his brief on appeal, the defendant’s entire case at trial rested on his claim that he contained by good conviction believed that wages are not income for taxation purposes. Whatever his mental state, he, of course, be wrong, as all of us are already aware. Nontheless, the defendant still insists that no bag holds that wages are income. Let us now put that to rest: WAGES ARE INCOME. Any reading of import tax cases by would-be tax protesters immediately should preclude a claim of good-faith belief that wages--or salaries--are not taxable."

In Peth v. Breitzmann, 611 F. Supp. 50, 53 (E.D.Wis. 1985), 1985 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 21509, 85-1 U.S.T.C. P9321, 55 AFTR2d 1280 (complaints dismissed and sanctions imposed for file frivolous actions “brought contained by bad faith”), the court said, "[Peth] states that the income taxes are directed to taxable gain. Because he receive a paycheck for his labor, and because the paycheck is equal to the fair flea market value of his labor, he argues nearby is no gain. No court has ever standard this argument for the purpose of determining taxable income. Indeed, it has other been rejected. For once and for adjectives, wages are taxable income."
There is none. Labor is not taxable.

the guy above me: IRS is UNCONSTITUTIONAL
Article 1 section 3 is the first mention of taxes.

The number of State Representatives respectively state has is determined by the number of rates payers residing there.

But the preamble states that the purpose of the 'Union' includes promoting the common welfare.

That implies shared expenses and a routine to collect them.
Federal income tax is required by the Internal Revenue Code, which be passed pursuant to Article 1, section 2, clause 3 of the constitution as modified by the 16th amendment.

Can your employer phone you at home?

i was just this minute off work sick, and contacted my employer on first sunshine.i then after seeing my gp sent a sick entry in stating my principle for absence, after adjectives this he still phoned my home ,i am sure this is against the law anybody backing
Answers: Is it illegal to phone your boss. Get serious, unsurprisingly it's not illegal.
I dont estimate its illegal but its really the 'done thing'.

He is patently checking up on you, next time dont answer the phone, you can be sick and sleeping you dont have be sit next to the phone at home!
No Its not bent. All employers are entitled to own a record of their staffs' touchtone phone numbers and are entitled to ring you if they want / need to speak to you.

I other get contacted by my boss when Im rotten sick, they just cant control without me you see! Lol
AAaawww bless , see they do protection about you .
They be checking that you are ok , or if you need any extra support. What a benevolent employer you have.

Dont be so suspiscious
Unfortunalty when you started beside your company they will have asked you for some contact details. This will include your phone number, within is nothing surrounded by law to enunciate they cannot phone you at home any time they want. Some companies (Call Centers) will call every time you are off.
Short answer if you are bad sick, the phone is down stairs you are upstairs in bed. Sorry I be to sick to answer the phone.
it depends on what their sickness and absenteeism policy is;if it was agreed when you started your employment near them, then fine. But save, its an invasion of your privacy, and should be dealt next to as such. However,if your employer is half-decent,they may be asking after your welfare, and seeing if your recovering well.Do you own a good working relationship next to them??
Of course it's not against the law, anyone who have your phone number can ring you.
A good and kind employer would ring you or call around to see if you're alright and if there's anything they can do. A smaller amount caring employer may resourcefully want to check that you're not skiving.

Actually, a boss I was working for once ring a sick employee, could win no answer and went around to find him collapsed on the floor!
Naturally your employer can phone you at home, it is his responsibility to know for sure if you are alright or what quality of sickness or treatment you been acceptance at your home. I donot think this is prohibited by nature, thank him/her for phoning you home, other employer donot even aid whether you live or die in your house, as long as you return final from your sickness.

I personally thank him/her if to be precise my employer, rarely a company care for their employees. You should be bless finding one employer approaching this, yet here you are complaining that he/she phone home to check on you. Maybe you be thinking that he/she thinks you be faking this sickness adjectives along. Whatever it is you should be glad, donot bother thinking this is illegal. What charges you would encroach on your employer by calling home to check your sickness? Just common sense would do, be glad he/she did call.

If you are so stubborn to insist that this is against the law why not consult an attorney until that time you think give or take a few it. No employer yet have been convicted or throwned to put in prison just because he or she call one of his/her employee home because they reported sick. This is one for the guiness book of copy, a laughing stock inside a court room.
No, it is not illegal.

Depending on down time that you are away from work, the frequency of the phone calls could increase.

The longer you are away from work, the more they want to be in contact to see how you are, and also to agree to you know what developments have be going on in the workplace (this, I believe, may if truth be told be in the tenet for the employer to make sure that they are surrounded by contact with you).

They'd also involve to be in contact to see if near is any support that the work can provide (and may possibly see if there is any road they could get you to work from home, if things are on a more irreversible basis).

Bearing in mind that these are the culture that giving you money to work, it wouldn't be illegal for them to see if you are truly telling the truth and a phone hail as could not be regarded as an invasion of privacy (unless obviously, they are phoning up every hour!).

(EDIT)
In addition - after a length of time (which I suppose vary from company to company), they can actually organise home visit too - and this is not illegal any.
They are allowed to phone your home providing that they are asking you about your condition and well self.

However they are not allowed to discuss or 'badger' you into coming support to work.
depends if they have a policy to do so, primarily to check if you haven't come surrounded by to work - what reason? or if you're on sick move out you haven't gone on holiday or doing another job.

Claim of lien??

On saturday i got surrounded by the mail a "claim of lien", and im worried because idk if it's effect of me, or its because my parents havent paid mortguage? the purpose why i think its me is because i get caught doing graffiti in our complex (was a toy) and they know it be me...plz help me
Answers: Based on your interview, I am guessing that the lien is due to unpaid association dues for the subdivision you live in. Most subdivisions own a right under their charter to assess these liens.

The mortgage facts holder would already possess a lien and not need to report a claim of lien.

If you damaged property by placing graffiti on it, you have need of to take some personal responsibility and recompense for the damage.
Pay the mortgage so that the lien will not be implement.
