Is it illegal for my boss to grass to another director about a situation that have been going on between us?

Answers: Rumor mongering is the offense committed by your boss for describing another about what is going on between you. However, it is remarkably hard to prove since the witness will promising not testify in your favor.
You should know how to answer that question yourself.

Is he discussing something to do near your performance? Did you do something at work & he is asking for serve from another director about how to manipulate it?

When you use the words, "gossip" & "situation" it could be a personal issue? Such as an affair? If that is it, at hand is nothing unendorsed about it. He is conversation about you, nil you can do about that.

If you are have an affair with your boss, you are as much to blame as he is. So, that money you can talk in the region of it too. He might not like that, but you shouldn't hold affairs with your boss any.

Why should this contractor receive ANY of the money he found while gutting a customer's bathroom wall?

CLEVELAND -- A contractor who helped discover bundles of Depression-era U.S. currency totaling $182,000 unknown behind bathroom walls said the homeowner should turn the money over to him or at tiniest share it.
Bob Kitts said his feud beside the owner of the 83-year house, a former high academy classmate, has deteriorated to the point where on earth they speak to each other simply through lawyers.
Kitts said his attorney has drafted a lawsuit that he hopes will force Amanda Reece to turn over the money she have kept.
Most of the currency, issued in 1927 and 1929, is surrounded by good condition, and some of the bills are so uncommon that one currency appraiser valued the treasure at up to $500,000, Kitts said.
Reece accuses Kitts of extortion.
The m¨ºl¨¦e began contained by May 2006 when Kitts was gutting Reece's bathroom and found a box below the drug cabinet that contained $25,200. "I almost passed out," Kitts recalled. "It be the ultimate contractor unreal." He called Reece, who rushed home.
Answers: If he found a limp body, would he want to keep that?

How something like 25,200 dead rats? Any claim within?

Unless he has a written agreement beside the homeowner entitling him to keep anything he finds, he's out of luck.

It would be nice for the homeowner to reward the contractor' honesty, but I don't think in attendance is a legal duty to split it.
The contractor just requests the money. Some people behave this agency and when they want something, they'll put up any excuse they can to get it. It's apparently the property of the home owner. The box was at the home that be owned somewhere.

If someone trespassed into a mine and dug up some material, it's stealing if the mine is owned by someone else.
It be found in the owner's home and consequently belongs to the owner of the home. She should, however, give the contractor a bonus for finding the money but that wold be out of her honourable will. If the contractor wasn't such a demanding putz, she might have be a bit more giving. I'd be against giving him a penny for that reason.

Should Church leaders vote by letting homosexuals use public restrooms in our cities?

Post your comments
Answers: What are you chitchat about? I do not fathom out your question!
I'm not sure what you show by "Church leaders" (ministers, deacons, or lay people?), but I don't dream up there should be a vote of any features, church or non-church.

I'm not an advocate of homosexuality, but I'm even smaller number of an advocate of Jim Crow Laws, and to be exact exactly what this would amount to.

A "straight" female beside an STD sitting on a public restroom toilet? Where exactly do we start drawing the line?
What is your actual interview?

Why do Democrat care smaller quantity about what society do in bed afterwards what they do in church?

Why is it OK beside them for someone to have sex surrounded by the oval office or sex lacking responsibility through abortion but not OK if someone prays and wants to run for public department?
Answers: BECAUSE THEY ARE IDIOTS!

simple as that.
I don't care what citizens do on their own time in bed OR contained by church.

However, I think more general public have issues beside religious zealots in department than philanderers because the adulterer is making a personal choice that will only affect his energy, whereas the zealot will impose his personal beliefs onto everyone he represents, whether they agree near his views or not.
Actually, Democrats really don't consideration about what citizens do in Church. The participant that cares more or less what people believe is the Republican Party. If you don't believe me, cart a look at the problems that Romney is having next to evangelicals in the Republican Party.

As far as the Democratic Party is concerned, your religious beliefs are none of our business. What is our business is when a competitor believes that the rules of the Bible or the Koran or the Book of Mormon trumps the Constitution or when a candidate believes that exact assertions in scripture trumps the actual facts surrounded by the real world or when an interpretation of prophetic verse matters more than the best interests of the citizens of this country.
I guess cuz you can catch a nut from sex.

Accidental Identity Theft... and Becoming a dentist?

So in 2001 while serving as president of an collective at school, my friend run a fundraiser. For each credit card app. completed, we received $5. A bunch of those left their SS# blank, so she full up it in. One not here her signature off, so she forged her baptize. Nothing ever came of this and I don't really know if she understand what she did was unlawful.

Now, she is in dental institution, but I am concerned that if this comes back to her when she is finished, she will lose her license and be severely surrounded by debt from school. She is a smart girl but Lord with the sole purpose knows what she be thinking. You think her professional dental license could be taken away or is the statute of limitations up?
Answers: As I twig it, the fundraiser was to catch people to accessible credit cards in their own name and for each complete application submitted, the concern received $5 from the credit card company.

Your friend took applications that were in reality submitted by people who needed the credit cards. In some cases, the information was not complete, so she added the actual information of the creature who was applying, including that person's actual social guarantee number, so that the completed applications had correct information for the character that did in certainty want to participate within the program.

That's not identity theft, that's book-keeping work.

Even signing for the person who agreed to contribute in the program and who in truth filled out the form, but forgot to sign it, is not identity robbery, if all of the information for that individual was correct on the form.

Identity break-in would be using the personal information of people who did not know of the program or who did not consent to contribute in the program to complete the applications anyway so that the firm could collect $5.

Identity theft would be using the personal information of someone else to get hold of a credit card for yourself.

Theft of money is getting $5 per application from the credit card company and not turning it over to the organization.

If adjectives of this happened six years ago and not a soul has complained, this doesn't appear to be an issue for her immediately.

EDIT on your additional details - ah, she defraud the credit card company out of the $5 per application. Nice. Well, since nothing have been done to this point, I don't ruminate it will come up.

Affidavit of Support Joint Sponsor?

I'm an 18-year-old student and I am about to be married to my Chilean boyfriend. I want to bring him to the United States next to me so I can study in a university here, but my problem is showing that I can be his sponsor. I don't have any import tax returns or anything to show that I have any money at adjectives. I would have a situation in the U.S., but I wouldn't product even close to $17,000 which is what the government wishes from me to be a sponsor. In some places I have read that here is no way I could be my husband's sponsor if I don't enjoy the money, but I have also read that if my father agreed to be a pooled sponsor then the affidavit of support would step through. If my father co-sponsors him with me even though I don't hold the money (but I would have a notification of recommendation from an employer) could this work?
Answers: cool

I say normalize marijuana, what do you say?

its definately smaller amount dangerous than alcohol, but even so its still illeagal?!
Answers: Legalized & taxed resembling alcohol?
Not sure & guessing it would not happen even if heavily tax.
Right now it would be political suicide for anyone to wager on the legalization proposition.
Decriminalized ?...absolutely w/ the provision for stocky fines & criminal charges against anyone who sells it privately or buys it for kids.
See nought wrong at all w/ individuals who hold bonafide medical reasons to hold it.
"Heard of "some MDs who smoke & would prescribe it if they could , for anything from stress relief to the more serious illnesses & treatments for which it have been proven to enjoy therapeutic effect..
There are satisfactory seeds around for folks to grow their own
for personal use & as long as it stays that way,. why not?.
Personal supervision.
Worked in ER for a quantity of years & the MDs have said that the yawning majority of accidents, injuries & demise by violence are alcohol related.
I be guessing 75% & they said over 90% on some nights.
None could talk about any pot related "violence" & maybe treated a few "smokers" for minor things resembling walking into a tree or
"munchie" related bellyaches.
Don't "bogart' that joint ,my friend, elapse it over to meeee.
Best regards
it's a safer and non addictive alternative to alcohol and tobacco...

I voice yes.
I say "no"

i'm pretty liberal... but legalize just because YOU speak it's "less dangerous" than something else doesn't net a whole lot of sense.

it's not GOOD for the average user... and it's already not permitted.

i am NOT opposed to medicinal marijuana
I don't precision..Maybe legalize it and import tax

it heavily. Legalize prostitution as well and toll it too.
I think you should move about to youtube, type in 'Foamy the squirrel, and verbs up the comic named 'Drugs within your head.' That is what I regard as about medicinal marijuana
