Suspended license?

I had a fluke in june and i get several tickets including imprudent speed and dead loss to keep right. My attorney said since my passenger and i were both injured we must plead not guilty and that psyche prolly lose and get 6-18 months suspended license. I be 16 at the time and was still on 6 month probation beside my license so i was asking, what is the likelyhood of 18 month suspension? If i receive a 18 month suspension can i also get a conditional licence or the time reduced?
Answers: depends on the negotiator and the rules in your jurisdiction. You will probably lose your license completely until you are eighteen, and I don`t know twenty one. You shouldn't be driving since you can't obey the law.

How to dump current lawyer and return with another one?

I hired a lawyer for a minor traffic contravention and he is totally irresponsible, not calling me back, not competent to achieve any of my request. agree to me ask you this, how can you have two pro-sides to an argument? Wouldn't one of them hold to be anti, since it concerns the same issue? I think that abortion is a poor choice and I have a sneaking suspicion that that it is wrong in 99.9% of cases. In the travel case of rape I think that it is possibly appropriate.

Awol/Deserter please help?

3 years ago I be 21 and just entering Airborne training. I be given 20,000 sign on bonus and a 20,000 college assistance bonus before entering. I never recieved these because soon after I go AWOL and now I guess I'm a deserter but I talk to my recruiter last week and he said I can't be considered a deserter because I never made it to my Unit. I be only surrounded by the army for 5 months before going away (going Awol). My reasons are a short time ago excuses I believe in my heart that I am worthless for doing this and I don't deserve to be surrounded by the greatest country in the world. My recruiter have no idea what my status is. You see I be pulled over once and recieved a speeding ticket. I have bought a vehicle and I hold had backround checks run on me by employer. I have a terribly good errand and have have it for 3 years and now I am going through depression spells realize I am a loser for doing what I did. I drank to much this weekend and got arrested for a disorderly and I still did not receive arrested????????????
Answers: You need to approach the Army and straighten this out. Just because they haven't come after you all the same doesn't mean they're not going to digit this out at some point.

Your situation surprises me. Generally, the AWOL would have placed a warrant out for your arrest. They won't pursue it but if the ruling is ever drawn to your attention, they will find the warrant and arrest you. This is what happened to my son who go AWOL between basic and AIT. He be arrested and taken to Oklahoma for out processing with dishonorable discharge. He latter became a warranty guard so the stigma didn't stick as much as I thought it would.
As for feeling similar to a loser, I have another son that feel that way because he be kicked out during basic because he didn't fit within. Please don't feel fruitless about yourself. The military lifestyle is inhumane contained by many ways. They dehumanize the soldier surrounded by the supposed attempt to build a team mentality that you can rely upon respectively other in combat. If you aren't emotionally strong adequate to handle their wounding treatment, then you move. It doesn't mean that you are a loser, a moment ago that you are more human than they are and don't want to be treated like a piece of dirt. However, I do believe that your AWOL will eventually block up with you. I'm surprised it hasn't. Maybe you will not ever be apprehended. I don't know. OSHA for apartments?

Is there something approaching OSHA in which you can report your apartment complex for self non-compliant with desperately needed repairs? My aunt's apartment is flooded. Like scarcely livable flooded. She is literally walking around on plastic to avoid stepping in sea. All of her furniture is damaged and not a soul wants to assistance her.
Answers: There is no federal agency like OSHA unless her apartment is cut of a HUD project. Your best bet is to look for local or possibly state government agencies.

If her furniture is tattered due to the complex's negligence of repairs, she needs to sue them to recuperate the cost of repair/replacement.

Answers: Depends on the judge. The accused's attorney may know how to advise you on how that find works. Some judges would fairly that the friends and family get sworn statements, under oath, than a reminder. You could also call the judge's secretary, every referee has one, and ask her/him how the mediator views this. This is probably not what you want to hear but something you should consider. Anyone who have a count filed as a irredeemable offender should ring bells sour in your leader. How can I be released from my lease?

I just get a housing voucher, been waiting resembling 5 years, and the rules are that we must sign a new one year lease where on earth ever we move to. The thing is that I still own 5 months on my lease left where on earth I'm living.

I just have my third baby boy two days ago, and our apartment is far too small for adjectives of us. How do I get out of this lease so that we can move into a larger nicer place, in need having to sign a integral new lease here.

Every place is different. My company offer a buy out program, but that is honestly new. What most lease state is that you will forfeit your deposit and will be responsible for the rest of the lease. They aren't allowed to charge you and someone else rent for the same place, but you are responsible until they re-rent it. Some places are nice plenty to try and rent your apartment first, but some won't because they are getting income from it no matter what.

Section 8 may know how to go to bat for you if they enjoy any pull beside this landlord, but I don`t know not.

All that being said, this place have been honest enough for you for as long as you enjoy lived there, and the babe you just have isn't going to be using a yard within the next 5 months. Now that you own a voucher you can get a nicer place. I don't regard it is fair that population like me work our butts stale to provide for our families and live where on earth we can afford and have society who can work but don't choose to, or have several children so they can't afford larger nicer places go and get help to live. I am a single mom and hold worked 2 jobs to label ends meet so I don't use assistance. I muse Sec 8 and the such should be used for people near disabilities, not lazy empire.

One child missing is too many.
My heart go out to any parent that would go through that brand of living h3ll.
But why are all the missing children we see man searched for near help of the medium almost if never an African American or Hispanic child.
