8.Parents to be TRUSTED to know the difference between DISCIPLINE and CHILD BATTERING (give parents the rights as well as the kids & initiate at pre-school that ALL rights,(including childrens) come with responsibilities (no more 'I know my rights I do'.)

He requirements to suffer some more before he dies. Even though he spends most of his time surrounded by isolation the few prisoners that do have contact next to him will be doing stuff that makes him want to die! Why should he obtain away the easy path? I don't care in the region of how much it costs as long as he suffers for a very long time!

Considering this is the third or fourth time he's tried - what the hell is the level of supervision? This low life span blagged his way through the system to work near children in positions of trust, and is clearly still blagging his instrument to get what he wishes. Why should he be allowed to die? I really hope he can't face living near what he's done (although I doubt that's the case). If he is in anguish by one alive - long may he live. After all, there's no escape for Holly & Jessica's family.

In Prison, Ian Huntley will get free meal, free tv, free sky, free gym, free everything, even security. Who pays for this? We do, though charge! They should get stripped minimum in prisons. It depends on the definition of torture. There exists no actual prohibition of torture accept for presidential Executive information. The only solid protection is the constitutional protection from cruel and unusual punishment. The ask then become what is Cruel and Unusual.

I believe the President SHOULD have authority to trim funds from bills which are to be used solitary for special interests.

In Indiana how can a nonbiological father attain visitation rights?
