Have I been a victum of a corrupt police department?

My stolen vehicle was recovered two weeks after. The police found it one week ago, have it towed, impounded, after one week past they call me. Charges include towing a 1 week of impound charges. They called 4:45 Pm Friday I enjoy 15 minutes to fill out some forms and stir to the lot to pickup my car. If I don't bring in it I will be charged 2 more days of impound, closed on weekends. I'm thinking they make most of their call between 4:30 and 5:00 to get more charges. Also they could hold caught the thief if they investigated. The intruder left a isolated fast food sack in the saloon with an exact time/dated taking, the drive up window here takes a picture of every customer via protection camera. They refused to investigate.
Answers: I would ask a attorney. You shouldn't have to foot the tow lot any charges...it wasn't your wrong doing so you shouldn't have to foot.

Sounds resembling they just dont want to look into it. I asked my state police friend and he said i.e. very abnormal. Any police station would call you when it be found and they would try to catch the personage.

However- remember that a picture of a suspect is worthless by itself. I have have many cases where on earth I have great photos or video of the suspects but I could never identify who they be (I tried!).

As far as the towing. I don't like that they wait a week. But I believe your insurance should cover these costs anyway.

And recount them you dont want one who can be bought. They'll see to it, you get someone who like some action or have something against this same police department, you watch!! AED FDA Medical Assignment Requirement?

A rep told me that there is supposed to be a Medical Assignment form of some sort next to an AED. I had not hear of this previously and I can't seem to locate the FDA rule on this which is where on earth he indicated it was from.

Answers: What kind of assignment? An AED can be used by anyone who have had a 3 hour CPR class - surrounded by fact, they be designed for civilian use. They do not require a license of any kind. In some states, your purchase of an AED may require a prescription, but since you can bring back them on Amazon, I wouldn't worry in the order of it.

The perscription was required when they first hit the open market, but that was some time ago. It is superfluous in most states, and most AED companies can catch you one, if necessary.

Is the rep from an AED street trader or from the company itself? Because Philips should be able to asnwer this give somebody the third degree for you.

Answers: I live in South Florida. Miami Beach to be exact, and I drive by the port downtown almost every daytime. At all hours of the daylight there are massive trucks coming bad and on the bridge..holding up traffic and turn lanes on US-1 and exits to I-95. Guantanamo bay debate?

I am have an internal conflict about Guantanamo Bay. One side of me (the liberal side) think that it is horrible that all of these innocent relatives with no information are man tortured and detained for years. Their lives will never be the same and they hold lost years of their lives. The other side of me (conservative) thinks that Guantanamo Bay is ok. The information we bring from some of these people own enabled the government to stop terrorist attacks that would enjoy killed thousands of innocent society. The way I look at it is, which is better- wasting 3 years of oodles innocent people's lives with horrible wretched torture, or losing thousands of lives because of a terrorist attack because Guantanamo Bay be closed and leads and tips be lost because torture is no longer allowed. There are two allowed and ethical possiblities:

1. The Gitmo prisoners are POWs, and fall underneath the geneva convention. Eventually they will be turned over to their home country. They are accorded some rights and can NOT be tortured.

2. The Gitmo prisoners are Criminals and will be subject to criminal courts, internation courts, courts in the countries they are from and the countries they commited crimes.

Currently they are labeled Enemy Combatants by the govt. and are not accorded rights of the Geneva Convention or International courts. I perceive this is not legal or ethical. Call or write your congressman and speak about them if you dissagree.
