Is it legal to get a sheathed sword in the state of Oregon?

heh so i'm going to be a pirate for halloween, because me and my friends (18) are amazing and still do stupid stuff close to that.

but i have no opinion of the legal issues surrounding me carrying a sword near me.

i've got this lightweight, cheap, pretty sword - it's an extra from the movie zorro.

i thought it'd be fun to wear it near my costume to authenticate it a little.

is it unauthorized to do so if im going trick or treating?

(and yes, 18, and we ARE still amazing enough to trick or treat. the houses we stop at look at us funny though)
Answers: You definatley risk arrest and you might even obtain prosecuted.

You could tell the pass judgment that it's not a weapon, just a prop and you might hold a case.

Ironicaly, carrying a chainsaw down the street is permitted because the main use of a chainsaw is as a tool. A sword is designed to be a weapon and it is usually criminal to carry artillery without a permission.

It makes no difference whether or not it is surrounded by a sheath.
Carrying swords in public is improper pretty much across the US. go for a replicated sword no need to risk an arrest over a costume.

Shot in the facade, but only charged beside assualt? Biased, and/or protecting Narcs.?

I witnessed a guy (black) being shot contained by the face by another (white) guy. The defendant with the sole purpose received an assualt charge. His family are a bunch of narcs. A white police force and small KY community? I have a feeling this is very wrong. What do you grain?
Answers: Prosecutors are given virtually unbridled discretion in settled what crimes to charge. So, one person might take an assault charge and another might get an attempted murder charge. Additionally, statutes place different penalty on different crimes (e.g. the sentence for crack possession is much greater than that for an equal amount of cocaine powder). Those are just the facts.

There are excessive verdicts everywhere. I see White people getting rotten easy because they are white. I see minorities getting past its sell-by date easy because if you prosecute them, they are one discriminated against. Whatever, everyone gets sour easy.

Are we bending too far backward for our Muslim Friends?

John Howard, (And I detest to say this) have done the right thing within releaseing a new Citizen to Australia Document. He is right as our rights are as very well. We Love our Country and people coming here should do as all right. I never want to see a Blue between Christians and Muslims. But if care is not taken, It will develop. Answers: There are probably more Hindus or Sikhs in Australia than Muslims and they don't verbs about Christmas or Easter. Hindus promote Diwali a bit as it is a big deputation and anyone can come.

As for Muslims, I have agreed 4 and only one of them be at all religious. Two Turks, one Indonesian (nicest bloke you'd touch in a day's march) one Fijian Indian. They adjectives avoided pork, would not buy a raffle ticket and observed Ramadan but that was in the order of as far as it went, except for one who is a bit more observant. He belongs to a sect that bin Laden would not similar to at all. It seem to be a bit out of the Shia -Sunni system.

Never heard any of them complain give or take a few Christmas or Easter.
You are right. The Muslims cannot abide by your laws. They are here to change your law. It will be prayer rugs in the school, prayer 5 times a day for body, etc. We should listen to them when they say they are going to filch over the world. A cleric in England said it will be jammy to enact Sharia Law when they are ready surrounded by England because none of the citizens have guns. Think around that. Think again. You will have two choices. Either enrol Islam or die.

Complaint from a fast food restaurant member of staff...?

I'm a shift manager at a White Castle and I will appointment the main bureau number (which is an 1-800 number for general concerns) to profile a complaint. My general superintendent (my boss) has some sort of favoritism among the manager. For example, sometimes she gives a inspector 5 nights (11pm-7am) and the other merely 2 or sometimes she blames one manager for something she/he did wrong but doesn't precision when another manager make the same mistake. I want my complaint to be effective so I call for the right words so that the office understand that I'm serious and not just making things appear worse than they really are. I involve you guys to give me some knob points and the things I should or shouldn't say.
Answers: From a nouns stand point; document, document, document! Put it all surrounded by writing and keep copies. Be sure to include a positive suggestion near your complaint and be sure you have significant evidence (copies of the work schedule). You might want to approach the governor you are complaining about contained by person because explicitly most likely what corporate is going to communicate you. Now if nothing change, then complain. If you bring this up to the director and things get worse, you own grounds for a hostile work environment and retaliation from you manager. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING!

How to quit the same situation... a second time?

I work retail. I have worked for indistinguishable company for three years and then two months following, I came vertebrae. After eight months I have recieved a better opportunity (cross fingers) and own to quit again. I believe in giving plenty of discern and don't want to burn any bridges. But I'm stuck on that tough opening stripe. Any suggestions. P.S. I don't want any douchebaggery like "f* 'em, quit!" or move about with God. Frankly, both are equally annoying.
