Any laws against wearing consistent kind of t-shirts?
Is at hand any law against wearing a t-shirt beside curse words on it or anything?Answers: There are laws within certain states that are probably unconstitutional but they would hold to be challenged within court.
The ACLU has some interesting articles.
http://www.aclu.org/freespeech/gen/21179...
Sort of.
Racist motto's for instance.
By the strict note of the law that could be construed as inciting severity.
In what state and city?
Are you a student who wants to wear one to university? If you are, they can keep you from wearing a shirt near curse words because it is deemed to be "disruptive."
There are no law against it as far as being arrested - but businesses and institutions hold a right to refuse entrance or services if they find the shirt unpleasant. Most malls, restaurants, and other public places have notice posted on their entrances regarding prohibited clothing. Once you enter, you are agreeing to abide by those rules and can be removed from the premises. You would solely be arrested if you created a scene. When wearing something too offensive within public - be ready to treaty with the potential fallout within the way of comments and or physical threats. In our city at hand was a covering of a young man who get into a fight while wearing a top that said " F - - k Bush" ( I left out the packages that were on the unadulterated shirt). He tried to press charges of assault on the person who attacked him but the intercede ruled that he had provoked the be at odds by wearing the shirt to a public park. So, decide if wearing the shirt is worth the fallout that might result.
What next no smoking when driving?
Oh my god,I own just read just about the D.V.L.A. trying to ban smoking while your driving,Although i do not smoke myself,What a f - - - - - g cheek,What will it be subsequent no flatulence or breathing or even talking,What bloody idiot dreams up adjectives these rules,Surely we can all live our lives as humans and not bloody robots,Crazy world or should i right to be heard crazy government,They are not concerned how they run the country but how much they can fleece us out of our changeAnswers: Well said!!
Check out my Yahoo 360 blog... :D
It's not about smoking, it's around choosing the kid it's okay to kick today. Cell phones haven't be banned within cars, even though over 3/4ths of the people I know hold been hit by someone conversation on a cell phone. Food and beverages aren't banned, even though I can't count the number of folks I've seen swerve because something spilled, dropped or stained.
When we get a car contained by the Cleveland Metro area, we wound up going to a seller who, unbeknownst to us, only sold cars next to "non-smoking packages". We had to shift with them, because they have the best financing and could give us the best for our (limited) money. I own had more irritations because the vehicle came beside no ashtray than I can say, and it constantly offend me.
What's next? Well, the world things it's more and more agreeable every day to treat overweight folks badly.
What rationale is given for this no smoking while driving rule? Research indicates that heaps factors close to lighting a smoke, tuning the radio, eating, cell phone use, alcholol consumption and so on affect our attention and thus produce accidents. If law against drinking a driving don't stop impaired driving, what impact would further such law have? Do too abundant laws to control our behavior in recent times overload people to the point the tend to revolutionary and ignore them?
Besides requiring better driver instruction before giving a licence to drive, do culture see other workable solutions to this problem?
Amen.
no picking your nose lol
The final thing I read in the region of this (in the UK) was that smoking be not allowed surrounded by shared works vehicles, similar to a 12 seater picking folk up.
Nothing at all to do next to individuals smoking in their own cars.
I know driving and smoking is forbidden surrounded by Saudi.
The works vehicles imperative is now within force.
Another brilliant idea from the anti-smoking advisors to the Government.
The best impression would be to pass legislation requiring simply one occupant per vehicle beside no cd player or controls other than the stripped minimum, thereby removing all possible distractions from:
rowdy kids
bark dogs
altering the heat setting, nouns con etc
talking passenger
adjusting the radio, cd setting
pipe windows
Then the medium asks why so many ancestors are emigrating - the answer is reasonably simply to find somewhere where they are treated as adults.
Yes okay said.
They can't even police drivers who use mobile phones and far worse things like drink drivers and rapists, so how are they going to police smoking too! lol
Someone surrounded by government really requests to stop day dreaming!!!
J
i regard as you missed the point altogether, smoking is very wan, it stinks, looks bad, is doomed to failure for others around you,, they should just exclusion tobacco,, its awful
Is it legal for me to store & transport R 22 surrounded by my trunk?
I work for a refrigeration company that requires me to drive my own car. It's a civic coupe. I looked-for to know if it is legal to store and transport the R 22 tank in my trunk. My motor is black and during the summer months it can get over 140 degree inside my car. I know that the R 22 is supposed to be stored at smaller number than 120 degrees, but I'm curious something like transporting and keeping the tanks contained by my trunk all the time. Any bedside light on this would be most helpful. Thanks!Answers: It is official to carry it surrounded by your car, as long as it is properly labeled. How undisruptive it is to store in large temperatures is another interview.
Are you EPA certified?
Can you break down the door of your own house with your exposed hands?
Sometimes I forget my key or I just come home drunk tardy at night and I own to open the door of my flat by smashing into it... although I am relatively strong and it takes profoundly of strength to do this... I am worried that if I can do this others can too. my neighbors are dodgy types and when I do this it makes a great deal of noise... I am worried that they will see me doing this and follow my example - when I am not around they will come and steal things from my flat..What more or less you ?
Answers: Yes, I can.
But I find using the keys save both time and money.
I have never tried to do this. I enjoy a double glazed door now so it wouldn't occur.
I wouldn't keep doing it if I be you.
well...umm..how are you getting home drunk anyway?
I suppose you could if you considered necessary to...but...why would you want to go through that trouble of getting a foreign one and crap like that?
I kindof agree next to the first guy...teheeee :]
are you for real????? later hide a switch so only you know where on earth it is drunk or sober, I do and it works every time plus you won`t lose it when you out getting hammered perfect luck
Regards
Ryan Dior
I am smart enough not to catch sh*t-faced drunk and lock myself out.
If your "dodgy" neighbors see this and follow your lead, it's pretty much your defect. You knew they be dodgy when you were sober, so you nice of deserve what happens.
Grow up a bit and stash and extra push button somewhere in a pocket of your trousers.
BTW...If I saw one of my neighbors drunk and trying to break down their door because they be too stupid to remember a key, I might consider THEM dodgy!!!!!
Get a better door next to better locks and DON'T FORGET YOUR KEYS!! Or don't get drunk... nah, forget that one... Gotta enjoy some fun in vivacity, yeah?
Legally there's nothing to stop you doing it, but if your neighbours are chavs it's not a great notion.
i defiantly can not break down the door i.e. almost impossible
well I don`t know you should not get so drunk you hang on to smashing doors in?
also it must cost you a packet surrounded by new locks
but i enjoy feeling that this examine is actually seriously of bull**** and therefore the simply thing you enjoy to worry in the region of is too much time on your hands
peace mate
No I can't do it - but I know a man who can!
His nickname is John and I know one night he come home from the pub drunk and kicked his door in - not sure if he be aware of his neighbours on looking at the time thou - the woman in the flat below him is a prostitute, so probably worth watching more than a drunken Scot attempting to gain entry to his flat - although I reflect I would be amused by it!?
Apologies, I am rambling!
Yeah, I know, I've be in your house a few times, (well, you've done adjectives the hard work contained by smashing the door down with your out hands???) and the great item is - you don't even know what's missing, 'cause you're 'drunk'.
I wonder what I'll seize tonight? OR, will he fix his door??
Do you mean are you allowed to do it? Legally you can but be aware that if someone see you whom doesn't know you live there later you may get a call round from the police.
I would suggest you hide a spare push button under a plant pot or somewhere similar where on earth you can get it gently as to not attract attention from your neighbours, or get one of those switch rings you can attach to a belt and then put your push button on this and attach it to a belt to go out.
Get a clad lock and don't forget your keys is the answer.

Governments and the law?
Is it a true that if you commit a crime against the rule, most of the time the burden of proof is on you to prove you are innocent but if its between two ordinary populace then you hold to prove the other party guilty? If thats true next why is this? I probably have the wrong ending of the stick.
Answers: Anytime the goverment brings charges, they have the burden of proof. You are below no obligation to prove you are innocent, they own to prove you are guilty.
A civil trial, where you are one sued by a person or private business, is a different story. The rules relocate.
No -- any crime you commit is, technically, against the government, because the elected representatives is operated by the general public, and crimes are tried with the state as the plaintiff (the prosecutor) because you've committed a crime against humanity (the government).
In criminal trials, the plaintiff (the state / the prosecutor) bear the burden of proof, beyond a reasonable doubt. If you can create a believable doubt . . . or if the prosecution fails to remove all adequate doubts you must, by matter of regulation, be found "not-guilty."
Someone stole my money..Help!?
Dear Friends,Someone stole my money. She is family I didn't want to walk to police yet. She told me she hold no money to pay me rear. I like run his credit or information report. Can someone outthere help me and narrate me where can i run her report? And how?
Thank you so much.
Answers: Call the police. You're not helping your kinfolk member by protecting them from the consequences of anyone a criminal. They need some court time and some top-security prison time to drive home just how wrong their appointments really are.
I agree with the above. The just way you will minister to your family associate is to report what they have done. Tough love is the just way it can be stopped. Remember stealing is a crime and regardless on who they are, necessitate to know that it is wrong.
Is it legal for a vehicle dealership to call your home after?
I purchased a sports car ten days ago, and signed all paperwork. Now their common manager is calling after business hours motto i need to return the sports car.Optional Information:
Decatur, Illinois
Answers: You should find out why they are calling. There are often clauses within car sale contracts that say you can thieve the car right away, and the peddler will try to find a loan at a certain rate. But if they cannot return with a loan at that rate, you must return the car and payment a daily, and/or mileage rate which is habitually quite large. It's my experience that it's never a good opinion to take a sports car before the financing is within place. Just a thought.
It's legal for them to phone call you, because you have an established business relationship, but the put somebody through the mill is why do they want you to return the car?
Unless something go wrong with the paperwork, in attendance really shouldn't be any reason for it.
Why do they want it? They don't usually purely go "return the car". Even if your deposit didn't clear they would supply you a chance to clear it up. Most any rationale they will figure out a bearing to fix it as it is a sale.
It is funky though that he is calling after hours... but greatly of dealerships are open behind. It's perfectly allowed though. And maybe he is calling at curious hours because he is tired of leaving messages.
You call for to take charge of whatever it is. If it is something they messed up it will show flawless faith... if you hold to sue or something. If you messed up they will be more apt to work w. you. Plus they may be able to charge you for the use of the vehicle and you may forfiet your deposit. If they find the slightest score they will charge you for it. If they come and get it it will be outstandingly expensive for you. And of course they could involve the police. If they purely sue you you will pay their trial fees. They can ding your credit. Many things can happen.
No, it's not prohibited to call. But you hold to take attention to detail of whatever it someway.NOW, today.
Send down from a university as a punishment (9)?
Answers: Rescinded punishment
Not so much "9" as "17".
Can a school (UK) rightfully confiscate a child's mobile phone and keep it till back of term?
My child and some others within her class had their phone confiscated as one of the phones accidentally go of during registration. No one owned up and because of this they were search and all phones taken. I go to the school and manage to negotiate return of the sim card but was told that beneath school rules the phones would be kept till partially term and even the person in charge teacher claimed be powerlessot to return phones, these rules are set by the board of governors. Are they legally entitled to confiscate phones, if so what is the maximum length they can keep them and can they confiscate phones short proof of whose went rotten?
Answers: School rules are still bound by the laws of the territory and they are breaking the law by not returning these phones. It's not technically robbery because their 'intent' is not to keep the phones but they should return them at once.
The only passageway they could get away beside this is if you as parents had signed something which give them permission to stroke in this bearing. If that is the armour you're stumped I'm afraid.
I've had run ins near schools earlier now over this sort of point. They had something call 'class detention' so if one of the pupils misbehaved they kept the whole class bringing up the rear after school. I complained but they said it be designed so the innocent kids put pressure on the disruptive ones to behave themselves. I said that could promote bullying and punishing the innocent is hardly what we should be training our kids. I was told I have no choice. We live in a considerate of remote area and the college bus was the merely direct bus home so if she missed it she'd have to appropriate three buses to get home and it would nick a couple of hours. There was no style I was going to allow that on ominous winter nights so I go into school and grab my daughter's hand and brought her home. The herald teacher tried to stop me till I mentioned the words 'kidnapping' and 'police'.
There's no wonder school get a unpromising name when they treat their pupils approaching this.
I would suggest you speak to your Local Education Authority and ask their advice. School rules or not the institution is not above the law. Simple as that.
Short answer ... No. Ask them for it posterior. They have no right to appropriate it. However it is NOT theft as in that is no intention to permanently deprive. I suggest you confiscate something of theirs.
xxR
In my arts school we do the same. If a phone go off surrounded by class time it is confiscated for the term. School rules.
However my federation advises us to confiscate lone for the day .
As a coach I can tell you it is a problem. Students entail to respect classes and switch off, but I other disagree with punishing the full class for one person`s wrongdoing. In these circumstances I encourage the pupils to report the coward who doesn`t own up.
You could try appealing by memorandum to the board of governors.
Ask for a copy of the school rules concerning mobile phones. As a parent you own agreed to the school rules as your child is going nearby. But it seems that the headmaster be lacking surrounded by back bone and adjectives sense. Obviously the position of power has gone clearly to his team leader and cant see no further than looking good contained by front of the board of governors
Confiscate phones yes but he norm is to return them at the end of the afternoon not term. Someone is have visions of splendour. The asses.
go to police its a form of pilfering and thy have removed something that thy requirement to make contact surrounded by event of emergencym, what would that teacher ruminate if that child was surrounded by danger that evening on style home from school it should enjoy been returnd at the finish off of day
Schools own their own codes of conduct and are quite right to insist pupils stick to them. But of late out of curiosity, have you signed anything to read out that you accept those lingo? Seriously, unless you have signed an agreement stating that you or your child will be bound by those language and rules you should kick up a stink and emergency the phones are returned.
You could also contact a solicitor about your rights. Apart form anything else, you could argue that in need the mobile phone you are unable to hang on to in touch next to your daughter, therefore placing her contained by possible danger.
Why the hell do kids necessitate to take a mobile into class within the first place?. Its simple. If you break the rules, you suffer the consequences. Play unprejudiced. Get treated fair. Bring your kids up to respect authority and they should travel through life.
They dont enjoy to give it subsidise to the child but if you come into the school to pick it up they must return it to you. Otherwise it is pilfering.
Inform them that if it is not returned immediately next you shall be going to the police. Those rules are nonsense.
no they cant hold on to it,its not theirs to keep.i`d be contained by that school right very soon getting back what is rightfully mine, and NOT THEIRS
He should hold smashed the fecking thing into little bits, later gave him it fund.
If he complained, kick him/her out of class and dispatch him/her home.
Respect is something lacking near the bloody kids these days.
Considering how disruptive these toys can be, I can sympathise near the school authorities for wanting to sanction them from classrooms. However they should make folks aware of this and then maybe give a written reproving 1st time, and only next apply these measures.
Also principally you are innocent until proved guilty. It is not appropriate to take everyone's phone only just because one went rotten.
Another angle: By definition what most people do is average; most people enjoy mobile phones and use them regularly.
I think that they can if it is contained by the school contract which you signed but it does give the impression of being a bit extreme.
My child takes a mobile phone to academy with her - inferior school as she have to walk home alone and I am not other around due to work/study or carer committments. It means I know of any problems or hold ups and dont' nouns and it also means that if she desires to stay on at school for things close to netball practice/homework club once in a while she can permit me know. For both of our peace of mind it is necessary.
But her arts school is in a unbelievably out of the way place and she have to walk previous allotments and uninhabited areas on her way home so I close to to know where she is. I don't dream up it is so necessary when the academy is just round the corner.
Is smoking the greatest evil?
As a smoker I accept that it may motive me harm, and possibly to others around me. Therefore I adopt the fascist anti-smoking legislation we now hold.My question really is why solely smoking?
How many associates have be killed or injured by someone driving below the influence of tobacco?
Or been outdone up or worse because someone had one too tons cigarettes and became mutinous?
Do we not need fairly more control over drinking habits, and not a moment ago smoking?
Answers: I'm right with you on this.
I own helped keep hold of the tax coffers full surrounded by the past. And in a minute i'm pilloried for doing something i enjoy.
I don't drink. But am constantly feed up with the verbs of drunken youths creating mayhem on our streets.
But i own to have a cigarette away from everyone else.
...And be castigate for it...!!!!
Not more control. People need to give somebody a lift more personal responsibility. I for one am sick of all this legislation around what we can and cant do.
xxR
No. It's not surrounded by the same league as genocide. But it is a highest cause of premature destruction to both active and pliable smokers.
I agree that we need to find some method of discouraging populace from drinking excessively. So far, all attempts own been counterproductive and, as a nation, we are drinking more and more.
Everyone agrees near you, the government tried to ruling alcohol completely and failed.
The governing body spends a fortune to keep the jail full of people using other drugs.
Smoking isn't the greatest evil, freshly one I don't want to be exposed to.
I support the smokers right to do in his own home doesn`t matter what he wishes
The government own come down on smoking so heavily because it is costing the NHS too much with race being under the weather from smokimg related problems. i.e. cancer etc.
It was the goverment that promoted it so much years ago previously it was found to effect so many helth problems, because of adjectives the tax they get from it.
Late night or round the clock drinking be also promoted by the goverment, because of the tax earn from alcohol, now we hold the problems coming from it, they will have to crack down on that.
A wacky world we live in I construe, where folks seem to want to do adjectives the things that harm them, drugs smoking alcohol maltreat, why cant human beings do these things in moderation.
Question # 1. Smoking is not the greatest evil - power is.
Question #2. Its one and only smoking because all smokers hold not stood up for their rights as they should have-they accept it.
Question #3. none
Question #4. (this could begin if someone ran out and after got within an argument if they were of a fairly more physical type of personality)
Question #5. We really can't get much more control over drinking conduct than the gov't already has.
See the problem is that the command makes money on every beer or mixed drink that anyone surrounded by the US drinks. They control the alcohol distribution. With cigarettes they havent figured out a route of making money on it except for adding more and more taxes on respectively purchase.
To answer the question contained by a simple way, NO.
To over-elaborate, what is evil is the way that smokers hold been discriminated against. Even as a non smoker, I consistency that smokers have rights too.
Now we adjectives have to suffer the smoke, the smell, and the mess that WAS confined to pubs, clubs etc. It seem to me that the cleaner atmosphere inside has resulted within an explosion of filth outside. Have you see the smokers all standing outside? How various wall mounted ashtrays have you see? How many butts are at hand piled in the street? How much does it cost the local council to verbs it up? Why don't the pubs/clubs do it??
Keep on smoking.but when your lungs start to fail you...and you draw from chronic bronchitis or COPD and emphysema..don't come running into the ER fighting to breathe and pleading me to help you, while you smell similar to an ashtray! You'll be taking my valuable time away from someone who is sick or requirements help for something they didn't create themselves.
And MANY folks die from second hand smoke.usually the poor wife of some idiot approaching you who has to smoke til he's chronically sick and next SHE ends up with lung cancer. You can try adjectives day to assert your smoking, but you're killing yourself slowly and surely.simply because you are not violent YET, doesn't anticipate you won't be.when you can't breathe and the paramedics are rushing you to the ER~~~you'll be hollering, "Help me.help me.lend a hand me.and begging for oblige. I see it EVERY day and you smokers are right near with the drug seekers within wasted time within the ER.
Only the people trying to force me to quit
i would voice ignorance is, but thats just me . . . .
