What usually happens if someone is found contained by "Contempt of Court?"?
Do they ever actually jump to jail? For how long? Or do they achieve a fine? Or does the judge newly warn them and agree to them off??My husband's ex wife who have been dragging him to court for 14 years practically bankrupt him (she's mega rich, he's not) FINALLY got a fine of $7500 that she is presently ordered to pay to my husband within attorney's fees. But she's a violent angry woman who doesn't follow the rules and we're sure she's not going to repay in the 30 days that she's given, (even though she's a multi millionaire) so his atty is already making plans to folder something saying she's surrounded by contempt of court in 30 days. (She cheats on her taxes, claims she singular makes $60K/yr when she really make $300+K. The IRS is investigating her. She also has a recent drug conviction for stealing controlled narcotics from her patients and she's on probation for that. If she's arrested for any object, that will be a violation of her probation and she will lose her license to practice drug.
Answers: If she doesn't comply with the court demand and his lawyer files a contempt on court on her she can return with an even larger fine,have her assests frozen until adjectives money owed is paid and run to jail for however long the trendsetter decides to put her nearby.Then if the IRS finds anything about her cheating on her taxes she will owe them any spinal column taxes and spend more time in lock up.If she's on probation already they'll toss the book at her.

Violation of our First Amendment rights?
Are we not allowed to post what ever we want on Yahoo Answers as long as its not againt the statute? Why should people who post statute obiding comments be reprted if it is not unlawful and just degrading to some ones ego? We should be capable of speak our minds freely on YA. The first admendment protects our right to not be arrested for speaking freely. However, speaking surrounded by certain unmoral ways can be against rules.
For example, you can't swear at your teacher in conservatory. It's against school rules. You would capture in trouble for it because it is rude.
Also, the first admendmant does not include hate speak. You can't be racist or abominable to certain groups.

I think that is to say just sick. There is nought artistic about purposely getting pregnant a short time ago to murder a baby. I thought repeat offender who have abortions as their just means of birth control be bad but if anyone ever did something approaching this that would just be sick.
I dont know if this is endorsed but it seems close to a health issue to me.
I don't support abortion, but since it is legally recognized they can do that if they really are that sick and want to. Personally I think its unprincipled to show pictures of aborted fetuses contained by an unsolicited manner, it's gross and disgusting.

Being 16 sucks you cant do anything but drive any you have restrictions on that. 18 is ok but after buying smokes and going to clubs , 21st b-day is the subsequent big one.

Im 16 and she is 14 turning 15 contained by april, and today my counselor approached me and said that the age of consent law forbids me from dating someone who isnt 16 also. I looked at the michigan age of consent law and all i see it forbidding me from is have sex.
