Answers: I started smoking at 14, the age put a ceiling on back afterwards was 16 and it never stopped anyone, we a short time ago used to get elder kids to get for us. Most kids start smoking lower than the legal age for buying cigarettes so I don't see how raise the age will make any difference at adjectives. I would judge the price of cigarettes alone should discourage anyone to smoke, I live in Greece presently and they are only 2 pounds a packet (for Silk Cut, Benson etc..) but at British prices how could any teen afford to smoke these days anyway?

I be in Germany for a couple of years during my military service, and at the time Germans could buy beer at pretty much any age. And aged grandfather could give his 8-year behind the times grandson some money to go buy some beer and bring it home.

The model that the people beneath 18 will stop smoking at midnight is fabulously laughable - even by government standards.

SOME will find a dodgy shopkeeper, others will simply get friends to purchase them - and a frightningly high-ranking proportion will do the obvious - and start buying from population who sell smuggled cigs cheaper than the shops anyway. Almost every town have several folks who sell cheap cigarettes, very soon the government is effectively helping to promote their business for them.

Choice: lb5 a pack and awkward to buy OR lb3 a pack from "Dodgy Dave" who doesn't vigilance how old you are - and is also more than elated to introduce you to some of his other "delights" which he would like you to start buying... "Tell you what, hold this little treat on me, if you want some more I'll do you a good deal".

This is one of the most dicey and incredibly stupid peices of ill-thought out legislation so far.

As an aside, does this also apply to people contained by the military? Old enough to sign up to hold bullets fired at you at 16 - but WAY too young to be trusted next to a thing as a harmful as a cigarette. I think I would find that incredibly unacceptable.

The rule agency assigned with the duty to protect US citizens by carrying out tests products manufactured or sold to the US is not doing their job. They spend innordinate amounts of time and money inspecting, harrassing US engineering plants and little or nothing on inspecting/approving FOREIGN manufacturer. Their ineptness at approving/rejecting products from being market TO the US are by foreigners is;
1) Misdirected to inspecting/approving US made products- their sole responsibility is to guage FOREIGN mfr's;
2) Ill prepared or directed to inspect/approve FOREIGN products:
3) Bought and Paid for by CFR conglomerates (Walmart or any retailer / not manufacturers- because there are no more US manufacturer they are all overseas).

The solely upside to your story/enquiry is that one retailer (Lowe's) provided you with the apparatus crucial to do the job that the FDA is salaried to do but NOT DOING.

Question doesn't make sense. If a spouse have evidence, why is the other spouse doing the investigation? It's a conflict of interest.

I am stressed out. I got served today...?

This bill I owe and know I owe is not getting salaried ($18,000). This came from my attorney. Since they help me I have be dx'd with MS (Multiple Sclerosis) and will I could pay. I immediately can only work five hours a week. I own had severe problems and purely can't function anymore. What can I do? I have file for disability and am awaiting their desision. I feel unpromising about this debt but don't judge I can do anything about it. I choice I knew where on earth to turn.

Answers: Sue me for everything I don't own. So you have a judgement for $18,000. They cannot put you within prison for debt in the U.S.

Only 15% of disability can be garnish for debt each month.

And if nearby is no other option, near is still bankruptcy. You already don't own anything, so why permit them wait until you do, lately to pounce on you?

How did child support become so insanely high?

Seriously, when/how did child support be in motion from making sure a child had mediocre food, clothing & shelter to rewarding mothers with insane amounts of money purely because they had the fortune to confer birth to a child? We now enjoy to pay $2000/month to my husband's ex wife (who he disappeared 14 yrs ago due to her crazed anger & violence; She's be diagnosed as Borderline Personality), even though she is a multi millionaire with mode more money than us. I mean it does NOT cost $2,000 a month for ONE kid. We live contained by a basic boxy house from the 1970's, nil special, while the mother lives in Los Altos Hills within a $2 Million house and owns 2 others homes. Does CA have the extreme child support in the U.S.? My husband make about $13K/mo gross, but after losing partly of it to taxes, 401(k) deductions, our $4100/month mortgage (The Bay nouns is super expensive but we're stuck here), we don't even break even 2 months out of 3 with have to pay that $2000/mo CS. How did CS find so out of hand giant???

That is a crazy amount to wage in child support. And to have a sneaking suspicion that my ex complained when he had to repay $20.00 a week and I only bring in $13,000 a year.
I would seriously think in the order of taking this back to court. Child support should be base on both parents income. Even though it is expensive,it might help to find a attorney to help you near this.
