Do you have to be unfair in the u.s. to recieve senate assistance?

african-american
Answers: No but many states require that you hold children.

For example, in my state of N.C., even if you be homeless, if you did not have children, you would not be eligible for any except food stamps... no other assistance.

It merely all depends on the state. I've hear that many illegals bring back assistance but I have never see it.
if you are illagel you don't ge government assistence you receive in troble. presently if you get hurt (badly) or somthing resembling that yes you would.

China assassinates executive over led poisoning issue.?

I be talking to a friend over the weekend and he informed me that the Chinese establishment assassinated an executive who exported products with lead poisoning . I can not find any news on this. Is in attendance any information out there ?
Answers: China have not executed anyone for lead paint within toys.

The execution was of a large government sanctioned for corruption for approval of drugs that were set to be dangerous for money. People died because of this.

That happen a few months back.

I suspect, if a high-ranking official within the USA was involved contained by something like that, that the American public would be calling for his director.

Peace

Jim

.
The Chinese government did execute...not assassinate, an executive whose company be involved in the head paint-on-toys scare. It be for corruption, not lead paint.
Another guy kill himself because of his company being closed down for head paint on toys. I guess you'll need to google this...and stop playing games and start reading or watching the word.

IRS harrassment?

My parents filed for collapse a few years back and have it discharged in 2004. They purely received a notice today(in 2007) that they are person audited for 2005. During their bankruptcy, the IRS repeatedly sent them communication despite the fact that they know they were prohibited to. I know that was bullying, but is it also harassment that my parents are human being audited for the year immediately following their discharge? My parents hold the proper files to support their taxes, but what they are worried about is that the IRS is going to verbs to badger them and stir after them every time they get some money save up. Is there anything they can do?
Answers: Bankruptcy does not obliterate back taxes and does not effect the IRS, your parents want to contact one of these places that helps you negotiate to settle your toll bill
Bankruptcy can wipe out income taxes that are more than 3 years ancient. Bankruptcy does not wipe out up to date years' income taxes and withholding taxes or tax liability that arise from fraud.

Does medicinal marijuana put money in the pockets of undesirables?

I live surrounded by Australia, and just saw a TV program roughly proclomation 215 in California. It be a very informative piece, and I found myself agreeing that contained by certain circumstances, pot could be prescribed as an powerful pain reliever, as it does not own many of the side eefects of pharmaceutical niggle killers.

What I found interesting though, is that according to this report, the pot supplied to patients be sourced on the black market.

Surely a indubitable amount of growers could be licensed as suppliers, thereby keeping this revenue out of the hands of smaller amount than scrupulous individuals?

Does anyone know much just about this?
Answers: California borders a country called the U.S. Consequently, the U.S. does not distinguish any difference between the licensed growers and the black marketplace. Since according to the U.S. both are illegal and it is so much easier to target the ones who with permission registered their locations, the U.S. sends in their regulation enforcement agents to raid the unarmed, sitting ducks. All to be exact left for patients is to any go minus their medicines at adjectives or turn to the black market for nouns.

California has also created permissible exceptions for the patient's nurse or caregiver to grow the pot on their behalf, but it is only a business of time before the U.S. shuts them down too.

How do i get my suspended license rear legs?

ok so i live in kansas and i get my license suspended for 3 months for wreckless driving and the 3 months are over as of today, my question is what exactly do i own to do in charge to start driving again? do i have to budge yo my courthouse and retake the test i have to do to get my license originally? or do i not enjoy to do anything?
Answers: You have to dance to the DMV office and apply for reinstatement of your driving privileges. It is up to them if they want to retest you or not or a short time ago give you a different license. Good luck and drive safe.
I've never have this happen earlier because of a moving violation, but one time, mine be temporarily suspended because of failing to show proof of insurance.

As soon as I provided proof to the Department of Transportation, it was right away reinstated.

Mine doesn't show up on my record, though, because it be a clerical error on the Department of Transportation's part.

I would phone call the Department of Transportation and see if it shows reinstated and if not, what to do.
Call the DMV

Is the death cost an effective crime deterrant?

Answers: No. Crime rates are superior in states and regions beside the death cost than in states and regions short it.

To deter (keep others from committing the same crime) a punishment must be sure and swift. The departure penalty is neither.

To those who suggest speeding up the process- at smallest 50 people on departure row who were proved to enjoy been wrongfully convicted have already served more than a decade.
Speeding up the process will guarantee executions of innocent people.

BTW I suggest that solaran hold a look at actual crime stats for recent years. For example, he will see that New York State, where the crime rate have continued to fall, have seen crime fall since its highest court threw out the extermination penalty contained by 2004.
I don't really think it is.

Those who are doing offenses desperate enough to grasp the death cost usually are welcoming disappearance as it is.

My huge beef against the death cost is the poor executioners...they're legally murdering someone...and I don't see how they can morally do that.
In language of reducing crime rates? Probably not; Texas's murder rate is nearly SIX times as high as Vermont, for example, and Vermont have no death cost.

But that's not really the point; the point is that sometimes it's nice to take revenge on furious sociopaths.

AS LONG AS THEY ARE ACTUALLY GUILTY, I don't have a problem next to the death cost. But I don't pretend that it has statistical benefits that the evidence simply doesn't support.
I agree next to Yak Rider.
The problem is "our" expectation of perfection in the sprite system. A lot of media attention to wrongful conviction have supported a real resistance to the destruction penalty. Since it is such a final solution (remember that phrase?), the courts do enjoy to be held to a high rank of integrity when considering such cases. And who is going to determine when a crime merits the death cost? It's not an easy press.
Even though very few associates will admit it, we own to have some type of maximum punishment that even if it stops newly one person from commiting a horrenderous crime we know it have done good.
Crime is on the up swing. People commit demise penalty worthy crimes and surface they should be given the right to life after they own taken anothers. Most of the crimes that they commit are totally violent and out of the blue crimes. The crimes that worry me the most are the youth of today slaughter, robbing, raping and destroying their lives over nothing. Pride is not worth taking one's life span or losing your own. People kill today and own no excuse. They do it because they can.
Beings that I have have a family contributor personally kill and the people that kill him got merely 15 years because they were minors (16 &17). They destroyed and totally violated his body and not here him to bleed to death. It be a racially motivated killing. Young kids near nothing to do but attack lone those going home from work.
The pain that the relations suffers is beyond explanation. Especially when there is no justification for it. The family of the killer never once said they were sorry or made an attempt to cool public anger.
I do not believe surrounded by mentally handicapped or challenged family being put to release as their handicap is enough to accept. One has to be capable of know what is going on in demand to be punished for it.
If it stops just 1 crime from going on it has done it's brief. Would you really want a vicious killer ever departed with the possibility of coming subsidise out on the streets?
American's morality is going to pieces due to the scarcity of family. Without house no one can hold the proper knowledge essential to be a productive citizen.
It's been an observed trend that contained by states that actively use the death cost, violent crimes remain at a constant stratum.

Yet states that banned the extermination penalty collectively have high violent crime rates that back they banned it.

In that aspect, yes - the departure penalty is an efficient crime deterrant. But it needs to be altered. For it to be more forceful, we need individuals to SEE it happen. We inevitability to restore public executions, which would mean televise the executions when they happen contained by prisons. This will show people that the governing body is taking a hard stance against disorderly crime.

We also need to restrain the time a criminal spends on death row. We enjoy people who be convicted, found guilty, and sentenced to death within the 1980s who still haven't been executed but in 2007. That is almost 30 years on extermination row.

That is unacceptable.
No, it is not influential in deterring crime.

Yes, it is decisive in reducing the criminal population by a few respectively year.

It would be an effective deterrent if it be applied quickly and to far greater numbers of murderers, rapists and pedophiles but we know that's not going to surface. Heaven forbid the perpetrators should be denied "due process", i.e., many years and frequent, many thousands of taxpayers' dollars to exhaust their appeals and endorsed shufflings!
It's likely that most family who do things worthy of the death cost will not stop to ponder whether they will recieve the death cost for their crime. Therefore another's demise did nothing to stop them. For someone lost their vivacity at the end of that long passage and their life did zilch to prevent another's actions from landing themself within the same condition where on earth they too are waiting for death's door to swing open.
It's simpler to belive that what stops most relations from carrying out the deviant wishes of harm on another is their normal thinking mind. Most people are swayed not by sentence but by what lies adjectives inside their conscience.
Now in regard to the criminal who is rationally minded who have commited a crime and is sentenced to death...It's solitary when they are caught and sentenced does the rationally minded criminal deduce twice about the whereabouts that took their freedom and sentenced them their doom. It is then that the sincerity of the sentence lands home. And for those who are bystanders to the one who faces the rope... with lump surrounded by throat says," I'm glad that's not me". And may plausible walk straighter knowing newly how close one can come to the edge of the world and hold no clue that tomorrow is the last afternoon that freedom rings.
in my view no because thatperson should suffer. if u kill them later they get the unproblematic way out they dont hold to slowly die in jial resembling they should, but at the same time it is a leftovers of tax dollars so im not to sure!

When a child goes to college do they still recieve child support?

Answers: if they are 18 and over, consequently no but it would be nice for both parents to give their child money for college. It would be horrible if one didn't because he or she doesn't hold to pay support. All college students involve support from their parents.
really depends of the state--21 is about the untouchable age--unless --Someone got a sort out to OK to 25--college-etc. do not matter--it's what the state says and what is on the divorce papers--since State And Government--own the kid's--and it's citizen's--what state system says is adjectives that matter's-

OK, I had a stroke or a paroxysm while working at a great hospital, I was told that I would requirement to ask for a?

leave of abscence so I could own a complete workup with both a neurologist and a cardiac safekeeping specialist(mind you I work on the the telemetry cardiac unit as a nursing assistant)
My neurologist said she wouldn't sign my quit forms because it sounded like a heart problem, and my primary prudence thinks it is an MS flareup(did I mention I enjoy Multiple Sclerosis which is in remission)
Regardless, They give away me job. No doctor approved my walk off, but the gave up my profession. Is this legal? Please minister to me. The hospital is avoiding me. I have offered to help yourself to whatever shift they can accomodate me near, even though they never should have given away my available job.
DOCTORS,LAWYERS,NURES,HUMAN RESOURCE PERSONNELL PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME! I AM A GREAT WORKER, I HAVE HAD NO COMPLAINTS< AND I WORK MY BUTT OFF. THIS IS IN MEDFORD<MASS if that helps next to the legal issues. Thanks so much for helping me.
Answers: I don't know the answer, but at present I hold a call surrounded by to the corp hdqtrs of a hospital because they have blatantly overlooked hiring practices. I also have a phone call in to corp lawyer for the case on a contingency spring. It sounds like you are man mistreated, start calling the ACLU, lawyers contained by the phone book and anyone else you can think of. Somebody will come through for you.
I would conjecture that this is an issue which would fall beneath the Family Medical Leave Act. If I were you, I'd verbs it up online and read the qualifications beneath it.

You've said that the neurologist won't sign off on the leave your job, but what about the cardiologist (or, in the region of your primary care physician)?

Technically, below FMLA, they can re-assign you temporarily, during which time they can fill your position, but, upon return from FMLA, they're required to provide you next to a position for which your qualified with similar duties and similar pay cheque.

If the hospital hasn't technically fired you, yet, the first entity I'd do is file for FMLA near them. . . if they deny it, or if they've fired you, I'd see an employment attorney.

Should we start SHIPPING prisoners to the SPACE STATION to serve their SENTENCE???

If they had to serve their time contained by 'outer space' we could drain alot of resources that it costs to fund jails contained by America and have the prisoners do penal complex work that would be beneficial to Science!!! Sounds dirty, but I am serious it would raise alot of eyebrows.
Answers: Don't distribute them into outer space. Too expensive.

The Russians and governments of the former Soviet Union are experts within running prisons. I think they could house, nurture, and clothe prisoners for a lower cost than we Americans are currently paying to keep empire in prison. After adjectives, aren't prisons used to punish people?
I deliberate you are very infantile to think this is a cost efficient solution.
It costs millions to send some into space and millions to maintain then at hand.

A better solution is to have work camp where they do work for the broad society, like making path for people to stride up mountains, clearing lakes, ponds and rivers for sporting comings and goings, turning waste ground into to play and rest areas, replanting forests, cleaning off graffiti, etc.
