Usually in recent times a ticket, I don't think it's an arrestable offense within any state. The cops do have actual crime to verbs about.

Good parents wouldn't steal their children to any kind of protest. That is for adults, not children.

Sometimes, yes...other, no.
You're darn right. If you sign your name to a legitimately binding document, you're acknowledging that you own read and understand everything that's within it. Too often, relations sign stuff they don't read, then when they grasp sued for breach of contract or have to do something they don't want to do, they stroke all surprised.

NC Bench warrant / lic. question?

A Friend get pulled over in NC and have a bench warrant for unpaid tickets (1-2). Not sure what they are for. What is she looking at for fines / judgements and how long until she gets her drivers lic stern?
Answers: She will need to travel to court to get the tickets handle and paid sour. She will also have to wages fines to get the bench warrant cleared. After taking thoroughness of all the court fines she would afterwards need to budge to the DMV and reinstate her license which is like another thirty dollars. Then she is obedient. Trust me, I know these things from experience. Looking at a pretty big chunk of money to get everything settled but she should bring her license back right away unless the tickets she have is enough to suspend it.

My neice (who I have custody of) on her second light of day of school...?

be called a **** and self 13 she reacted and started an aguement. The academy caled and said that she made terroistic threats when she said "You better watch yourself". But contained by all trueness is the other girl sexually harrassing her. The other girl didn't even get into trouble...Am I right on this sexual harrassment.
Answers: Actually - it IS sexual discrimination -- discussing someones sex life (real or imagined) is a form of unwanted sexual attention.
And it's also bullying.
I would not push the issue on your niece's punishment, but I would undeniably question the conservatory (calmly and in a non-threatening manner) just about the hostile environment they are subjecting your niece to. Push the issue.
"Sticks and stones can break my bones." Schools have to prioritize goings-on. While the other girl should NOT have call your niece a bad autograph, insults are lower than threats. Threats are lower than actual mild violence (like throwing a pen at someone). Mild antagonism is lower than bigger violence (actually hitting someone).

Your niece didn't indicate to, but she escalated the situation by moving it from an insult to a threat. Because of that, all the gloomy attention went to her. Explain that to her. She can INSULT pay for and not be worse than the other girl. IF she escalates it, people contained by authority will think she is.
I guess it's definitely a stretch to phone call it a terroristic threat -- but it's not sexual harrassment, either. It's kids man stupid and obviously practically screaming for the supervision of a silent and educated full-size.

Both girls should have be punished. I would talk to the arts school and get them to punish the other child as capably, and leave it at that.

Mom has cast off kids..now what?

My stepson's mom hasn't spent more than an hour a week beside her sons in 3 months. My husband (their dad) have full custody but he agreed to supervised visitations twice a week. She rarely shows up and when she does with the sole purpose sees the boys for a few minutes. Of course there's drugs involved and an rude boyfriend so the fact she now and then sees the kids is OK beside us. We just disgust that the kids get their hopes up.

What's the subsequent legal step we can run? Can her lack of complying next to the current visitation schedule allow us to obtain a court order that will fishing rod her from seeing the kids until she can prove she has cleaned up her go? What should be our next step?
Answers: Her want of complying with visitation is probably not plenty to change anything, by itself.

Even if you could prove "drugs involved" and "insolent boyfriend", I don't see what difference that would make, as you already own a supervised visitation order to protect the children from threat.

Unfortunately, your hubby picked this winner as the mother of his children and in a minute everyone is stuck with her. Your subsequent step should be to support your stepchildren by not contributing to their emotional uproar. You can avoid getting their hopes up by not talking around the visits ahead of time. Just shift. If she's there, great. If she's not, recount the kids you are sorry they are disappointed and then right away involve them in a family unit activity to reinforce their mood of being loved and considered necessary.

Good luck.
You probably could get an directive, but I am not sure I would.

No matter her problems she is their mother and an hour a week is better than nought, and if you interfere with that you are expected to be seen as the doomed to failure guy!

Things will get better or worse, next at an appropriate time you can make a edict. As long as she visits and is not beneath the influence when she does I would leave it alone.

Get your hopes up to be dashed is hurtful. To be cut past its sell-by date totally can create life long issues!
Whatever she is still their mom! Why would you want to mar those children. Their FATHER needs to update them she is ill.

As for supervised visit, who is doing the supervising YOU? I wouldn't come either. Your necxt step should be to step aside.
