Why do some nursing homes Not honor the No indoor smoking law?
i live contained by ohio and my work place allows smoking still.Answers: Search more on, I believe, medicade. Any facility that accepts medicade for it's patients must allow those patients unquestionable privelages as stated in a medicade agreement. Smoking, at smallest outdoors, must be permitted if the facility is accepting medicade as payment for service, even if the facility is "smoke free" as several of them no longer allow you to smoke anywhere outside.
Many nursing homes would prefer, for either medical reason or shortness of staff, to not dedicate one or a few staff society to being 1 on 1 near a smoker. It's much easier to not move a patient or to restrict them to indoors because of their medical condition or, again, any possible strain providing such service would place on the staff.
Also, in that is not a federal law that ban smoking in such a facility as it is not specifically a "medical" facility. Think of it as a group home. You will want to check near the policy of the local fire marshal and those of the state fire codes.
Also, it could basically be something that they all turn a blind eye to, for reason above or others.

I have a cousin that I own always be pretty close to. Recently we had a disagreement. Her 14 yr elderly daughter just get her first after school charge.With her second paycheck, my cousin made her pay a utility bill. Now she say when her son gets a commission he will be made to pay one bill as capably. She has a full-time living, somehow manages to capture a food stamp card,the county pays 70% of her rent, and her ex pays over $1,300 a month child support for her yougest two kids. Does anyone think she is doing something crooked?Answers: I am having a frozen time understanding how this is any of your business...? You can establish how to raise your own kids.

If your cousin have not lied to the county about her income or the size of her household, I don't see any crime here. It's expensive to live and lift up teenagers in CA and it sounds similar to she has her hand full.
Kids old satisfactory to have job are old adequate to learn that it costs money to put a roof over their herald and food in their mouths. There is nought wrong with coaching children that being surrounded by a family comes near responsibility.
If you want to stay "pretty close" to your cousin, stop looking for ways to get her within trouble with the statute and mind your own business.

No, I think it's a great opinion. With purely your grammar and spelling errors, conceivably you do need to be surrounded by school! I'm sure you enjoy your reasons, but there's a common sense why kids your age aren't legally allowed to fashion their own decisions on the subject of school and individual on their own. He be picked up for non compliance (reporting to the police ) with his address he be convicted of sexual misconduct with a minor onder 14. I even have to tell the police that. They never looked for him. And as chance as this may sound he also have 4 other warrents out on him. making a total of 6 3 bonds were$ 1000 one 300 other was a fine that i coundnt win to on the pc. And the non compliancie be the 2nd offence. I looked that up he should enjoy got more next 7 days total for that. no fine and to show up in 15 days . He have no address to give them. That's on the paperwork i a own. It says" NO KNOWN ADDRESS". i have more no roomAnswers: Hmm...Obviously things suck right very soon.
