Do I have to money for my prescriptions whilst only recieving SSP? (uk)?
Hello,I enjoy been past its sell-by date work and am recieving SSP (Statutory sick pay) which is lb72 per week, (just scraping by!!). I hold been on medication the unbroken time I have be off and enjoy been paying for my prescriptions as conventional.
Should I have be claiming them free?
If so can I get any benevolent of refund?

you can ask for a HC1 form from your local DWP if you have a reciept you can claim money wager on, this form also is what you fill contained by if you are a low income and may need help out with presciption fees, dental treatment, optical etc.

No, I don't deduce you qualify for free prescriptions I'm afraid. To get them for free you would entail to be claiming income support, but I think your SSP may be too giant to get income support.
It's a stupid rule. If you be unemployed you would take them for free, but if you are sick then you don't qualify. Same entry for incapacity benefit too. I can't work due to illness, but still own to pay for my prescriptions.

For a serious problem, you come across to be wasting an awful lot of time on racism and name-calling. (Are you a troll, or just a really racist bastard?)
The decree says that you as the employer, and not the body, are more liable, for paying them under the table (tax fraud!) -- especially lower than new law prohibiting the hiring of illegals.
So if you fired the illegals, first I'm sure they'd find another job, and second, if you reported them, you'd be liable, too, since you hired them.
You also can't fire the legalized workers for being related to or referring illegals to you (especially if you know they were crooked and hired them anyway). Furthermore, you would be cited further and probably reported to the state AND sued if you just refuse to pay valid and decriminalized workers who worked for you -- Mexican or not.
I wouldn't worry in the order of their gang connections as much as I'd worry going on for the IRS -- not to mention the Burger King corporation -- doing a drive by to arrest you, sue you, fine you, audit you, and close you down.
