By your logic, we should not let the management enact any laws and we should adjectives be governed by our own choice on everything as we adjectives know individually what is best for us. Why should I go to academy, or drive less than 90 miles an hour, or remuneration taxes...hey I know what's best for me.

As a collective we determine that we need to enjoy certainty give or take a few what is legitimate and illegitimate as section of our social contract with others. If we perceive that these laws are not effectual, than we should elect a government that will clutch our collective interest and enact laws or change to reflect that.

If we allow personal choice, what is to stop me from marry more than one person, or marry a 12 year old, or marry my sibling...as long as I'm not hurting anyone by my choices. Personal choice would result in abomination and abuse of responsibility contained by choosing, as we could not easily determine what is and what is not a legal choice.

I'm a big fan of personal choice, but do see some efficacy in relying on a collective choice for the benefit of society.

A overriding question is one that suggests an answer.

The appropriate way to pose one and the same inquiry is, instead, "Where were you on Monday darkness?"

Bottom line is that on direct you want the witness to report the story. You want to ask the witness questions that allow them to testify.

You can front on foundational questions, i.e "Did Ms. Monroe put in the picture you anything?" "yes" "What did she tell you?"

Now, for yesteryear two weeks, he's been playing around, cooking up stories... He seem to be afraid when I said I will prosecute him criminally.

Credit card fraud?

Ok, short story. My son when he was 16 or 17 open a few credit cards in his name(with rig employment info) and a few in my heading with himself as co-user and pretty much used it for a while. What happen was at first he remunerated some of it, but eventually stopped and now they've gone to debt collectors. Fast forward 3 years to in a minute, I am getting calls everyday from debt collection and I get my first letter from a attorney statute firm trying to collect the debt. Now my son has changed profoundly in the 3 years, he go from high academy drop out and being a bum to working and attending baruch college within spring to major surrounded by finance and investments. I want to give support to him as much as I can so he can have a adjectives. My question is if I foot off the debt for him, can he stay out of officially recognized trouble?
