Unemployment Compensation?

Do I qualify now for laying-off?
I was only layed off from my current employer after working in attendance for just over 2 months. I worked near my previous employer for 4 years which fired me. I did file for laying-off with them but lost after the brought their legal representative to the appeal. Do I qualify now for severance?

Answers: Probally not,

Since you were fired from the previous opportunity, that work time does not count.

And 2 months of qualified work time, is not enough to qualify for job loss benefits.

But I would file anyway.

Ok so I live in horrible conditions and I am a renter! I enjoy been living similar to this for 5 years and I am sick of it! The land lord nevers fixes anything! How would I step about sewing the place where on earth I live? I dont have adequate money for a lawyer! What adjectives can I sue for?
Answers: You have one trunk issue, you have be there for 5 years.
This will negatively impact any lawsuit that you might bring against your manager.

The only recourse that you may own, you need to check landlord/tenant law for your state, is to make requests to the innkeeper for repairs, if he does not fix them, you need to gain them fixed yourself, give him the account (keep a copy) and the balance of the rent.

Do this until everything is fixed or until the manager gets everything fixed.

Any complaint you would use surrounded by a court the judge would ask you why you put up near it for 5 years.
The court will ask why are you sueing him.? Have you had to fix things that be unsafe and he never paid you rear.? Did you get hurt due to the place human being unsafe and/or unheathy..?

I do not think the court will impart you money or your rent back basically cause you lived surrounded by a crappy place..

If the conditions are unsafe, you should contact the local authorities and report the tenant for failing to maintain a undisruptive dwelling for his tenants. In our county there's a reciprocal operation between the County DA's office and the Planning Department... the Code Enforcement Task Force... that enforce the maintenance of adjectives properties in the County. Suspicious Neighbor???

A few days ago, my neighbor of 9 years who I have never spoken to because of the family' s unusual behaivor and small-mindedness came over to me. He seem suspicious and his eyes kind of funny. He asked me did I see anyone suspicious surrounded by the neighborhood? I said: "No." He said someone stole his grill off his Volvo which he have an alarm on. I said I wouldn't know. Then two days later he asks my identify. Again I felt unexpected. Then he leaves a note on my saloon saying he is interested within buying it. Please tell me is this unusual or is he trying to achieve me in trouble for no apology.
Answers: Seems like he may reflect on you took his grill. Avoid him as much as possible. I would also tell other neighbors that you do speak beside, but he doesn't about his behavior, that channel they can take witness to it should anything develop involving the police.

He's probably a bit nonconformist and awkward, but so far it looks like he's simply trying to be friendly. I don't see anything suspicious, illegal, or potentially death-defying about his behavior. It may be that his domestic has acted approaching jerks towards you or his other neighbors surrounded by the past, but I can't say-so that this really means anything. I'm sure within are more, but the best thing to do would be to attain in touch beside an immigration lawyer--or check into legal aid and see what they recommend.

Why are drug dealers given a provisional license but if u owe child support you are irrelevant one?

I live in South Carolina. Drug dealer are allowed to drive to work (to sell drugs?). If you are at the back on child support you are not allowed to drive so you will never be capable of provide for your kids.

1- freshly because u fell behind on child support does not gross u a bum. everyone falls behind on bills at 1 point or another especially when let go.
2-dealing drugs has profusely to do with a license since drug dealer do lose driving privileges when convicted.
3-drug dealers are not criminals? you dont lose ur license unless ur convicted so yes these those are diffinitely criminals.
I DO have sympathy for you because it is not other your fault to attain behind on child support and i know they will pinch ur lic for as little as $500 in arrears and you cant seize to work making you fall further at the back and making it almost impossible to catch up. How can this ever be polite for the children. These people here assume ur a deadbeat, that u dont hold a relationship w ur kids, and u dont care almost paying. Yet they think that drug dealer are actually going to use their provisional lic to work? They will more than promising use it to sell more drugs.
My recommend is try to get a apposite lawyer to return with laws changed even tho owing child support does not entitle u to a right to pick up counsel, but maybe a appropriate lawyer can see the defective law and do some pro bono work to change them.

Unless you be actually at the trial itself (As I be not), then we're not really within a position to judge. The medium is hardly going to paint an accurate picture, nor is one going to be articulated here.

10 months may, or may not, be satisfactory. But there is more to the sentance than the time; within is the stimga of being written off as a pervert, there is the restriction contained by finding work again - he'll definately be a lot smaller amount commercial now and the reality the he will now enjoy a criminal record.

Again; minus knowing the exact details of the crime and conviction, it's very easier said than done to judge, and second guessing the judicial process in need knowing the facts is more likely to be counter productive and awkward.

I, too, muse his sentence was at the lighter wind up of what he should have expected, although since I didn't hear adjectives the evidence, I'm not really in as perfect a position to judge as those who did.

In a democracy, he should own the right to appeal against sentence, although I think he's incredibly much deluded if he think that he has any luck of success. I struggle to see what his grounds for appeal are, but if he desires to waste his money and gain more adverse publicity to be exact his right.

What this man did have been blown out of adjectives proportion in these responses. The sentence be appropriate and comparable to other similar offences, I would be surprised if any appeal is successful. He is not a paedophile.
