Has anyone had unpromising experiences with Alsters Kelley Solicitors?

Answers: yeah, my mom have, she divorced my dad 12 years ago and was told she qualifed for court aid, since then she have gone on to buy her own house, now they own found out, and want all in that legal fee's again when she sell the house!

I own just see (and not for the first time ) a police car human being driven by a lone copper on a roundabout that is the roundabout between 3 dual carridgeways with pedestrian crossings on every exit ,next to one hand on the helm and the other using the radio which was attatched to their shoulder so they have to move their head to use it stopping them from looking right which is where on earth the traffic is coming from . how is this acceptable when we are fined and threatened near prison for using a mobile even if your car is stopped within a traffic jam
Answers: You don't seem to be to want to listen to sensible answers but here goes here is in perform one law for the police and another for others .The police are exempted from several traffic laws so they can fetch out their duties.They can speak on radios and mobiles,they can over rule traffic signs and not fasten their form belts etc.obviously the relations who wrote the laws used adjectives sense which seems to be wanting in most of the answers here.Interesting the cross-examine begins any British policemen out near? Im not a policeman or british tho my friend dads a garda the irish equlivent of a cop and he is competent to get away next to loads of no insurance on his car...cost points etc

I have be verbally and physically abused by police and when I go to the complants commission, I was basicly told that looking close to I do and believing what I do, it is what I should expect to get from them..

You saw a copper, round here they're are mainly hiding round corners beside speed guns or drinking coffee and carousing in the local police station.

As far as i know they are subject to like laws as the rest of us but as you would expect they can influence the outcome whereas us other poor motorists cant.
The police, ambulance and fire crews are not subject to the same law of driving, as this would be counter productive. They can talk on radios and mobiles if compulsory, and do not have to wear form belts.

Strangely, this is also true of taxi drivers.

In Manitoba, no...you are simply guaranteed minimum wage. An employer here can keep you at minimum wage for 50 years if they so choose and you don't go and get pissed off and find another post. I would suspect that the other provinces are similar, but I couldn't say for sure.

At my work I keep acceptance faxes trying to sell me a cheap leave or a good alarm system and it is getting slightly annoying. i have call the 1-800#'s at the bottom asking to be removed but i still keep delivery these pestering emails, i hurd that there be a by-law passed that allows an employer to take decriminalized actions against these companies that are hassaling your business. If anyone know any details or websites RE: this by-law, please let me know. Thanks :)

My entry is, the officer should of told us that we would have to repay for towing and storage and then donate us the choice to pick it up or have AAA pick it up so we wouldn't be charged. It's not right..why do us the victims enjoy to pay for the crime of another? They are going to charge the guy near possesion of stolen property, can't they also tack on the fines (charges for tow and storage)?

I think it would own been better to NOT report is stolen and next we wouldn't be in this financial situation for paying everything. We have liability insurance on it, because it was a 84 charger and the insurance said it be to old of amodel to draw from it fully insured.
