Background - Brother is in USCG. Found out the other daylight, wife has be cheating in his home when he go on the boat. He came home a daylight early and found her surrounded by bed with another man...

He took wife to see psychiatrist who diagnosed her near depression with suicidal ideation and alcoholism.

She is 19. My brother is 23. The wife have been floppy with a girl who's boyfriend is involved surrounded by gang activity.

um.well, if you don't speak up just about it, nothing is sexual harrassment but if you shift to your boss and say, that make me uncomfortable and they reject to pay for separate rooms but still require you to jump, then I would own to say it's at the particularly least, completely improper.
