Sir, can any property be transferred / gifted from a donor surrounded by own name?

I m Prakash from SIliguri. We are 8 equal co-owners of a property (multi-storied Building). The designation of the Building is Sky Star. We are 5 brothers, out of which four of us have given a Power of Attorney to our eldest brother. Now our eldest brother have tansferred this property in his own pet name, showing that we have artistic him this property. This is not correct. Please guide Sir. Thank you.

Lie detector test are never legally binding and IF they are guilty... they enjoy managed to play the devastated parents for this long, they slightly possibly have convinced themselves they aren't guilty.

There is a sign at the entrance to the complex that states that these items are disallowed to be rode. This sign has be there forever and nobody have ever enforced it. Last week a homeowner had a spat beside a Board member, and immediately all of a sudden they are trying to enforce a "sign". But in attendance is no rule. I'm sure when the residents start showing out about it, the Board will hold the rule put in the Rules and Regulations. How can we (renters and homeowners) prevent that?
