Underage Citation?

My name is Samantha and i'm 18. Yesterday at a baseball team game I was given a underage citation as in good health as a friend of mine. We were carrying two closed bottles of miller chill to our friend across the parking lot who is 21. I don't drink because I am on tablets for an immune disease that inables me too. Neither of us had anything to drink and once again the containers be closed. Two under cover cops come over and asked for our information. They gave us both a citation for underage drinking. No breathalyzer, nought! Can anyone give me any counsel on what to do? I understand possession is like thing, but in the past I go into court I want to know the best item I can do and also expect the best/worst outcome. ANY adivce or anything regarding this would be appreciated

Answers: Well, Samantha I don't believe you get a under age citation I consider it is a unlawful possession citation. In most states it is illegal for a minor to possess any alcohol, and it does not issue it you drank it or not.
As for the courts, if you can get your friend to come to court next to you and testify that he was the one drinking and not you. The arbiter might be lite on you. Although most of the time it is a simple court supervision.

Use of poisons in butchery squirrels?

What is the law in connection with the use of poisons to kill rodents (in England). Our neighbour have squirrels in his loft and have put down poison. I think that's chancy as if they died whilst outside the loft and got eat by another predator, they would die too. We have dogs and a cat and they could munch through them, also sparrowhawks (we have those within the area too). He also talk of shooting them if he saw them, presumably with an nouns gun but I'm not sure of the legality of that. We don't live surrounded by the middle of a town but there are lots of houses around us.

Note: Rat poison only works on Rats because Rats do not own the reflex to vomit, squirrels do. It will make squirrels outstandingly ill is may waste them but not a very clever way to do it.
Warfarin poison may just be deployed out of doors against grey squirrels for tree protection and only between 15 March and 15 August.

Squirrels are not protected but hawks are.
Call the local Council who enjoy the means to trap and dispose of squirrels but move off the Sparrow Hawk alone. I had one contained by my suburban garden last year and get a most wonderful photograph of it! It had 'taken' a pigeon.
