What do all these offenses own in adjectives?
the constitution says that an leader may be impeached for "treason, bribery, or other giant crimes and misdemeanors." my question is what do adjectives of these offenses have contained by common. this is for a short essay query and i am having trouble figure it outAnswers: They are all things you don' want your elected official doing - that's for sure! They would impact the officials' ability to enjoy their constituents' best interests and protections at heart
1) Betraying public trust
2) Significant or serious crimes
Other than that they are criminal acts, they don't hold a common factor. And elevated crimes and misdemeanors covers a whole lot of ground, approaching murder, kidnapping, perjury, etc. They are of late the group of things which may cause an chief to be impeached.
They're adjectives criminal matters -- none of them are civil -- which routine as opposed to one against one or two people, they are against society, as a full.
Pick one, and write on that.

Federal house arrest?
if you are on 24 hour house arrest, but can get approval to do things, what are the things you are able to do? besides turn to school and work???Answers: Eat & sh*it.same as a detention centre cell.
Having a person, relative, stay beside me under house arrest, they can shift to school, work, drug theory test, and report to probation. Anything else would be by the grace of your probation officer. He is not going to allow you to just budge out and hang. That is not what house arrest is roughly. In fact it is adjectives up to your probation officer.
What happens if you in words agree to amend a written contract with someone, but consequently change your mind?
Do you still own to go along near the amendmant?I am not totally changing my mind, but I might want to revision my mind on some of the conditions and make them slightly different. This would lead to some additional financial expense to the individual I have the contract beside.
So what happens presently? Do I HAVE to go along near the amendmant to the written contract because I may have in words agreed to do so?
Or can I change my mind?
Answers: Is nearby money paid on this contract? If not, within is NO contract. Have you signed the amendment? If not, there is no amendment. IT sounds as if you are haggle over the formation of a contract...until all is signed and MONEY is put down by the language of the contract, you have NO contract at adjectives. That is simple contract law, surrounded by all states.
The written contract take precedence and trumps any verbal agreements, any before or after. This rule within law be adopted to product commerce a smoother and clearer enterprise.
Unless and until the written contract is changed in writing, no amendments will overrule it.
Well, it isn't signed even so. I'd tell that creature ASAP so they can figure out what to do very soon that you are going to want to amend the contract in a instrument differently than you agreed. Just say something resembling, "After we talked, I get to thinking about what we'd agreed to and realize ." There's really nothing they can do contractually or officially to force you to sign the amendment as it was settled verbally. They may want to be reimbursed for the advocate fees as a result of writing up the amendment and then varying it. I'd pay the advocate if I were you.
If you live within a small town or if this is business related, I'd think twice in the order of changing your mind. One, if you live within a small town, this would get around and those would be leery of doing business with you. Two, if you are doing business next to this person and you are providing a service for them, after you could get talk about contained by the close circle related to your business. Basically, your word would be worthless and no one would want to do business beside you.
Good luck!!
It depends.
Does the contract have an entire contract clause purpose that only what's contained within the contract can be used as evidence in court? If so, even if you did agree after any oral evidence would be inadmissable and irrelevant until it is in writing.
Is the contract one that must be surrounded by writing; for instance sale of products over a certain amount (depends on your state), matrimonial, property etc? If so, an oral agreement will have no effect until it is surrounded by writing.
If it does not fall into one of the above category then it may be binding - it depends on whether it be initial negotiations or whether it be a full agreement (including an offer, taking on, discussion of terms and conditions and exchange of consideration).
Finally even if you did agree to something in words, it would be extremely hard for the other personage to prove, particularly if here is already a written contract which is contrary.
I would recommend talking to the other delegation and agreeing on new jargon and conditions if they are ammenable. If it is a huge deal or you're unsure, it would be best to desire legal warning however with a advocate who is familiar next to the laws within your jurisdiction.
- ALWAYS have a clause that the written contract can individual be changed in writing
- singing agreements are harder to enforce, it depends on the state, & it's kind of a he said/she said entity
- bottom line, within the future, enjoy the clause above, and then never agree to anything until you're set to commit to it, then put it surrounded by writing
contracts are no place for carelessness
consult a advocate and be safe !
Im,on social security disability, and child support is taking 50%,of my check,my kids win money too?is it legal
i hold tried to modofy,it but they wont do it.when i was working,i be paying less child support afterwards im paying now.I enjoy always gone by the book, but they dont give the impression of being to want to work with me.any warning would be apreciated.thank youAnswers: Thats the way the cookie crumbles...
Child support is one of the few things that can be garnish from your SSDI.
Garnishing Social Security Disability Benefits
Whenever the subject of Social Security Disability or SSI disability benefits and garnishment comes up, I typically tell someone "No, commercial debt collectors enjoy no basis on which to side dishes your disability benefits. The only time your disability benefit can be touched is when the issue regard arrears in child support or a debt owed to the federal elected representatives, such as income tax or student loans". However, I have never read the portion of the social security exploit that substantiates the government's position on this. Well, here it is, from section 207 of the social warranty act:
"none of the moneys remunerated or payable or rights existing under this title shall be subject to execution, levy, attachment, garnishment, or other court process, or to the operation of any bankruptcy or insolvency imperative."
from: http://disabilityblogger.blogspot.com/20...
Unfortunately, they probably won't work with you. They are probably forced to by court command to garnish your SSDI.
i surface your pain i salaried child support for 4 years and i also paid smaller amount when working..but paid so much when i get on disability that it only gone me 249 dollers a month...and i recieved about partly in disablility as i did working
when i pointed this out to the pass judgment he cruelly said then win a couple jobs as im standing at hand with an iv within my arm cause i have to go from the hospital to the court after back to the hospital
Is this weird?
Ok, so today I go to pick my sister up from school. Well as I driving final to our house (we live less than a mile from the school) we see this cop sitting at a four method stop. Well my sister realizes she's not wearing her form belt and decides to buckle up. As I'm driving I look contained by the rear prospect mirror and notice that he's right at the back me. Then I see the lights flash, so I pull over. Now I wasn't speeding, chitchat on a cell phone, running stop signs or anything. Well he comes up to the window and say that he saw my sister not wearing her seatbelt!!! He asks for my license, and well, I didn't enjoy it on me. I know stupid. Then I couldn't find proof of insurence anywhere. So anyway, I was sure I be gonna get a ticket and be totally ready to adopt it. Then he decides to make a contribution my sister the citation and told her she'll have to appear past a judge surrounded by two months. Do you think this sounds completely undeserved?Answers: No, I think that the cop be ensuring that your sister never forgets her seatbelt again, an deed that could save her vivacity one day. She wasnt wearing her seatbelt, and she get busted for it, thats just the mode it goes. If she get in an catastrophe, she wouldnt have the opportunity to buckle up within the middle of it, like she did contained by this case. The cop be just doing his chore, and protecting your sister.
Not unfair but instinctively I thought we were conflict the Communists because we didn't want the government micromanaging our lives.
I'm sure you sister can freshly pay the fine and not own to go to court.
As others said it is totally do. She was not wearing it and that's that. The simplist process to protect your life is to wear a seatbelt.
You are vastly lucky that you didn't get the tickets as you would enjoy been the one surrounded by court. If you are a minor as well this could own seriously impacted you. The cop did you a favor.
Your sister is a minor I assume that is why she have to go to court.
Yes and No. It is not impartial if he saw her put on the seat belt. If he individual saw her not wearing it, then I consider it open-minded.
She has zilch to worry just about, they will give her a greatly light fine, and may even dismiss it. Consider yourself really lucky you did not end up near several tickets. Keep in mind, the regulation was not expected to be fair.
Intent Vs. Consequence: Which is more important?
Hypothetical Scenarios:1. A man is on his channel to work. While driving, he takes the proper precautions and observe all the traffic regulations. At some point on the route a moment or two girl emerges from between two cars parked by the side of the road. The man hits her.
2. A hitman is given a contract to annihilate someone. He doesn't know the target, and is unaware of his situation. This isn't his first kill. He's kill many ethnic group; murder witnesses, priests, social workers. As he squeezes the trigger three blocks away from the target, his mind is totally clear. The target was a crucial drug-lord. The person who put out the contract lost his daughter to drugs.
You may approach this from a allowed point of view or from a "complex justice" point of view. Thanks.
Answers: 1. The first example relates to culpable felony. It is that type of crime where on earth the 'offender' has no intention of cause any harm or injury. Since he is performing a lawful act (driving is not against the law) and acting near diligence and precaution, he is absolved of criminal liability for the annihilation or injury that may happen to the girl/victim for absence of intent. However he should be civilly liable for the expenses the victim will incur from the catastrophe.
2. In the second case, the hitman should be held criminally and civilly liable for any and adjectives the consequences of his actions. Not merely is he acting with intent. More importantly, he is performing an unfair act (shooting a personality is against the law unlike within the first case where on earth the man driving is not performing an illegal act). The hitman should be held responsible not simply for the death or mar inflicted on the person he certainly shot but also to all the others who may be accidentally hit by stray bullets.
As a broad rule, intent alone will not make a creature criminally liable unless it is carried out by an overt act. Intent to rape for instance will not put you within jail as long as the intent is kept in the realm of the imagination. But once intent is translated into conduct by actual physical contact such as touching a woman's private parts preparatory to rape, the intent that once existed only within the mind is taken out of the mental realm of thought and become an actionable wrong.
The question which is more defining between intent and consequence has no definitive answer from a endorsed stand point. As I've said, intent needs to be established to determine criminal liability. But that's single the general rule. In some cases, intent is not influential to hold a person liable for a crime. Here is where on earth Mala in se and Mala prohibita come within, but it would take me an eternity to discuss them. I guess that would be for another asker to ask some other time. I hope I've be of help one bit to you.
The effect is one and the same, but one goes home, and insurance pays a settlement. The other get the death cost.
But this is wrong. How do you know the careless executioner is safer to the public than the professional killer? You do not know short knowing their past, and not their current intent. All intent should be eliminate from the criminal law.
Based solely upon your two examples and if I am intelligence what you're asking, I suppose intent is more important.
1. An twist of fate. He was doing what he be supposed to, and the death occur due to circumstances out of his control. He had no intent upon slaughter.
2. Intentional, money-motivated, pre-meditated. Although the target was a principal drug-lord, the hit man was not one-sidedly affected by the target's arrangements. He intentionally killed for money, and that's morally wrong.
I dream up there are indubitably situations where intent probably shouldn't be considered contained by judgement, but I don't think that's what you're asking.
Intent.
1. Involuntary manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter. Unintentional.
2. Murder for hire. Nothing but intent.
The delineate factor is intent. The consequence is the same - the destruction of an individual.
Vaccum bomb trial by russia,,...?

Moscow Announces Powerful New Bomb
September 12, 2007 (RFE/RL) -- It's being dubbed the "father of adjectives bombs" and it is alleged to have a dimensions four times more powerful than its U.S. equivalent.
Speaking on Russia's state ORT television depression on September 11, Colonel General Aleksandr Rukshin, the deputy chief of Russia's armed forces, said the bomb had be successfully tested at a military site.
"The results of the trial of the newly created aviation bomb enjoy shown that its effectiveness and potential are comparable to a nuclear bomb," Rukshin said. "At impossible to tell apart time I particularly want to bring out that this bomb does not cause green or environmental pollution, in contrast to a nuclear bomb."
Television pictures showed the bomb dropping by parachute from a Tu-160 supersonic bomber and flattening what appeared to be a four-story block. The report said the bomb, technically particular as a thermobaric device, contained 7 tons of explosives.
Old Technology, But On Larger Scale
Pavel Felgenhauer, who writes a column on defense issues in the "Novaya gazeta" weekly, explained how the so-far unnamed device works.
"It's a bomb filled next to flammable liquid," Felgenhauer say. "The bomb drops, breaks up, the liquid is released, it swiftly evaporates, and later there is a delayed igniter that ignite the mixture of air and flammable soft. There's a terrific shock wave after such an explosion and hugely high temperature. The problem is, of course, that they are much heavier than nuclear ordnance."
The extra weight, Felgenhauer say, makes them harder to transport than nuclear bombs. According to the report, the designers enjoy used nanotechnology to increase the power of the bomb. But Felgenhauer says here is nothing strange here.
"Such bombs, of course, own already been used for 40 years," he say. "They were first invented by the Americans and used surrounded by Vietnam, then used exceedingly much by the Russian military in Afghanistan. They be used in Chechnya. Basically, such bombs are used against troops contained by bunkers, because the exploding fuel-air mixture can also penetrate trenches and bunkers."
Military On Parade
The conducting tests of the weapon comes at a time when Russia is attempting to reassert itself on the international stage. In recent months, President Vladimir Putin has revived the Soviet practice of sending hard to digest bombers out on long-range flights.
"I think that this is cut of a sustained campaign merely to remind people that Russia is a powerful military force, " say Robert Hewson, editor of "Jane's Air-Launched Weapons." "This is not a majorly significant military weapon, because it's a free-fall bomb that has to be dropped by bomber, so it's not going to be used surrounded by any advanced conflict. But it is clearly destructive and it's attention-getting, and that's what its most important purpose is."
Already strained relations between Russia and the United States soured further only just over Washington's plans to deploy parts of an antimissile system in Central Europe. Moscow is anti the U.S. plans, saying they are a threat to Russia's warranty. Washington says the shield is intended to defend against potential attacks from states such as Iran.
i dream up this is not the big question.
my cross-examine is against whome this bomb will be used?
I would just speak GUYS GROW UP !! For God's sake atleast think something like the future equals. For how long are we going to fool ourselves as being civilized and still convoy towards the deadend??

Drug prohibition?
what do you think of it?Answers: why we put police officer's lives and their family well self in jeopardy to stop family from getting high is beyond me. why the politicians discard to see that we could virtually take the crime out of drugs by legalize them and selling them for a reasonably cheap price i don't relatively understand. why so abundant tax dollars are spent to keep hold of people from taking a flame to a weed doesn't net much sense to me. have adjectives the anti drug commercials and education out in that that you like, it only shouldn't be illegal. for me, i can't surmise of much that's more dispicable than a government incarcerating ancestors for reasons that basically aren't good satisfactory. but the ability to speak out against drugs and discourage their usage while at impossible to tell apart time standing up for freedom and realizing why they shouldn't be unofficial, now that's qualities.
drug prohibition - ok
plant prohibition - not so much
