I for one am often confused by the amount of anger on TV. It also concerns me that I can watch a man go and get shot in the obverse 6 times in prime time, however it would be interesting to show a breast. What is a more natural human condition, sexuality or severity?
Nobody is forcing me to watch, and accordingly I am only exposed and piqued if I choose to be. Likewise my children are only exposed if I allow it. putting photos on a public domain such as the internet is a fruitless idea.I would suggest your friend look into a watermark that can be placed on her photos so that if anyone tries to print the photo and copy it, the watermark will show.

An Alternative to Three Strikes Laws?
I have other been appalled by California's Three Strikes imperative (commit three felonies and you win Life), especially when I learned that a guy get life for stealing a slice of pizza as his 3rd strike.Like any mandatory sentencing, it simply seems too throaty and makes no allowances for incomparable situations. It also seems contrary to the goal of rehabilitation.
And the punishment definitely does NOT fit the crime. A go sentence should be handed out for a serious offense, and not because the state have assessed an individual as being incorrigible.
My solution? Maybe law lords should hand out maximum penalty for crimes committed after the "third strike", but these maximum penalties would be appropriate for the crime committed. So that stolen slice of pizza might hold gotten the criminal a year in penal complex, not Life without Parole.
