I sold something I found?

I found something in the lost and found at my work and it wasnt claimed inside 3 weeks, would it be illegal for me to provide it to a pawn shop? If it help, it was a hand-held team game device.
Answers: ya im so sure he's gonna call the cops and enlighten them to get everyone next to the first name "john" to do a file up. Dont worry nearly it, its not gonna happen.
I'm rather positive that you are not supposed to take items from the companies Lost and Found unless you in fact own the item. Ownership of the items would revert to the company after a sufficient time period, not to you. They within turn would probably give the item away to a charity.

If you must steal from the Lost and Found, why don't you do the morally right item and give the spectator sport to a childrens shelter? After all, those poor kids hold less than you do.
finders keeper, losers weepers!

Can you sue someone from another state for mail fraud?

if you sue someone from another state, (one entity lives in Minnesota, another surrounded by Florida,) how do they decide where on earth they have to show up contained by court, and does the defendent even have to show up? if it's a small claims court.
Answers: I dont regard as you can sue for mail fraud... that would be a federal offense so the command would have to embezzle care of it for you . report it to your postmaster..
First rotten. Have you gone to your local Postal Inspectors and filed a report. You might mention it to these relatives that you are reporting them to the Inspectors for mail fraud and what they did is a Federal Crime.Sometimes that's satisfactory to scare them into taking bustle with you.It worked beside one individual I dealt near and a major company. It doesn't other work though.I bought a $400 gold coin on procession. Mailed the check. Got nothing. Reported them to the postal inspectors and by the time they looked into it they skipped town.I be out $400. Hopefully you'll fair better.I doubt that they can be picked up by the police for not showing up for small claims court.

I'm gonna send a communiqu¨¦ to judge contained by the superior court.?

Should I send it through regular post or fed ex my subsequent court date is in smaller amount than 2 weeks. I want him to get it by after.
Answers: Register it,by courier or hand deliver it to ensure they receive it.
It is other a good impression to send time sensitive written communications to any court, peacemaker, or adversary concerning a trial proceeding by certified AND regular mail. Save the returned signed tally with a copy of the memo for your records. Its your proof of the date you sent and the date the receiver recieved the letter.
If time is of the essence, sending the epistle by fed ex or the USPS (express mail) is a obedient idea. You can even track your dispatch online at http://USPS.com

Did OJ do it?

What was the most incriminating evidence against him...
Mine be his drive on the freeway saying he did something discouraging.
Answers: George...you know he did. He has so much as admit it in his book. He a moment ago got away near it because of the explosive racial atmosphere contained by LA at the time. It always comes down to politics as usual.
hahahahahahahahaha!

I received a letter from a laywer stating that I said slanderous remarks & to stop. Am I getting sued?

The epistle stated to stop immediately and also said that the personage I allegedy said the remarks about reserves the right to encroach penalties. Am I one sued or is this just a spy to stop?
Answers: Slander is not covered under freedom of speech, so doesn`t matter what you do ignore bushroxursox's warning.

You're not being sued, and no "penalties" can be imposed until you are found guilty of slander surrounded by a court of law. The dispatch is a threat, nothing more. You can any stop or continue, but you verbs at the risk of a lawsuit, although that risk may be fairly small unless a) you enjoy alot of assets or b) the person you allegedly slandered have plenty of money to waste on suing someone who have no assets worth taking.

The person suing you also have to prove that your oral statements harmed his/her reputation or standing in the community so unless he/she can do so the suit would be a idle away of time anyway.
That's a cease and desist demand. Not yet, you're not.

Legally changing your dub?

i want some information on changing name legally for a minor. im 14 and live surrounded by sandiego(ca). i always required to change my signature to lisa marie (elvis's daughter) im a big fan adjectives my life and for some unusual reason i looked-for to be a simpson. i said it when i was litttle. i newly come to notice that MARIE is lisa simpsons' middle term from the simpsons cartoons.

Answers: As far as I know, as a minor you cannot change your entitle. You must wait until you are 18. Then I believe you hold to file a petition contained by court and have a peacemaker approve it.

I am not totally sure, but I believe that is what you entail to do.

Personally, it sounds a little childish to want to metamorphosis your name to a simulation character, but respectively to his own I guess.
You can change your first name legally, you hold a hard time to translation it because you'll be under dance in long processing, you enjoy to change everything even surrounded by your school archives, the ID's and etc..

In texas is it a legal contract if i can not read the fine print, due to eyesight?

and can a company bury a power of attourney contained by that fine print
Answers: They sure can. If you cannot read it, you should not sign it. You need to bring a magnify glass, or require them to type it out bigger.

On the other paw, if any attorney is knowingly doing this and lying to you, you should report it to the ABA. www.abanet.org
Unfortunately some companies use the tactic of fine print to include those items that favor their interests to the detriment of the other f¨ºte to the contract--they believe that people will not bother to read the fine print and it for this reason becomes a "gotcha" situation. That said it is not iffy per se to have fine print contained by a contract (even though in my view it is not something a company that has integrity should do). This is a classic example of caveat emptor (buyer beware). It is totally up to you to pinch the necessary steps to protect your interests and that would include using eyeglasses, a magnifying chalice, an advance copy so that you can hold it reviewed prior to signing, etc. Unfortunately I seriously doubt that any company would have a contract re-typed because the type is too small. However if you return with the advance copy, you should know how to make enlarged copies and read it. As another poster stated, you should never sign anything that you cannot read or fully take.

My limited benevolent of contract law is that the chief items that would make a contract unenforceable, i.e. invalid are if one of the parties is a minor, if one of the party was insane, underneath the influence of drugs, etc., if the contract involves an actual violation of the directive, for example entering into a contract for murder for hire, etc. For additional information you might want to get your hands on the advise of decriminalized counsel. I am not an attorney and I do not presume to give permissible advise.

Let's start executing criminals in the electric stool who commit capital offenses?

Answers: great perception!
Where have you be. Some states still execute criminals in the electric bench.

Granted, we should use the punishment more, but I can see why some people combat it.
you do realize that's a tautology, right?

a capital offense is defined by one punishable by murder.

but either track:

you think wrong. the information show that places with the destruction penalty own higher, not lower, rates of mutinous offenses.
Sounds like a appropriate idea to me..everyone would hold to
agree it deters any crime from the persons who are executed,
and save taxpayer's money feeding and housing them for
years and years. Would that include Democrat's "abhorrence speech" against Bush and General Petreaus?
Actually, the death cost DOES deter crime. THAT person will for sure never hurt anyone again!

(But Sodomy? Gay folks will probably take issue near that one! Not that I am approving of the Gay lifestyle, mind you but -- isn't the death cost a bit much??)
I believe in the annihilation penalty to an extent. The drug user who panics during a robbery and shoots the clerk should spend energy in prison.

The calculating executioner deserves death.

The disappearance penalty is not a deterrent. It doesn't alarm criminals. Executing bunches will solve nothing except removing several threats.

Is it against the law..?

Is it against the imperative to sell your pee on the internet to citizens that need to outdo a drug test?
Answers: It wouldent go beyond anyways, They check alot more then you give attention to. (temp, consistancy, color, and in goverment job your dna to insure its YOUR urine)

Im not sure about the law regarding sending human consume via mail.
Yes it is. And it is a crime to buy it.
Any combination of fraud and individual an accomplice and any number of FDA violation.
No. You aren't 'selling your pee to people that obligation to pass a drug test'.

You are simply 'selling your pee'. What that party does with it is up to them. Holding you in charge for their actions would be close to holding Home Depot responsible for selling me a chainsaw that I use to hack my parents into fist-sized chunks. Obviously, I would be charged for murder, but you can't hold Home Depot responsible for anything.
I can't see how it could be for the seller. Is nearby a market for that sort of piece? I could use the income. ;>)

<edit to add>It could be if you advertise it as way to beating a piss test.
Yes. Read the modern postal rules. They have a enumerate of liquids and other things that are disallowed to be mailed and I believe feces and pee are somewhere on that document, I hope. If u need too elapse a drug test seize some HerbalClean Qcarbo for urine and they also have a mouthwash for swabs. Using someone else's urine is so 90s.

ITS NOT GEORGE BUSH'S FAULT!?

I'm tired of all these idiots surrounded by America blaming George Bush for everthing! I swear yall would blame it on him if we had a drought. I indicate, the man takes a time off A VACATION something every family take, and yall get batty at him! NOBODY I repeat NOBODY on here could do a better job than him! Not everthing is George Bush's shortcoming!
Answers: I agree with you 100%. As far as him taking a leave. How many nation could do a stressful job approaching his and not take a leave every couple of months? Even when he is at the ranch contained by TX or at Camp David, he's not really on vacation. He still does work. Get a grip Dems!
Do you know how lots vacation days he have taken since assuming office 6 and a partially years ago?

Over 400.

Do you have a benefits box like that?
I wouldn't move about so far as to say that nobody could do a better assignment than GW, because you don't know the capabilities of inhabitants out here.

However, I do agree that the news medium do have a predisposition to write/report slanted stories and make things appear worse than they really are.

By the way, is here a question within there?
How much time does the average kith and kin spend on vacation every year, and how much time have their President spent? Six years is too long for a vacation. No, not everything is President Bush's error, but way too abundant things are.

Many people can and own done a better job than he has- he's not our first President ever, you know.
There is a sign on the President's desk. It say "The buck stops here."

He's "the Decider." He is accountable. The two stir together.
Actually they blame the NWO. Here's an example.

Emo: Wow a parking ticket for parking in the red zone and here wasn't a red curb here before it must own been the NWO fine art it right after I parked here.

Also Bill Clinton is to blame for 9/11 he was offered bin Laden on a silver platter, denied it even though what he have done to America then especially the bombing of the Marine Barracks contained by Lebanon.
Oh, I think there's a distinct possibility that there's SOMEONE contained by here that could do a better job.

But, you are right...He didn't impose the earthquake in Indonesia...
A break? "A" vacation indicates that it's singular. George Bush have taken over 400 vacation days--27% of his presidency. He's approaching his father's transcript of 543 whole or partial time off days. The only road that record will be broken is if Fred Thompson is elected. (Notice they're adjectives Republicans!).

Let's look on the bright side--America could be 27% more screwed up than it already is.

Oh and in counter-response to tenthamend's response, if he is so busy on these vacation, why can't he just GO TO HIS OFFICE and do his work close to the rest of America. Sheesh.
I am tired of ppl blaming Bush for everything too.

To Smith & Jones : 6.5 years is roughly 2170 days, if he took 400 days off (which I doubt is accurate) he took 1 of every 5 days past its sell-by date. Whats the big deal?? Oh, I would suspect that he have just a bit more responsibility than any of us. Dont you??

To Petey: I doubt you even own a job..so your together life is probably a leave.

Beardog : are you trying to say he have been on time off for 6 years?!?! Sound like it to me...idiot.

Speaking of idiots..we own the Neon Knight.who said this "It may not be his fault that his an idiot possibly he was dropped as a child ".who's the idiot?
I would not steal GB's job for a million import tax free dollars a day if every American literally beg me to. It's a darn shame how easily someone have brain washed the democrats into believing the worst while avoiding the trueness.

President Bush is one of the very few general public among us who has friends, business and enthusiasm experience in the Middle East; he understand the situation and knows what must be done. No disrespect intended, but adjectives of our politicians put together would not have the enthusiasm EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE of the Middle East that our commander in chief GB have acquired.
