My fiance be in court for a total misunderstanding and be told to have no contact next to the alleged victim(supposedly me). When I contacted the detective in charge of my grip I made it very clear that I didn't press any charges nor did I get the impression that I was surrounded by any sort of harm from him. Still I be told no matter how much I assured him he have my consent to see me-if we got "caught" together he would budge to jail. How can this be officially recognized if I never did anything to even hint that I don't want any contact near him? Is there resembling any legal entity I can sign that would be almost the opposite of a restraining lay down?(meaning to prove that I am not pressing charges and teh whole entity was a misunderstanding, that I own no reason for him Not to be within contact with me). What rights do I have when the police reover my stolen vehicle?

We are one charge for towing and storage fees from the tow yard when the police recovered our stolen vehicle. It be found in a people backyard and when the officer called us on a friday at 8:30pm, my husband asked if he can come pick up the truck, officer said no he have to tow it because he has to book it. No one told us we would enjoy to pay for the towing and storage fees. All the officer said be " you have to step down to the FMT police tomorrow and we will give you the release form and you clutch that to the tow yard and you can pick up your truck" . We go to the police and signed/received the release form and I asked the clerk is there a charge when we walk there to thetow patio? she said no you just run this release form and pick up your truck. Arrived at the tow yard they told uswe own to pay for the towing and storage fees. Police are stating yes it's our responsibilty. Is nearby anything we can do legally and hold the police or pickpocket responsible for the charges??
