Tort law: Causation-- 'but for' experiment (lawyers/law students only!)?

Could someone explain this concept for me, and illustrate it next to two scenarios?

Our old tenant said we are going by our old lease and that states we don't money water. If your lease states that sea is included, you should not have to wage the water bill below your current lease. Your lease is a binding agreement for both parties. I would taunt the landlord on this one.

Also, the hotelier may be in defiance if he charges a set fee of $45 a month for river. If you get a separate river bill, it should reflect of the actual usage fairly than just a set allowance.

I agree that the paying for water is unwarranted since you have no control over how much hose down your neighbors use. Especially if some of them have more than one denizen, frequent overnight guests, washing machines, etc. and other items that consume more hose down than you would personally use.

$45 per month for 8 apartments would indicate that he say that he has a sea bill for $360 per month.

i own a socail worker,, what is her job,, what does she do for me,, i am protective placed threw the county she works for,, and she help's pay packet for my live here but like to know what is her position title,, does she have the right to relay me thing's different than my legal gardain?
