Can I copy images to my own website from another one?
I know its a bit cheeky, but I am starting a brand new business and want to add some pictures to my website, which I will copy to brochures. I don't own any yet cos I haven't done any work on the other hand.a catch 22. Is it not permitted to copy images from a similar site within a different country or is there an alternative course of getting some. In other words how do you know if a picture is a copyright?Answers: I have habitually thought about this also. Many sites put up copyright notice but I doubt how legal they are as when you put something on the trellis it is put into the public domain. I have not hear of any cases of anyone being sued. I rob the view that copies are OK and if they baulk they can contact you and you can stop.

no,
you need to ask the other site, to steal is picture , other site could say yes if you put a interconnect to ther site
If its copy right then you will see the caution on the page somewhere. BUT make sure you look knotty

Defamation of character - do I hold a case?
6 months ago I be suspended from work as another employee accuse me of harassing her via Email/text messages. The next afternoon the police arrested me for the same origin and seized my mobile telephone and laptop. I am currently still on police bail while they verbs the investigation.I went into the police station as not hear anything and got the summary that the case would be dropped as at hand was no evidence, a variety of things that were put forward come back beside no connection.
I strongly denied the allegations as myself and this other hand sort of had a relationship which done badly and I believe she have done this to get wager on at me. This whole entry has be deeply upsetting for me and my nearest and dearest and has cost me over lb1500 surrounded by various trial costs and replacements of items seized by the police.
Assuming that I am cleared when I go wager on for bail do I have a bag for defamation of persona? I can't let her obtain away with this as it have ruined my life times gone by 6 months.
Answers: Don't know. Something like this would never start in America. The police would necessitate WAY more evidence to arrest you as well as a court decree to seize your personal items.
these kind of things are always two edge swords
develop a sense of humor, get a few cases of beer, and a short time ago play, tease them , till they relay you the trith
if they won't or can't you can just mess next to em, for a few years maybe, its MUCH more fun than TV
Im not sure the law regarding slander in the UK, but contained by the USA this constitutes defamation:
Defamation consists of the following:
(1) a slanderous statement;
(2) published to third parties; and
(3) which the speaker or publisher know or should have agreed was false.
That individual the case, it is on the plaintiff to prove the burden. That is, the plaintiff have to prove that all 3 instances of vilification occurred.
This is mostly difficult to prove, because the plaintiff has to know how to prove that the speaker knowingly know the information to be false, and still defamed.
Defamation is not an natural judgment to search out in UK. ( Unless it have been record in writing for adjectives to see - as in circulated to anyone)
If your cleared It is possible that..(.if the police granted to) she may be prosecuted for wasting the police time...there is a occupancy for it but cant remember.
If she was charged and found guilty next you would have a much better baggage in vilification.
Either way..The certainty that you were suspended (are you reinstated in a minute?...and was the suspension next to full pay?) would be something the civil court would embezzle into consideration (if she was charged)
the primal Law of the United Kingdom is Common Law
that said you hold to understand a suit of vilification of character the court must First Establish YOUR qualities, all parts of your natural life,EVERYTHING
then the court can find if at hand was vilification
it has NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU
It's to do next to what kind of soul YOU are
Not the way to dance.
Possibly, but it can be very expensive to pilfer this to court. Can you afford it. Do you really need the extra stress. You know the truth, so I don`t know it will be better all round to agree to it go.
I'm preplanning my funeral, is it possible to fed to the hogs when I die?
Answers: Good for you for planning ahead. But mortal fed to the hogs after you die is probably against state canon - where ever you live. What you could do is plan to be cremated and afterwards have your ashes feed to the hogs.
People, as a general rule, tend to go and get upset when strange things are done to a deceased body. Usually, you own to be buried or cremated. You just can't start out a dead body lying around anywhere.
Hey, I a short time ago had another thought. If you REALLY want to be feed to the hogs, you could move really far out into the wilderness (Alaska-maybe or Northwest Terrs within Canada). Keep hogs and when you feel you are more or less to die,. move into the pig pen. Pass away there and eventually the pigs will devour your inert remains.
No.

Is 9 years imprisonment of the father and stepmother of little Tahla Ikram plenty for his brutal murder?
Answers: 99 years would not have be enough for this set of two I hope they get their only desserts in prison
an eye for an eye
they should be subjected to the horrific cruelty they subjected on their child every daylight for the rest of their lives, until the day they are sent straight to hell
No means of access they should both swing!!!!
keep them within prison for ever, and keep them beside the other inmates so they get a proper kicking every hours of daylight until an inmate has the haphazard to kill them.
no i hope they acquire what they deserve. hanging them is too obedient for them as they won't suffer for long enough. what go around comes around. they'll get theirs.
no its not satisfactory. they tortured that poor child because she was green with envy of him. they should be locked up and the key thrown away.
And islamics are such a loving and diplomatic people who prudence and love their families and earnestly cherish children.?
Killing a defenceless tot is the lowest anyone could be. They should be hanged fairly than be kept in prison on excise payers money. Hope they rot. 9 years is no way plenty. The government should lug a look at the laws surrounded by Dubai, crime is at its lowest in that country as they enjoy very hot law, so their counntry is a safer place to be.
No it isn't - not by a long shot.
I know what I'd do to them if I had the break. Let's hope someone gets to the double act of them whilst they're locked away.
Evil, sadistic low-lifes.
(I wanted to cry when I read what she have done, I really did.)
No. But the law is face with great difficulty surrounded by such cases when couples accuse one another of inflicting the injuries.
Convict both of murder and risk imprisoning an innocent parent (who may also be a object of violence) ? - and, yes, I know that doesn't apply in this armour.
Or acquit both knowing that the guilty party have gone free? The "causing or allowing death" misdemeanour is an unsatisfactory compromise, but probably the best that the law can come up beside.
9 years is too light a sentence for the one who inflicted the ill-treat, and probably too heavy for the other one.
It's in low spirits that Rainbow Daemon feels the obligation to use this tragic case to clear his political point about Islam. Do you know for a reality that these two people are Muslim? And why do you assume that their way of life is somehow typical of Muslims?
It will be a long hard 9 years for this duo in prison. The commonplace cons do not like child abusers. She is to be deported backbone to Pakistan after release.

Can i lose my license if i am 16 and get a speeding ticket?
My mom a short time ago told me that if i get a speeding ticket i lose my license until i am 18 because i am single 16. I live in ohio and i hold checked all over the internet and found nought. this isnt true is it?Answers: It's not likely that the court will suspend or revoke your license over one speeding ticket unless you be doing some reckless driving - 15 mph over the impede, for instance.
However, your insurance rates will go up plentifully, and your parents may well wish to take your key away.
depends on how fast you be going when you got the speeding ticket, more than possible you will have to be in motion to a driving class, pay a fine and travel to court. im in KY and the merely way you can lose your license for just speeding is if you be driving recklessly and going over 15mph over the speedlimit [something approaching that] another way to lose your license would be if you had be or where drinking, have drugs in your vehicle or etc. etc.
dont verbs, you should be fine :)
It is im afraid
but its a simple problem to solve
STICK TO THE SPEED LIMIT
in california youre allowed three strikes.
but idk almost ohio.
go on to the dmv website and check it out.
i dont presume ONE ticket will make you lose your liscense!
no you keep hold of your license and lose some
points.
You could if the speed is high adequate to be considered reckless operation. 20 mph over may be considered depending on the style guru. Usually two speeding violations will carry you suspended until you are 18.
I don't think you gain your license taken, you just return with points added to your license. And if you reach a trustworthy amount of points on your license, then you take it suspended for aa certain amount of time. You're answer should be at the bottom beneath: Penalties for traffic violations and other offenses
For respectively ticket you get you win points on your license and yes if you get to several they can take it away
YES...
90 Day suspension for TWO moving violation. (Curfew violations count as a moving vandalism.)
6 MONTH suspension for any alcohol related incident, driving or not. (Caught at a beer bash counts as a violation.)
1 YEAR suspension for THREE moving violation.
6 MONTH suspension for certain traffic violation more serious than just moving violation.
