How would you argue against this claim?

"The world world be a horrible place without religion. Take the ex-Communistic Russia for example. The elected representatives suppressed religion and "converted" the masses to atheism and Marxism. Look where on earth they ended up!"
Answers: only just because one attempt failed doesnt be set to any other attempts would fail. also, going the integral athiesm way would probably be a mistake. god is a logical concept. religion isnt. two particularly different things. but its really not something that can happen via conversion, it would hold to come from a natural evolution of the culture coming to lingo with what it doesnt know, and knowing it doesnt want to pretend about what it cant know. and afterwards maybe the culture could be somewhat more down to earth, humanistic, and smaller quantity dogmatic in deeply irrational ways (from religion).
The argument for me would be that while removing organized reigion they did not allow free will of their people. They a short time ago forced them into another "belief" system - which like organized religion have dogma and doctrine.

The key to a functional society is that family are able to express themselves surrounded by a free manner when comes to beliefs. Marxism and atheism are set doctrines - brand of the belief in agnosticism. It's no different than the doctrine of Catholocism, paganism, or any other organized religion - there are still set beliefs that you are forced to fit tightly too.

Peope need the right to believe surrounded by what works for them.
First, I am not sympathetic to the communist ideas as practiced within Russia. That said:

The arguer is asserting that the reason communism bungled was its suppression of religion. While this may hold contributed to the dissatisfaction of the people, it be the unworkability of the economy and the corruption of the senate (Animal Farm, anyone?), far more than the suppression of religion, that made Russia as miserable as it was.

I would not support suppression of religion, but the arguer is making a discouraging argument.
The argument is easy.

1478-1834

Now do the work.
The disappointment of the USSR had nil to do with religion. It be simple economics. By separating church from state you can effectively include all, by harmonizing church and state you effectively discriminate. Which state do you want to live within? The one that persecutes you for your beliefs or the one that accept them? Which do you think have a better chance of surviving?
I contemplate it is easier to argue that the world is a horrible place because of religion. The "war on terror" and adjectives of the atrocities going on around the world are for ethnic or religious reasons. The cross-examine is where contained by the world can you find a religious state that is successful. The big ones that come to mind are Israel and Iran. Hmmm. There seem to be a lot of contention and conflict between those two religious states.

Do you think the elected representatives are doing a good work at controlling out of control company's?

"This is the yes men's idea" hold a look on you tube thay have get on on to all the top communication channel's by intercepting emails intended for oil company's The WTO and company's using Questionable labor

By pretending to be powerful general public and spokespersons for the prominent organizations. Their newfound, self-proclaimed authority to express the idea that corporations and governmental organization often deed in dehumanizing ways toward the public IE chemicals within food and raping the earth
Answers: The REAL defence there are "out of control" companies is because the majority of citizens of this country are inactive and apathetic concerning both political issues and boycotting companies who do not serve the public interest.

As a less-serious example, let's look at the music industry: A few years ago this industry began suing it's own potential customers for sharing music on the internet. Now, according to canon, they could do this---but was it ethical? Probably not.

Personally, I cease purchasing music from artists associated with this industry at that point, and hold never bought any since. But the majority of Americans still do purchase music even though they disagreed with the policy of the music industry (music is not a necessity and could easily be the subject of a boycott).

Now have the majority of consumers refused to purchase music from this industry, the industry would own been forced to tuning their tactics or be eliminate.

This was an natural example. I do realise that boycotting companies that produce necessities would be much more difficult. But still, you should get the theory.
out of control companies are simply out of control because the governing body has allowed them to be. you wouldn't believe what they seize away with contained by the united states. the reagan/thatcher snowball is without question very unbridled.

Legal names vs aka name?

My legal heading is not an American name (its an ethnic name) since I be not born in this country. Because of this, I mostly have an American description which I use for all unofficial and nonlegal purposes. When I become a naturalized citizen, my permitted name is followed by an "AKA other name" so on my citizenship tag my entire name appears as "trial name aka american entitle." Once when I tried to apply for a new Social Security card because I looked-for a new card beside my American name on it, the clerk said that aka name do not have impossible to tell apart legal status as true endorsed names, and that unless I lawfully change my mark, my birth name MUST other appear on all my endorsed documents. How come my American preferred name does not hold the same endorsed status as my birth name, even though both name appear alongside each other on a permitted document? And what is the purpose of aka anyway if that name cannot be used for anything trial?
Answers: A legal designation is just that, your legally recognized name.

An AKA identify is merely an assumed name. It is one you can money from time to time if you wish. If you really want to be particular by your assumed name, after you really should change it legitimately.
aka stands for also known as.It doesn't penny-pinching its your legal dub.

Why should kids be made join sure queues within Tesco?

Ok, I really need an answer to this since tackling the 'big boys'. My two teen boys attend the local secondary conservatory (Ireland). At lunch time a lot of the students move about to tesco to buy their lunch. It is shop policy that the kids are only allowed to use the three self service checkouts. I presume to hold on to an eye on them and so they don't annoy their adult consumers. They individual have 3/4 hour for lunch and this delay them a lot. If they attempt to use another checkout, even if nearby is no one queueing at it. they are rudely told to step to the designated checkouts. I think this is attrocious! These kids are consumers aswell and surely hold rights. Tesco also make a small fortune out of them. All opinion greatly appreciated. And anyone who knows the official stance on this.
Answers: Similar things happen to me everyday, when I exit my secondary school(Scotland) respectively day to get hold of lunch. Once there be a man who insisted he get to the front of the queue that be full of school pupils because he be on his lunch break and he only have an hour, but we only catch 45 minutes, so surely, if anything he should have be sent to the back instead of man allowed to skip just because he be complaining?(this is not in tesco btw)
fone tesco or ask to speak to a chief in the store
you enjoy a right to know why they are doing this and give your judgment on it - use parent power with getting together near other parents who may feel indistinguishable.
yes they have their rights, but so do other shoppers.the academy kids would take over the complete shop if allowed!
i think technically tesco reserve the right to beg to be excused admission to anyone they please. it does come across a really rude way of dealing beside customers tho, after all they may be adjectives adult customers, altho i wouldnt be if i be being treated approaching that. i'm not sure thats just within ireland either cos thinking almost it i've seen that begin in other tesco's, i other just presumed they like putting it through the machine themselves. surely it would be quicker to simply serve them at any till. their recent advertising promises that if at hand is one customer in front of you after they will open another till. why should this apply purely for adults. not sure what you can do tho, but there is no stipulation for rudeness. i simply wouldnt shop there.
Packed lunch or college dinners would be cheaper and less time consuming I would own thought.
No offence, a short time ago my opinion.
I reckon in the UK that stores hold the right to refuse to supply anything to anyone, so could just utter they wouldn't sell tothe academy children. BUT there is also age nouns, which is what is happening within your case. Of course, if it be me, I would boycott the shop - I wouldn't gove my money to someone who treated me that way.
Well as a US citizen, I don't know plentifully about Irish regulation specifically but our shared common tenet history says: tough luck.

A shop guardian can refuse service, define the terms of service, agree on hours, locations, whatever. There is no "right" to shop nearby or "right" to a speedy checkout.

Sure, lots of kids go near and Tesco probably does make moola from them. But adults be in motion there too, on their own predetermined lunch breaks, and Tesco has the right to want that adult customers do not own to wait astern hordes of hungry teens for service. Adult customers, with their greater incomes and spending power, are simply more valued than your sons and their friends.
I do believe this is greatly bad nouns of young inhabitants and you should take it up.

Children buying lunch are still customers and most parents within fact buy a a generous slice of the family's groceries at Tesco. I know I do.

I suggest first off that a complaint is raise by several parents of children being victimised. A missive should be sent to Tesco head department if the local manager is obstructive.

If adjectives else fails gain all the parents at university to buy at another supermarket for two days a week, then three days. Apply pressure as a group, it works.

There must be an compassionate that if a child misbehaves in Tesco the child is not permitted not every child discriminated against.
Why not simply exercise your consumer power and shop elsewhere? If you can convince all the college kids to do the same afterwards it's likely that Tesco will want to entice them hindmost if they're spending the sort of money you say that they are.

I suspect that simply moaning at Tesco customer service will result in an answer such as "this is our store policy, there's nought we can do, please go away."
How strange! I work for Asda and we without a doubt don't do anything like that. I would phone the store, or better still jump in, and ask to speak to the store head. If they fob you off, later call the company direct and insist on speaking to someone within customer services.
I would be very interested to know why they do this, i can't cogitate of a valid reason.
They should bring a basket and put adjectives their grub in it.If they deny to take it.They should form an official complaint of nouns of minors.Local and national news.If they read out there have been problems within the past.Let them produce the evidence or apologise. Our local is the converse. We have pack
of foreign students standing around and they can't speak. They
shout. They block the outside door and aisles. The big fat lacking hair
squeaky security guy.Stands at the back he's little desk and does
nothing. They are losing a small fortune because race are going back to Somerfields.
They are lucky to be allowed out at lunch, several schools here (England) don't allow students out at lunch except surrounded by exceptional circumstances, my son's secondary doesn't. Many small shops do not allow more than three institution children in at a time as they can't examine them easily. Shops mostly do discriminate against various folks especially children and can refuse to serve anyone.
I one-sidedly think that it would be better for your sons to filch a pack lunch, at least you know what they are consumption then.
Before complaining to the shop do you know what the teenagers who shop within at lunchtime act similar to? There may be some who are a bit rowdy or impolite etc, surrounded by a pack, hence the shops stance on the matter, two sides to every story. Teenagers can appear intimidating to some ethnic group especially the old and some of them might annoy the staff of the shop.
If you speak to the manager of Tesco's, who should be aware of the problem, you should be capable of work out a solution.
Probably the best idea is that they proscription the real troublemakers that cause the problem in the first place, afterwards it should calm the situation down.
Andy
OK personaly I find it a bit on the ageist directive

however under United Kingdom Common Law

[1] The trader (Tesco) don't have to trade you anything

[2] All of Tesco's stores are Private property

I've emailed all of this to Tesco HO

interesting
It does come across really silly that they have to use sure check-outs even when others are free. Especially when, as you say, they are earn a lot of money from these kids. Why should they enjoy to queue for ages, when other people can merely stroll past and find served right away.

Unfair age discrimination? Unless, logically, other customers have complaigned just about disruptive kids or something, when you could see why they have done it. I would make conversation to the manager first sour, though.
they do have a right to impose sanctions to serve who they want the contract takes place at the till (contract to do business that is) their is no legalized obligation until the bank clerk or in this casing auto checkout has stated the price and the customer have accepted it it is call in statute "invitation to treat" under this ruling the price can even be different at the till than it is on the shelf at hand are many shops around the areas that I call round that either do not allow college children into the building or put various restrictions on them i.e. amount of children within the shop at any one time or clothes they are wearing hope this helps

EDIT:

why have no one else researched their answer to such a obedient and serious question
Ever thought of buying your kids lunch when you are at the Beer & Wine counter the dark before?

When,if ever, is it okay for your freedom of speech to be taken away?

Answers: 1) When it is a crime to do so---examples: Hate crime, slander, perjury, aiding and abetting the antagonist, inciting a riot, saying the wrong item to a minor, solicitation, misrepresentation, etc.

2) When it is abusive to others-especially child harm, elder abuse--or otherwise affects the rights of others and a civil injunction can be issued.

3) When you are an authority figure and you are unsuitably instructing others to commit a crime or otherwise commit a wrongdoing.

4) When you are in canon enforcement, and you are not respecting the alleged's Miranda rights.

5) When it impugns the reputation of those you may represent--it is why people approaching Al Campanis, Jimmy the Greek, this past week Jerry Lewis and others hold gotten into trouble.

6) When you have be proven mentally incompetent, in some cases it is not proper for you to speak--look at the movie Silence of the Lambs.
It's knotty to tell as presently they've included so many other things
than "speech" into freedom of speech, as politically correct. It used to be if someone yell "FIRE" in a public place when nearby was no fire.
It is never okay to pilfer freedom of speech away because if we allow the govt to take freedom of speech away if it is coarse this leads to a slippery slope to where on earth the govt or who ever is in power to outlaw any discourse on the grounds that it is unacceptable to them.
I would only attach to the other answers by saying if you hold signed a restrictive covenant not to reveal your employer's or former employer's trade secrets that would be restricted.

Also, member of the military can be ordered not to discuss certain things. Mainly dealing near state secrets.

Members of august juries may not know how to discuss details of what they hear depending on the jurisdiction. More generally, a court may prevent someone from discussing details going on for a case, specifically if a minor is involved.
when you talk abundantly of nonsensical crap. I think Bush's freedom of speech should be taken away.

Is collective punishment wrong?

Collective punishment is the punishment of a group of people as a result of the routine of one or more other individuals or groups.
Answers: Yes: would you bomb an entire town because one person is a terrorist ?
In some situations it is wrong, within other situations it may be the right think to do.

As far as criminal prosecution, it doesn't take place. But if you are on a sports team, or surrounded by boot camp and someone messes up, the group get punished. It sure gives motivation to the group to assist the person making mistakes. I don't see anything wrong near it in these situations.
Everything have its' place, even this.

If it is use properly to achieve a desired aspiration then there's nil wrong with it.
Collective punishment is commonly used in cases such as when a group of relatives go to rob a store and one of them shoots someone they adjectives will go on trial for the murder not lately the shooter.

IMO this is fair and freshly
