Answers: Initially i feel the same as the questioner but i changed my assessment. On closer examination this may not be as alarming a decision as it seem to be, on the face of it.

On the frontage of it, i have to look up to the Judges decision. It seem the Judges found ties that did breach human rights, even prisioners have human rights.
A board where on earth the minister doesn't have his paw in infallible cases and not in others is solitary right, for both equality and precedent. There should be an appeal from the boards decision to the Minister and from in attendance to Court. That would be independent and fair for martyr, criminal and the public.

The Law, in unmistaken areas, is a quagmire of antiquated notions and practices which have be for the benefit of the wealthy restricted and to the detriment of all else for too long. It is time the status quo be changed. It is too narrow minded to deem that all change because of human rights legislation are for the benefit of the criminal.

This decision will, hopefully, force the political affairs to change it system and must impart equal voice to the affected party in their modern system. And eventually the whole criminal and civil equality system will change for the better, contained by everyones interests.

What do you all mull over about Madeline's mother mortal a suspect in her dissapearance?

Answers: The disappearance of Madeline have always be a little too "fishy" for me. I've thought the parents have something to do with it for a long time, altho my money be on the father. He seemed to relish his new found "fame" a bit too much.

You come across to have misunderstood me. If I be to disappear today, my family would adjectives be suspects. They would interview them, and if they seem to be fine, they would be dismissed as suspects. i had a saloon wreck in january 2007. it be not my fault. i am have a hard time getting the insurance company to foot for my doctor bills. they keep shifting the person thats handling the claim. this have been going on for 3 months immediately. my husband is ready to obtain a lawyer. do we loaf or contact an attorney and sue?
Answers: I would say it is plainly time to get a legal representative, especially if you have a police report stating the other being is at fault. Document adjectives the times you have call the insurance company and the people you hold talked to, that would oblige.

If she does sue, if it is in small claims you want proof that you told her riding with you be at her own risk. Was there any one else at hand that heard that and will they be a witness for you? In your opinion, when you travel to family court do law lords view mom's and dad's beside inequality?

My brother has be the stay at home parent of his two children since they were born. He divorced two years ago and have since been the stay at home parent, as he owns his own business. He in recent times got remarried and immediately the mom wants full custody. He is probably one of the best dad's ever. She have been slighting towards one of the children. She is not only seeking custody, but child support as economically because his financial situation has dramatically enhanced with his strange marriage(his new wife have tons and tons of money). It seems that the mom is doing this for financial benefit and not for the children. Do you dream up that the judge will allow her custody because she is the mother? I was curious if nearby is a favoritism towards mothers. This is in California.
