Breaking and Entering with Intent?

Hi, I am 13 years aged and have be Arrested with Breaking and Entering near intent at a school pay for in October. I live within Ontario, Canada.

I have a request for information that I would like to be answered, as I am alarmed shitless.

1 - What will they ask me in court?

Also, should I aim more legal suggestion *Lawyer*.
I would also like to give, that at the time of the crime I had ADD and it made me immensely impulsive.
If I be on medication before this happen, I would have never even done this near the 2 people I be with (one is 14 and other is 15).
When I have ADD, I was flunking institution and getting into trouble all the time.
Now I hold been taking medication, I am succeeding at academy *Getting mostly A's* and have turned my duration around completely.
I am rarely getting into trouble, if so a small off-putting for talking and such.

Well that is to say basically adjectives I have to speak, please answer back to my examine as I go to court on christmas eve *sucks* and I am so nervous/scared. This is other on my mind, thanks.

Answers: You enjoy a right to an attorney if you cannot afford one. Speak with the attorney concerning these issues.

In the US, you cannot be compelled to speak within court, unless you waive that right. However, it may be different surrounded by Canada.

Why is weed illegal, and alcohol isn't?

luckily for me, i don't smoke cigs, weed, OR drink alcohol, but i be wondering this today after i heard two population next to me conversation about it on the subway.
you can legitimately smoke cigs that cause CANCER at age 18.
you can justifiably drink alcohol at age 21.
you can never legally smoke weed.

the merely reason weed is illegitimate is because of the fact it "messes next to your brain/decisions" right? but from what i have hear weed just make you calm down and chortle.

alcohol makes you to the point where on earth you cant walk sometimes, DEFF. not drive, and sometimes procure abusive. very soon a little alcohol is okay, but too much can front to death wether you drive, or bring back toxic overdose.

has anyone died of weed? i don't feel so.

what is everyone's opinion on this?

Answers: honestly i reason everyone in the world wonders nearly this question.. weed shouldnt be unauthorized in the sense that cigarettes should. i scrounging how many death happen because of cigarettes surrounded by comparison with weed.. alot more.. alochol then again i belive should have a lower drinking age, because the statute only manufacture kids want to drink it more. maybe its the thrill of insurgence is the reason kids drink in a minute a days and not becasue it makes you drunk.. i be set to personally i reckon the whole legal/illegal piece is kinda crazy..

how many nation have be hurt or affected by weed??? not a soul yet its unofficial and everyda people die from alhol and ciggarettes.

they say aloud itsaddictive however it has no physicaly addictive properties its as addictive as soda basicaly you can acquire addicted to it meentally thinking you always entail it but its a little ridioulus.

Did hamdi v rumsfeld decide that Enemy combatants may be detained with authorization and indefinitely?

The way I see it, the defence decided that US citizens hold a right to due process but enemy combats that are not us citizens cant. I don't know how this make sense. So technically did the ruling say that yes rival combats can be held without due process underneath the constitutional rights of the president during wartime?

Answers: If you read the very clear summary of the facts and findings contained by Source #1, below, I think you will find that you're right. Hamdi be indeed an American citizen AND classified by the government as an antagonist combatant. The case deal ONLY with the rights of American citizens.

But cases in a minute pending previously the Supreme Court -- Al Odah v. United States and Boumediene v. Bush -- deal next to the right of non-citizens detained at Guantanamo to use Habeas Corpus to challenge their incarceration. These cases should be decide some time subsequent Spring.

Why should the US Constitution be living document?

Does anybody have any reason that it should be a living document, interpreted as needed by society?

Answers: So long as the document does not purport to be some strict US document (like a passport) or CA document (like a drivers license), it is probably not illegal purely to possess it. However, it would be illegal to use it fraudulently. For example, it is not prohibited to possess Monopoly money, but it would be illegal to attempt to endorse it as genuine.

This would probably depend on the circumstances.

If he be caught trying to buy liquor, he might face a fine.

Gun Control Question.?

Let's say your at a debate for gun control, and you are asking question that are supposed to make the other side nouns bad (this is for school). I obligation to ask a question that make having hands-off gun control sound fruitless

Answers: I think you're up a creek lacking a paddle. Gun control won't thieve the guns out of the hands of criminals. It will basically disarm good statute abiding citizens who want to defend themselves.
"No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest intention for the people to retain the right to maintain and bear arms is, as a final resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government". I can't mull over of any good motivation for taking away our 2nd amendment right.

If the gun control law were smaller number restrictive, there would be more armed citizens down-and-out to deter, or defend against, armed crime.

It's be proven many times over that more gun control does not equal smaller amount crime (washington D.C, New York...etc) and allowing law abiding citzens to convey firearms in public does not equal more crime (Florida, Texas...etc)

Answers: This is a conditional threat and probably does not violate the law. Provided you stay away from them, you hold no threat.

It can reasonably be interpreted that they get the impression threatened by you and are demanding you keep your distance for THEIR safekeeping.

For a threat to be an actionable crime and not protected as "freedom of speech" the threat has to be on the horizon and actual in most cases. Meaning. I'm going to walk to my car, catch my gun and come back and wipe out you." If there sports car is accessible...than that's a real threat. If here car is 150 miles away and they own to walk...may not be an instantaneous threat.

Depending on other circumstances, you may have enought to budge to the courts to request a restraining order against the other soul...but I think you are going to inevitability more than what you have so far.

It sounds like a suggestion. If it be a threat it would be more like, "You better stay away from me or I will hurt you."

Answers: It has be argued that the Selective Service violates the 13th Amendment, the right to be free from involuntary servitude. The Supreme Court rejected this argument within Butler v. Perry saying the 13th Amendment "introduced no innovative doctrine with respect of services other treated as exceptional, and certainly be not intended to interdict enforcement of those duties which individuals owe to the state, such as services in the army, militia, on the jury, etc."
So while you might argue at hand is some rights violation contained by requiring registration for the Selective Service, this is not recognized by the courts.

You'd infer it would be, wouldn't you? But the Selective Service Act of 1917 was challenge up to the Supreme Court on (among other reasons) the grounds that "compulsory draft imposed involuntary servitude in betrayal of the Thirteenth Amendment".

The Supreme Court disagreed.

Btw, the constitutionality of registering only males for Selective Service be also challenged up to the Supreme Court (1981) and lost.

It is` a betrayal of federal law not to register when you turn 18. As a citizen explicitly your responsibility to the country you call home. If you don't want to register, so surrounded by case of a national emergency, you can be enlist, in a timely fasion, to aid your nation, you are a coward and a traitor. Period.
