A friend of mine was be wrongfully placed in a treatment facility. What can I do properly?

One that night my Friends mother call and says she run away, and if she tries to contact me I would get arrested for harboring a fugitive because she put a warrant out for her arrest. I following learned that she solely got home in arrears from a friend's house, whom I suspect gave her drugs of some variety because she was hallucinating according her mother. So her mother fixed to call the police station,(not 911) and hold her arrested. when the bacon arrived he found no charge to arrest her on so her mother asked if she had any drugs, she said she didn't. Her mother after proceeded ask if she had cigarettes,( In which suitcase, her mother lets her smoke) she have some her room so the Lt.pork at the scene decided to arrest her on possession of cigarettes. As if folks actually carry arrested for that. Furthermore she is now within a mental hospital and on Halodol, Nuerontin and Celexia(which are drugs with treacherous side effects and are usually reserved for schizophrenics) Her mother has abused her verifiably.

Answers: you cant do anything because her parents are her guardian you could drive down in attendance and tell them shes not cookoo... i doubt that would do anything though. anyways thats not a genuine charge because cigarets arent illegal. another preference is to call an name-calling hotline and get them to investagate the intact senerio. BUT you probibly wont be able to do anything roughly speaking.

Grounds for harassment?

I currently work contained by an office available job where I am one of the youngest member of the team. (the employee who hear this did not tell me at the time when the guard told this to her, so I did not know and in recent times minded my own business as I walked by them). And presently, everytime I go out to lunch and drink in the building, the guard and my co-worker examine me and want to see if I will throw up my food.

Answers: Well Hunny I am sorry to voice this but this kind of things go on in alot of different places of employment. You could form a complaint or confront the person (of course they will deny it) So what I would do if it be me would ignore it exploit like nil then subsequent time you are eating around them as soon as your done look directly at them and say-so sarcastically all right time for me to go grasp sick and walk away trust me they will look resembling a deer stuck in organizer lights and honestly pro ably not keep discussion or your will just tender them more to talk around I always look at close to if they want to waste conversation crap about me afterwards there natural life must not be happy or fulfilling and if I can accomplish that for them by them chitchat about me consequently what ever. All that really matters is that you and the citizens that matter the most know the truth. It is pro ably a resentment thing plus if you report it trust me you will catch enemy and other have to scrutinize your back I find it more powerful to do it the way I stated above

He didn't enjoy a permit for making a paling...and then someone be arrested for smoking pot cause they are chronically sick... Excuse me.but if someone is not hurting anyone... not violent or a jeopardy to others, why are they in penal complex over a thief, or some lawless criminal..? What is the matter beside our laws.?.Is the system that selfish and uninterested..that a permit or a medication take priority over violence.? Wake up politicians; and lawmaker are you minds in HELL...

Answers: Our management and lawmakers' minds ARE in hell. CA have 33 prisons, all full up over capacity. Correctional officer make more money than police officer, teachers, and tons of other intelligent family with lots of training, and are the stupidest people you'll ever join. The wrong people return with arrested all the time, and not a soul cares.

Overcrowding is a serious problem not in recent times in California, but everywhere contained by the US. The solution is to build more prisons. But no one requirements to pay for them or live implicit them. If conduct is considered criminal and all non-prison sanction have has-been, then prison is the just choice.

You say that smoking pot due to chronically sick is okay. It isn't. It is illegal. We adjectives have sympathy for anyone contained by that situation, but I don't think that this type of being would be going to prison. I doubt they would even jailed in indistinguishable ways as the thief.

Lawyers rule our equality system. This system has be designed to serve their needs. A guy sitting months contained by jail for zoning law is not that uncommon. Why is he sitting near to begin beside? Here is the valise senario: A friend is in intern for Fo probation violation “Failure to report”. He have been going every month to report (I am witness, I dropped him rotten every month.) Everytime he asked to see his p.o. the secretary said she wasn’t there. Little did he know, they have changed him to a different one 3 months earlier. They cited him beside failure to report for 3 months and already have a warrant out for his arrest and arrested him Tuesday when he went to see his P.O within September. After all that mix-up, the subsequent day they realize they made a mistake and had his court command written up , he signed it, the P.O. signed it and the judge be supposed to sign it. They said he would be out by Friday last week. It is almost Friday this week and still no signature from the decide. Because of being contained by jail for a week, he have lost his job. There is also someone else locked up near him for the same item and his family is trying to carry him a case started.
