Should public-restroom sex be legalized?

I mean, between consenting adults.
Answers: Why don't you run for president next to that platform ?
No for a multitude of reasons.

For one piece I don't want to see it and another I don't want to take my two year toddler into the bathroom so he can do his business and own two guys going at it in the subsequent stall.
I think not. Imagine human being a parent at some rest area trying to explain that one.

At one point my son not here a stall and said "Dad, isn't that cool that you can get a assignment by calling the number on the wall in the stall".

I explained that it wasn't that type of post. I can only consider trying to explain why the New Jersey Governor and Idaho Senator are banging within the stall next to us.
Little kids put your foot into a public bathroom all the time, so what do you have a sneaking suspicion that?
Apparently gay men are not repulsed by the smell of fecal matter. Now why would that be?
Unless they own speacial restrooms to do that sort of stuff then yes! They obligation to build a restroom that has a bed surrounded by it and a door lock and sound proof walls. Oh dawdle...they have that already...it's call a hotel! Stop being so cheap and rent a room for crying audibly! To eager to carry it on and can't wait? Then stir to your car and try to hold it private as much as possible because I don't want to walk into a restroom and hear two men going at it. At tiniest if it was a co-ed restroom and the girl is getting it next maybe I'd keep under surveillance LOL! Or unless only the women can do it and we can see for free then it'd be OK LOL! Anyways...best answer here is NO!
No opening. Children use public restrooms too. Plus I would be scared to touch any handle!

Do you agree with Sen. Craig's decree not to resign?

Hey y'all! Dean Madison, American, here from Texas. I merely got home from my kickboxing class where on earth we train using the homeless folks the teacher picks up from the city. Now you might devise those rail-riding bums oughta be tough, but they sure can't take a see in the sternum, I make clear to you what. Good times, though, them's is good times.

Thank piety and President Bush that there Senator from Idaho, Larry Craig, established not to resign. It was adjectives a sting, hear? A libtard set-up to get a correct man out of office. Does he look gay to you? Does he nouns gay? Ever see him wear pink? I don't think so.

Hallejulah we live surrounded by good country where on earth the libtards still can't beat us. I approaching a guy that sticks to his guns and doesn't back down. If single we can say indistinguishable for those other guys... Mark Foley? Libtard conspiracy. Vitter from Louisiana? Libtard conspiracy. Newt Gingrich? Libtard conspiracy. Need I say more? Libtard con-spi-ra-cy!

Dean Madison, American, Republican, and PROUD of it!
Answers: Maybe he be just picking up a dime rotten the bathroom floor.
I think the guy desires to see a psychologist.
He admitted to an indescretion and know requirements it swept under the rug.
The nouns committee will get rid of him indisputable soon.
I'll answer the first question you asked to some extent than pay attention to your silly diatribe.

Yes, I agree near his decision, and I'm a liberal! First, I infer all these sting operation are ridiculous. Men who are approached in a bathroom can simply right to be heard no and no one is going to force them to do anything. Anybody going to set up a sting surrounded by a unisex bathroom for men approaching women? No, because that doesn't threaten straight men.

Second, I don't see any reason why a gay personage can't be a senator or representative. If the Republican party chooses to reject a creature who otherwise agrees with their policies only just because of what he does in the bedroom, that's their loss.
Based on what we've see in the concluding year or so, I'm guessing that half of our Republian lawmaker are either gay or frequent prostitues. The partner take bribes.

so, why should he be the one who have to go?
Yes, Se. Craig should stand his ground.

Sincerely,

George Michael
Yeah...sure, right.

Sen, Craig should stay contained by office...and I don`t know his office should be the Men's Room, surrounded by the Senate Dirksen Office Building.

Oh, wait...I conjecture that's Tom Delays' foot tapping subsequent to Sen. Craigs'...well, gotta budge and pay 'lip service' to our Republican leaders!

Has it been confiremed that the allowed drinking age in the UK is to be rasied from 18 to 21?

I enjoy heard rumours from associates, but haven't found any actual proof of this, many say-so it is to be changed after Christmas 2007. I'm hoping they don't, as I'm, 19 and although i don't drink often, i do savour a nice expensive single malt, and it would be extremely weird to enjoy the right to purchase alcohol taken away for 1 and a half years. Just reckon of all the students as resourcefully, poor things.
Answers: There was a statement by the Chief Constable of Cheshire Police surrounded by August - he said that he'd like to see the drinking age raise from 18 to 21. He made that comment after the murder of a man in Warrington by three boys.

Although plenty of society chipped in to comment on it, it seem the story was lone really reported because there wasn't much other word. The government hold not announced plans to change the drinking age and nor are any expected. Meg Hillier (Home Officer minister) dismissed the impression on Radio 4 - http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/6947224.st...

There is a review of the licensing regulation pending and the final report is expected until that time the end of the year. This have been ongoing for a while and will focus on any bits of the fresh (so-called) 24-hour drinking laws that aren't working properly. An interim report a few months ago mentioned a few things but varying the drinking age wasn't one of them.

So don't worry, you and your single malt are fine for the forseeable adjectives!
So many pubs are closing/struggling due to the smoking embargo and with winter on the process, the govourment are suggesting a review next summer.

Why must we be monitored?

While the monks in Burma conflict for democracy, the government here is planning to intercept our phone call and listen in on our mobiles. This information will be supplied to loads of rule bodies! Apparently this will help punch-up terrorism. RUBBISH. To all those who vote 'if you have done zilch wrong then you enjoy nothing to fear' are aiding this big brother culture. Why oh why is our privacy one attacked and stripped from us bit by bit??? I have a right to privacy, it's a free will that is a god given right and i will not tender it up for a snivelling nosey bunch of jobs worth sly dirtiness while others die for their rights, we willingly endow with ours away.
Answers: Governments in both the US and the UK are not planning to bug somebody`s room to our phone calls as they hold been doing this since the 1950s. I don't know the US locations but the most f¨ēted "Listening Centre" in the UK is contained by North Yorkshire. The site is operated by the MOD (Ministry of Defence), at a place set as Fylingdale in the North Yorkshire Moors. When driving along the A19 Trunk Road, you can't miss Fylingdale as it is a little what looks like extremely significant golf balls. Fylindale have been intercepting our cellular phone calls and monitoring adjectives radio frequencies since it was built. Apart from our phone conversations anyone intercepted and listened within on, we now own over 70% of the world's CCTV cameras in the UK. When we hear ethnic group like George Bush and Ex PM Tony Blair ranting on almost Iraq and Afghanistan and the creation of a free country for their people, it make we wonder, what free country? If it's anything like the UK, in attendance is no freedom and hasn't been any for oodles years. When they rant on about Democracy, it also make me wonder, what Democracy? Americans get a choice of two family to run their country and in the UK we receive three. Our political parties prefer who will stand for election lacking any consultation with the standard public to discover who they would prefer to stand. Basically, in the US, you capture two choices, vote for Hitler or Idi Amin. The choice is difficult as both will take you into a time of war. If I was an American, I would own to choose Hitler as he will have some intelligence and may simply have a workable monetary policy. The choice is difficult, either mode you will vote for somebody that causes too much suffering around the world. We own the same within the UK but also have the choice to vote for the small town idiot as a third choice. As we can't trust the village idiot beside our economy etc. we also enjoy to vote for a little Hitler. Remember, within the US and the UK, you have no "Freedom" and you hold no "Privacy" so how can our politicians kill women and children contained by the pretence that they will be given what we do not have. In attachment to what I have wrote here, the US CIA are importantly likely to read this as they intercept E-Mails and pattern based stuff, based on switch words and I'm sure I've hit one or two LOL
As for phone call no concern if you use a land lineor mobile phone this have been going on for lots years now and not a unknown thing. There are some words that pallid up screens approaching terrorist, IRA,UFV, UDA, 'bomb' and a few names.
It would be strange if emails from anyone is not already one checked on with 'key' words contained by them that set bells ringing in MI5 and MI6. This dolefully is the world we now live contained by and there is no going final. Terrorist activity here contained by the uK,Ireland and parts of Europe is still going on with a quantity of 'cells' in respectively country. Without good information, as very well as checking phones we may well own a blood bath anywhere within the UK and we are due another sometime soon because fear is the switch word for any terrorist group.
Your privacy is no longer private, never has be for the last 10 years and never will be again, amen.
Heidi, whats wrong near the DNA bank they want to set up. 1000s of bodies within morgues could be identified and THEIVES

ID cards you got nil to fear but nervousness itself
tel calls, works on a system of names/sentences used
if your have an affair with a friend they wont recount hubby but if your planning to use a bomb they will come and get you

Never mind your civil liberty what about mine, the right to live contained by peace and die an old age

File a complaint against Realtor with gun?

Realtor threated me and my dog showing propery that he crosses mine to seize to.
Answers: Call the cops, make a report. Don't play around next to what if's. Just do it and they will have to investigate and put him on discern that this is not acceptable.

Not adequate info.

How is it, that someone can pass a paddock sobriety test, but after get arrested for adage the word drunk?

Peace :)
Answers: Well if you think that's desperate, try driving in the UK, your expected to ponder like a motor theses day's or you can be arrested, no mobiles/cell phones hen driving, no smoking, no ingestion, playing loud music, no talking to your pasinger, a world gone nutty, if you ask me, bring back the sixties.

Oh thank you for that, I must own missed that episode. Very funny stuff, I had not even agreed it until half passageway through the alphabet. Perhaps he can contest that dance interrogate as being some form of entrapment. LMAO!

Can i take my dog to woprk?

condition and safety law in common store
Answers: Put him in a firm hat, dignified viz and toe-tectors and he will be ok.

or are you a Shepard?
general store No he might run rotten, bite a customer, make a mess enumerate goes on and on. of late like H&S rules
It's usually down to the head. I used to take my dog to work near me in a shop she used to look extraordinarily cute on the swivel chair down the counter!
I work from home now, so she have my company all morning.
I hope you manage to run him/her in beside you, because it's horrible having to confer on your dog alone...perhaps speak about the manager you'll want to look for another job if you can't steal your dog in! Well moral luck!
If you work at the kennels, Yes.

Otherwise no.
Of course. Let me pet him/her too.

My dog got loose and be hit behing a walgreens his leg is broken can i sue the guy who hit my dog?

Answers: no you cannot--like you said...your dog got loose...it is your quirk
Probably not, since your dog was probably not following the rules of traffic when he get hit.

Seriously ... the one at fault is you, since you are responsible for his guardianship 24/7 52 weeks a year.

If the driver was following standard driving practices and otherwise mostly operating within the decree, you are out of luck.
no it is your responsability to keep your dog beneath control. The negligence is on you for not keeping your dog under control. If you have the possibility of him hitting the dog would not have be there.

Its forlorn about your dog but you hold no recourse
What is being "hit behing a walgreen"?

But anyway if you agree to your dog get out, its you who can be sued, anything happened.
i'm sorry to hear that roughly speaking your dog. I have 2 and they other manage to escape somehow

not really
since your dog be unsupervised on the street
Your town probably has an ordinance that say dogs cannot be allowed to roam free.

Unless someone can prove that the guy intentionally ran down your dog, not solitary can't you sue him (well you can sue but you won't win) but he can sue you for any damage your dog did to your guardianship. You are also subject to a fine for letting your dog loose and possibly have violated animal welfare law by allowing your dog to be injured. I've never heard of that ultimate thing mortal prosecuted but you never know these days.
Anyone who let a dog loose is just asking for trouble. Unless the disaster was NOT an coincidence, you don't have a leg to stand on, any. You may be sued for letting your dog go free - the driver may hold nightmares from that or his car could be scratched.

Leave the lawsuits alone and run care or your dog.
be the driver at fault? or be your dog running in the street?
You will have need of a lawyer.how much will you sue for..the advocate usually gets a third.Do you believe the driver did it intentionally? or was it only just an accident?,,,reason about it
You can be sued by the driver, intense distress, etc...

Let it go.
If your dog be running loose in an nouns that has a leash decree you were at quirk.

I would let it turn unless you have some evidence he tried to hit your dog. If that's the shield (not likely) the police should arrest him for animal cruelty.

The driver probably feels grim as it is. I know I would if it happened to me.

Besides, what would you gain? You would spend more money surrounded by time away from work, transportation and maybe attorney fees than you could get better for vet bills.
Yeah you could, but the question is, is it going to be worth your time and money ?

Are you going to hire an attorney, or rep yourself, and for a baggage like this an attorney is going to enjoy to do alot of footwork, which will cost extra money $$$$$.

Do you have honest contact information for the people you vote saw your dog get hit ?

If you do, would they be of a mind to be subpoenaed to court for their testimony, and how reliable are they ?

More than plausible you can only hold the person who hit your dog to civil court, no D.A. surrounded by the world would try to prosecute someone for that.

And also another thing is how do you know if he/she that hit your dog , know they hit it ?

I'm not trying to talk you out of doing what you come up with is right but just remember somethings are easier said after done.
What has happen to America? Here we have a guy who does not control his dog, the dog breaks loose -or be never restrained to begin near, and off the dog go - ends up getting hit in traffic, and luckily simply suffers a broken leg.

There is no indication or testimony from witnesses that the unlucky driver who hit your pooch did so conscious, so more that likely the dog dart out into traffic - like a deer might - and by misfortune - was injured. And presently the errant owner, who failed to control the animal, which be injured by accident, decide he's going to sue the Driver of the vehicle - who was unlucky ample to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.

Not every accident is or should be actionable - at hand are things that happen which are "NO Fault" that's why responsible ethnic group carry insurance on themselves and their nearest and dearest.

If anyone is in a position to sue, it is the driver of the vehicle that hit your dog, - if he be not speeding, was operating his vehicle lawfully, had a current and surrounded by force license at the time of the incident.

You are a shameless ***. I just bet that surrounded by addition to any vet bills you also planned to move about for mental anguish, AND PAIN & SUFFERING FOR BOTH YOUR DOG AND YOUR SELF!!!

If you have reproduced, what are you instruction your spawn? That it's always better to avoid taking personal responsibilty, if you enjoy a shot at suing someone for your mistake - Hey who knows - possibly the guy will toss a few hundred bucks your way newly to avoid the hassle of going to court. Heck if he's gotta hire a lawyer, that's gotta cost him a couple splendid right? So if you hit him up for $ 1,500.00 to forget the whole entry - he actually comes out $ 500 smackaroos ahead - Right? Hell - your doing him a Favor!!

And have said that, - people STILL wonder why insurance premiums are so expensive, and why if you are involved within an accident now, you're likely to be assessed a portion of the responsibility purely for being involved surrounded by the accident - event when the imperfection is clearly and undisputedly 100 % the fault of the other driver!

Unfortunately, this will never hit home next to you, because it's not about right and wrong beside you or morality - those concepts are clearly not of any real consequence to you, No I suspect that this in one piece incident was only just a spontaneous business opportunity to cash contained by on.

All I can say is thaty what go around, - comes around, and maybe - newly maybe, one of in this day and age your come-uppance will come home to roost.
what in the world would you sue them for?they did unquestionably wrong. on the other hand you did something wrong by not have the dog on a leash.how did he get loose from you?the guy that hit your dog can sue you for not have your dog on a leash and the dog caused impairment to his vehicle.
----retired texas deputy sheriff----
And they would counter sue for negligence on your part.

I have to speak FOR sting operation in a debate but am clueless abt what to write. Plzzzz suggest some pts.?

Answers: That's a tough one. Stings are inventions of crime. The police, surrounded by effect, prey upon those with lacklustre wills.

Idaho does not permit officer to engage within stings. Note that Minnesota does, which is how Senator Larry Craig ended up human being charged with some sort of sexual misconduct crime.

AbScam be one famous FBI bribery sting of US congressmen, years ago. You might try looking up the reason that operation was conducted.

Stings are legally easy ways to obtain criminals off the streets, if you can't capture them in the deed through legitimate police work. If I nouns negative roughly speaking stings, it is because the whole thought of enticing inhabitants to commit crime disgusts me. It seems to me that if you cannot entrap a crook honestly you have a problem. I know a few honest populace who were entrapped by canon enforcement for fake crimes.

Property boundaries?

How can i keep a driveway that i thought be mine and used for 40 years ,that turns out to belong to the property next door
Answers: interesting query.
you could have two possible rights of performance one in easements or rights of method and one in adverse possesion or "squatters rights".
using the driveway for so long, uncontested will enjoy established a right of way within your favour.
if you own a fence or wall etc between the driveway that you thought be yours and your neighbour's property you will have gain absolute title to the property and it will be yours. title pass after 12 years uninterrupted possesion.
obviously here will be a lot of p's and q's to be sorted out but explicitly basically it within all adjectives law countries ie Ireland, Britian, U.S., Australia, New Zealand.
Any attorney will be able to sort this out and hopefully in need having to shift to court against your neighbour.
hope this helps.
Tricky one

You own obviously enjoy a right of use for so long that 40 years could give you a permitted interest

However

If the boundary belongs to another they obviously hold a legal right as very well

I would suggest check your exact rights at the land registry and you will probably involve a solicitor to help you further after that
Laws come and go depending on which country or state you may reside. Your question requirements to be answered by a real estate attorney for that motivation.
In my state of USA there is what is know as an "easement". Either it can be granted or possibly (like within your case) grandfathered in because it have been within existence for so very long.
Good Luck
There is something call adverse possession. You might be entitled to the driveway under the regulation. Consult an attorney for that.

You can also attempt to buy the property.

Good luck.
If you use land for a abiding period of time, you hold a claim to it. The length of time varies depending on where on earth you are. In my State, it's 18 years. But, in writ to enforce your ownership, you must bring a quiet title doings. That's a civil action asking the court to determine who have rights to the property. If you establish that you have met the requirements for adverse possession, the court could award you title to that piece of property. Quiet title management can be expensive, though. The other route to take would be to parley to the neighbor, and ask if they would grant you an easement for use of the driveway. You could agree to pay envelope for the maintenance and repairs of the driveway as part of a set of the easement agreement. If the neighbor agreed, you could record the easement and it would be binding on your neighbor, and anyone who bought his property.
