PS-to the guy who mentioned that it was endorsed with "charge stamps", you are 100% wrong. That was the casing decades ago, but those laws enjoy long since been changed. It is in a minute completely illegal to possess marijuana and have been for decades immediately.

Well I understand that California directive says that within a divorce all properties are split down the middle. Is nearby any way around this, My parents be married in Mexico so my mom be told by someone with court knowledge that she can gain a divorce in Mexico and afterwards come back to the U.S. and flog all the properties she owns and have worked for.Would there be anything Illegal next to my mom getting a divorce in mexico and after selling what she owns here without my dad getting any of the shares, My mother works adjectives day trying to preserve her business moving while my dad lies to her telling her hes at work when really hes out near other girls, not only does he not work but hes other asking my mom for cash and hes never near his family, I hold 1 childhood memory of him spending time with me this man does not deserve something like 900,000.00 dollars for cheating on his wife and abandoning his family circle. A CA lawyer could insist on you better, but I believe that even if your mom were to seize a divorce outside of CA, your dad could petition in CA for a revision of the property settlement.

Let's assume a ruling is passed (and somehow found Constitutional) that states the local police can confiscate any personal items found in your sports car if you are stopped for any reason (yes, I know it won't transpire, just humor me). Now, assume that you own never known anyone who have actually have anything confiscated--and you can't find any reports of such happening any. Does this mean you still hold all the property rights you did up to that time? Of course not, you just haven't notice the change but.
The scariest aspect of the USA PATRIOT act is not that some nation have be "disappearing" or something nefarious like that, but that the command is granting itself new powers lacking check-and-balance oversight, and in direct defilement of the ideas of rights of privacy. Even assuming that the current government's intentions are angelic (which I do not, but I'll stipulate it for argument), how can we be sure the next rule (or the next, and so on) will be so magnanimous?

It's the weirdest law I've ever ever hear of! lol...How can they say that a 14 yr frail kid can smoke while they are out and about etc...but that they can't buy any fags for them to smoke for another 4 years!?!
