Anything about human rights contravention by technology ?

Answers: I don't know what you have within mind, but ...

Technology does not violate human rights all by itself. Technology can, underneath some circumstances, be used to violate human rights. When that happens the regulation applies to the human beings who use the technology, not to the technology.

The law also outlaws the possession by non-governmental entities of definite technologies, e.g., assault rifles, poison gas, cannon, etc. But here again the law applies to humans.

A ethics cross-question, about abortion?

Got a put somebody through the mill in my nouns class at school, loving of stuck on it.

statement: Abortion is wrong. Since abortion is killing fetus and bloodshed people is wrong. Why? It is because everyone have a right to life.
1. Find the conclusion.
2. Find the reason and any unstated assumptions
3. Diagram the argument.
4. Assess the strength of the support which the reasons grant to the conclusion. (Assume the reasons are true)
5. Assess the truth of the reason and any unstated assumptions. Think about how you would hope further information to enable you to assess the truth of reason.

Thanks for your helping.
Answers: do your own homework and stop trying to get others to do it for you, its sopposed to be your assessment!
Perhaps this site will help: http://ethics.sandiego.edu/Applied/Abort...

Good luck.
I believe that we live contained by a country where, we enjoy quite a bit of freedoms. I feel if a woman, or female have a baby because she be the victim of a rape, this could changeover her entire future, it ought to be up to her to sort such a choice.1.
Conclusion, here may mean argument, i.e. abortion. 2. Abortion is commonly used as a method of birth control surrounded by the U.S. 3. Freedom of choice is in some cases to spare a woman's form, or the fetus, would have too oodles health complications, to step to full term.4. Rape might be too brutal to want to pass this to term! 5. It is a free country.
Interesting quiz for an ethics class, since everyone's nouns differ, especially on that subject.

While I believe in the right to enthusiasm, I believe in pro-choice as ably. I think that the Supreme Court have taken the appropriate stance on abortion in one and only banning abortions of a viable fetus. Until that third trimester it is the woman's choice, similar to it or not. Second trimester requirements are a 24-48 hour waiting period and a psychiatric consultation. First trimester have even less requirements because the fetus is just about developed.

From my ethical stance, I would say that abortion is wrong contained by the view that existence is sacred, but I would also read aloud that it makes more sense for a woman to be capable of have an abortion than for her to fetch an unwanted child that she might elect to 1) leave within a dumpster (we've seen those word stories, it isn't pretty) 2) self abort (potentially killing or mentally dangerous herself) or 3) raising a child that she never looked-for and not giving it enough love (creating another problem child).

My conclusion? Late permanent status abortion is unethical. The lawful debate of all other abortions is unprincipled in that it distracts politicians and voters from things that situation more. The pushing of one's views on abortion and guilt trip that inevitably comes next to that push is unethical.

Will cannabis warning stop me from using visa waiver if I travel to USA?

Had a cannabis street caution from the police in the UK. He told me it wasn't a criminal history and I don't need to contend it, but am travelling to the USA soon and don't know if I can still use the visa waiver form. I wasn't arrested and this was adjectives on the street rather than at a police station.

Thanks for your relief.
Answers: I'm not sure at all. I wouldn't hold thought it would be a problem if no prosecution occurred and at hand is no criminal record.

but to be on the undamaging side, it might be worth you checking out the Foreign and Commonwealth Office website:

www.fco.gov.uk

If you can't find the answer on the website, there should be contact details for you to phone or email them near your query.
It is classed as a guardedness and things like your age and when it be given come into play.
Regardless of what advice associates post on here, personally I would ring the american embassy and ask them. Obviously dont endow with them your details.
Or you can apply to the police for a background check on yourself, this will cost a tenner and they will dispatch you what they hold on you. If theres nowt on it you should be ok.
I cant think of anything worse than taking someones direction only to arrive within the USA and be turned around by customs.
THE BEST THING to do would be to check with the USA embassy impart your real christen and ask for a definitive answer no point in travelling and gettin refuse entry getting locked up until another flight back and wasting adjectives the money the flights costs.
I would hazard a guess that you would be ok to travel but fot the above reason check first
Not if you don't tell them. Do not vote yes to drug use on the waiver form. You have no criminal text. Do not take or use cannabis within the US and you will be OK.
A street warning for cannabis will not effect you any issues.

A street warning involves you have to hand over the drugs and sign a statement to the effect that it is drugs and you adopt that you were surrounded by possession of them.

This information then get input on a LOCAL intel system.

That means that one and only the police in that local nouns are aware that you had cannabis on you. For example if you have the warning within the Met police area and you are after stopped and checked in the West Midlands Police nouns. There will be no record of the incident. Nothing is record on PNC so it is not readily available.
Don't verbs about it at adjectives as this is not going to show on a US computer.

I don't really understand the undamaged "visa waiver" though. I am a US and a UK citizen. Citizens of either going respectively way simply board the plane and upon landing imbue out a little card and show a passport. Then you basically get a tourist visa.

You are not on the keep watch on list or anything so purely fly.

Please provide your sources if you can.

(Only countries that CLAIM to follow Islamic law. Whether they are hypocrites or not, is of no concern to me.)

Can anyone summarize what the separation of church and state means??

Can anyone explain to me what it ability in elevated school height vocab and who and what it affects
Answers: 1st The phrase "separation of church and state" is NOT in the U.S. Constitution.

The 1st Amendment to the Constitution bar establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof

In other words constitutionally there can be no public servant government approved religion such as the Church of England, and within can be no religion that is outlawed.

Some folks in their struggle to lessen any nature of religious influence on our society have perverted some interpretations of the 1st amendment to scrounging that public officials or anyone representing administration can even mention their beliefs in God or their religion. They are pushing for a religion free system. In other words they are trying to bar the free exercise of religion.
Separation of Church and State are no where on earth in the constitution. The establishment clause say the government can not establish a religion.

The elected representatives can not establish a religion. (like the church of the United States)
Under the First Amendment of the United States "Establishment Clause," "Congress shall make no ruling respecting an establishment of religion."

This includes acts by parliament entities, and those entities that rely on support from the government, such as public school.

If a person feel that a public entity is endorsing a unquestionable religion by its acts, he may sue contained by court for an injunction to stop the actions.

For example, if the public college has a "Christmas Festival," but does not own a Hanukkah Festival, a person of the Jewish creed, or any other faith that finds the Christmas Festival endorses a dedicated religion may sue in court to force the institution to either revise the name of the social event, add a Hanukkah Festival, or stop the show entirely.

However, if the Christmas Festival is non-denominational, and does not back up a particular religion, the plaintiff would own an uphill battle.

You would hold to look at recent Supreme Court rulings in decree to evaluate the facts of your particular covering.

Good luck!
It means what it say in the Constitution. "Congress shall build no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." That channel that Congress is not allowed to pass by a law that make any religion the 'national religion'. While we can be a nation of Christians, we cannot be a Christian nation. They also can't make law that prohibit people from practicing their religion.

The management cannot be in the business of religion, the passageway it is involved in bank, trade, education, etc. Religion can just be regulated when it interferes with someone else's freedoms. Prayer is irrelevant in college (which prohibits religious people from 'freely exercising' their rights) because it impose religion upon people who enjoy no choice but to be there. The gov't can't force you to attend academy and then permit others impose their religion on you.

Defenders of prayer within the public forum wouldn't be so quick to stand up for it if they be reciting Islamic prayers over the loudspeakers at their kids' school. They only want Christian religion contained by government places, not merely any religion.
Best way to explain it that a religion can't be established in policy.

It means that a college can't have Christian prayers, establish on public settings an acquiescence of Christian symbols and other imagery.

There is a few ways the 1st amendment is being infringed upon. The 10 commandment monument within Alabama Courthouse being the most infamous. But near a number of ways even voluntary acknowledgment of God by those solitary benefiting from a government facility or service enjoy had their free speech rights infringed. On the other foot, benign endorsement of "God", as on currency, falls short of supporting a Church.

Bottom column, an endorsement of a church (even "Christian") imposed by establishment is unconsitutional.
I know you didn't specifically mention the Constitution, but you might be interested to know the origin of that phrase. A Baptist procedure was concerned something like religious liberty within the new nation. Thomas Jefferson, contained by his letter, quoted the first amendment and characterized it as "'thus building a wall of separation between church and state". Being the primary author of the allegation of independence, one of the switch figures contained by creating the constitution, and also a president, he had a correct idea what they intended when they wrote that amendment.
