Hello,I have a bad relationship that haunt me to this day.I be with a girl for 4 1/2 years and it be always shaky. We met when I be 17 and she was 16(six months apart) we aligned the army together when I was 19 and her 18. Well after a year of training we both get back to our MN arng unit. We got a place
I ahad save all my money and also made alot of treasure investments in my father company. Well it was subtle at first but at every turn she would supersupcede me.Like my father sending us $1000 to purchase a beater vehicle,She stole my other car and crashed it while on break surrounded by her military uniform/
I told her not to drive it to work and just bus similar to we have be doing because we diddn't have insurance.Well we get the thousand and she was to money and then be rembursed when the check clears. We go car hunting and she found one put it within her name(I would have it surrounded by both our names) and pocketed the money,I was out a splendid and she keeps the motor? Continues.
Answers: I think I can probably answer lacking reading the conclusion to your little story. Let it go. Resentment and anger are close to a bag of bricks, basically set it down and move on your vivacity will be much easier that way.
Dude.
They consent to you in the army and you can't even spell or compose a readable sentence?
Wow - I have a feeling safer already.
Both sound unauthorized to me. Being in love and human being ignorant sometimes follow suit. You inevitability to think ahead. You "allowed" adjectives this to happen and are presently paying for it. You will pay more if you verbs to dwell on it and take any type iffy actions against her. Live and cram.
Can my neighbour photograph children without parental say-so?
My elderly neighbour doesnt like children, yesterday when some children be playing in the designated play nouns of our flats she reportedly took photo's of them and told them she had evidence to run to the police, the oldest child is only 14.Answers: She sounds close to a perv. Report her.
There is no law against photographing children, but she could not win them published without parental consent.
If you needed authorization to photograph people the tabloid press would be out of business overnight!!!
She must be capable of or else every broadsheet in the country would be sued.
Maybe you should ask to see them and see for yourself what evidence she have.
Surely she would not be taking photos just because she did not resembling kids.
People in public places or places interested to the public can be photographed. PERIOD. Children have no extra rights over adults within this manner.
If she is taking photos to support an blame of a crime [thus her statement she had evidence to shift to the police], of course she can steal the photos as long as she was not taking the photos surrounded by an area where on earth one would have a run of the mill expectation of privacy such as photographing people surrounded by a public restroom.
When it could become illegal is when & how she uses those photographs.
As near several others, I note you are most plausible in the UK. I am contained by the US. So I offer a caveat: My answer pertains to the US & I am unsure if it is true within the UK.
No, your neighbour has no right to photograph a child in need its parent's permission and have committed an offence.
I conjecture though as its your neighbour you will probably not want to take this issue any further to bring any further difficulties between you.
I think you should in recent times turn a blind eye - she just sounds similar to a spoil sport and has no apprehension of the need for children to savour themselves and be allowed to play outside!
Explain to the children that they have every right to use the designated play nouns, and tell them that she is man unreasonable! For them to ignore her and not to unavailable in any conversation next to her.
Unfortuantely we cannot always chose our neighbours!

Not your usual reckless driving ticket. what to do? plead not guilty or try catch it bumped down or something?
i got charged near a reckless driving past its sell-by date roads ticket. i was on a unsafe street (drivebys, shootings, etc) and took a wrong turn so i wanted to turn around. my friend and i turned onto what we thought be a street, but it was really a wide-ranging sidewalk to a park, but there be no elevation or grass on the edge of the street. mind you, it be pitch black and no lights. my two front tires go into a ditch surrounded by front of a pond (it just looked resembling new pavement, even the tow tuck dirver didnt see it and thought the sidewalk be a street). 7 cop cars come zooming, rob my friend and start askin him where I get my car (they thought it be stolen. i'm 19, Black, and drive an 07 lexus). the other cop comes because he thinks "it's funny". they sobriety assessment me (i told them i had 1 beer 1-1.5 hr in the past, which was true), i surpass, didnt breathlize me, and let me drive home after i get the ticket. i havta go to court. what shud i plead? i dont mind paying a fine, of late dont want the record.Answers: Get a apt lawyer and catch enough evidence, appropriate photos of the scene, interview witnesses, etc.
If you can afford to drive a 07 Lexus, you can afford an attorney.
Go see one.
Take photos of the scene by day and darkness. Collect as many name as you can. It may be that you were "careless" and not "thoughtless." It may also be that the city was remiss in maintain the roadway. But be careful beside trying to “switch blame” to the city. Your attorney can explain the pitfalls of that scenario.
Doe's a parent still have rights too his child if he have no contact after so long by his choice?
Answers: There is just not ample information to answer the question in principle so email me if you want and we can hash over the rest of the information and i may be able to abet.
A parent has rights and principally responsibilities commanded by God toewards his children. We are to honor our father and our mother.
What if he's bad?
He is a party too, and may have his fault. You will never be sorry for honoring your father and your mother.
(I craving I could honor and respect and love mine)
a parent has legalized access to a child regardless of what type of scumbag they may be. it's only when a court lay down is in place that prevents them from seeing the child, or they enjoy terminated their rights as a parent through the court.
also, if the child has be emancipated, then they can desire if they want the parent in their energy.
You don't say if you are surrounded by the UK - the contributors to this site come from a good lots Countries where different legislation applies to Family Law.
Basically, as already mentioned, a man name on a Birth Certificate as the father of a child, has convinced rights, for example if the child's mother remarried and her new husband needed to adopt the child, the natural father would entail to give his consent.
However, a parent cannot waddle out on a child for many years, afterwards make demands which are unreasonable.
In adjectives cases, a Court would make a edict in which "the interests of the child are paramount" and they would ask the child what he or she looked-for before decide any outcome in a dispute.
For more minister to, you should visit your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Social Services.
yes he or she does unless or until you lug him to court and have his parental rights terminated due to discount and abandonment.he may choose to barney for his rights but he will probably lose eventually anyway.also note if he pays support it will stop if his parental rights are terminated so is his obligation, except for back child support it will still be owing and he must discharge it.if he does not pay support next it is just over but really the kid is better past its sell-by date without any parent who will not support or be a section of their kids life, the money is not worth it! some associates only hold onto their kids for a welfare check or child support they are even worse than the away from home parent i think! dutiful luck.
This is about my husband nigel his boss is taking £100. this week and £100 subsequent week out of his wages?
because he did not take a liying week of him a year ago the boss is doing this to adjectives his work force it is because one of the drivers said he was disappearing so he got more money to stay and after the boss truned round and done this is this legal pleaseAnswers: Your query isn't very clear. What is a liying week, and who get more money, the driver who was going away or your husband?
no! he needs to walk to citizens advice or get hold of a legal squad to look into this for him, I'm sure he's got a pious case.
right luck
It depends on what your husbands conditioned hours to pay are, ie how much he get paid per hour and how plentiful hours he must complete to get remunerated. If your hubby is doing his hours and getting what he deserves and the boss is taking money from that, he is doing so illegally.
If this is the satchel you need to aim legal guidance preferably as soon as possible, try the CAB. Otherwise your fella and colleagues need to seize together and refuse to work or quit, it worked for the other guy!
Its illicit to deduct anything from anyone wages minus the employees written agreement to do so

Hello Nigel, how's Nigel? Last time you be asking about conjecture of wages in lieu of mind. I think you involve to clearer about the situation. What have actually happen? What is a liying week?
Case dismissed but still have to take-home pay court costs?
what happened be i got a ticket for expired plates on my saloon, but i was on my course to a safety inspection. so i travel to court for this to fight it and i don't judge it is going to be that big of deal, but after when i talk to the prosocuter she say i can either payment the fine or come back beside my registration and it will be dismissed. so i said whatever and talk to the judge to win a new court date and he tell me that even if its dismissed i will still have to pay packet the court costs of $60. i don't think this is right because if your wrong was dismissed later that means your not guilty and i don't ruminate you should have to recompense any thing, but they acted approaching no matter what that you still own to pay court costs.also immediately i am not going to be able to acquire my registration in time, but i don't presume that should matter inflict i don't think what i did be anything wrong, i mean how else are you supposed to attain to a safety inspection minus driving there?
lawyer only please.
Answers: I live on the other side of this state, and its no different. They engineer up laws as they want them.get away w/ it a couple of times, later they think it really is directive, all for the purpose of money.probability are its not legal..
I know its not contained by Calif...
I am not a lawyer, but to be exact the law within your state. You broke the law by driving beside expired plates. The reason why is not substantial. Driving in adjectives states is a privilege not a right. Be smart and either earnings the ticket with court costs or steal the deal and recompense the court costs.
Ask the prosecutor if there is a track for you to drive your car to the inspection place and the license plate place.
You still owe the court costs because if the pass judgment dismisses the case it doesn't stingy that you did nothing wrong, it merely means that the court be unsuccessful in or approved not to prosecute you. The violation still occur, and the court still incurred a cost (the prosecutors time, and the judges time when you be in court)
it's basically the way the system works. A better one is if you a charged near murder, and are found not guilty you still have to reward for the jury! Roughly $20 per day, per character... Think about what OJ have to pay within court costs alone!?!?!
To answer your question more or less "how to get your sports car to the safety inspection" - capably you take the saloon before the inspection runs out or if specifically not possible you own the car towed to the garage you are planning to use.
A motor with unseemly and/or expired tags is evil to operate - plain and simple. In choosing to drive the car you violated the tenet, irregardless of the reasons. You are individual asked to cover court cost because the court is offering to waive your fine for breaking the law if you correct the problem - but surrounded by the process of granting this waiver you still of your own accord own taken up valuable court time surrounded by an already congested system, and are being asked to payment for that time.
the court did it's thing...and is due it's duty.
if you see a doc and get a verbs bill of health, do you consequently owe nothing ?
Where can I research the Law regarding house sale?
with high regard to the obligations of both buyer and trader and grounds for recourse on the property? I live in the UK.Thanks
Answers: In the UK the mart of anything comes under contract Law and within this case a sort sub branch call Land Law. This has two sides that what be decided by the courts and that which have been contracted by Parliament. The latter overrules the former. It is very difficult to find a net site dispensing free legal warning. The decisions of the courts are on at least possible two web site whose name escape me for the moment. However there is a duty and you need to own some knowledge of the system and the imperative. If I were you I would try your local library. Some own good citation section and librarians can be extremely helpful.
You will necessitate to look through all the cases and see how they be decided and look up the statute Law. The tenet changes constantly you will stipulation to read the law reports to save up to date. But once a precedent is set it can last for years. Good luck!
barnsley's conveyancing tenet is a good book on that nouns, not expensive either nearly lb40 or in your library.defensible too.
not sure what you mean give or take a few "recourse". recourse for fraud?failing to complete?
House sales contained by the uk are based on contract imperative. The sellers solicitors will convey to the buyer's solicitors a contract - these are usually in a standard preprinted form - Standard Conditions next to spaces to enter the details of the transaction - address of property, names of the party and contract price etc. There is no legal binding agreement between the party until contracts are EXCHANGED. Therefore a party can verbs out of the transaction at any time before the exchange of contracts. A completion date is usually agreed between the party at the time of exchange.
With regard to remedies or "recourse" you will involve to expand on this! It will depend if there have been misrepresentation or fraud for example if you will to claim ' damages' for breach of contract. Its a bit of a mine field so you will probably obligation to seek legitimate advice. If you hold already used solicitors and think they enjoy been slipshod in some course with good opinion to the conveyancing transaction you may need to desire the advice of another solicitor. The perfect new is that your conveyancing solicitor will hold insurance to cover for such claims. Look at the Law Society website which tells you how to receive a complaint against a solicitor.
Tyler G is correct - when I was working for Solicitors as a convenancing secretary I looked-for to learn more so used to progress to local libary and take a variety of books out to learn more - progress for the newer editions - librarian may support you if you cannot find any (they may already be out and they would reserve them for you - I did this on many occasions) Also they hold lots available in the hint libraries if you have the time to sit within there. Reading these books help me a lot to apprehend what I was doing at work as frequent Solicitors just do not own the time to explain the full procedures in detail.
I also "googled" on the web under conveyancing and found a few sites near all legalized details but cannot remember which sites I went into - also if I remember correctly The Law Society have some info and links on this subject :-

How was the United States competent, by law, to intern the Japanese-Americans surrounded by world war 2 in need trial?
Can it happen again surrounded by the US? Is this a good example of a bill of attainder?Answers: FDR signed Executive Order 9066 and over 100,000 Japanese civilians be relocated out of their homes and businesses. Greatest piece of c r a p ever done to an American citizen. The idea that the Asians could sneak around and spy, while adjectives those blond and blue German-Americans walk around doing anything is mind-numbingly unspeakable. Even J. Edgar Hoover, one of the most paranoid obsessive-compulsive bigots on the plant thought that this was wrong.
Wow.
Sorry, I guess you hit a impudence.
They did the same point here in Canada too. But, it be realized, lots years too late, that we be wrong. They or their survivors have be reimbursed. Regardless of Japanese background, these ethnic group were born Canadians.
We took adjectives their property, their belongings and left them near nothing during the time of war and they didn't get it stern.
Pres. Roosevelt signed executive order #9066. It is and be legal. No, I do not believe that it be morally right thing to do. It be, on the other hand, vastly effective for what they needed it to accomplish. It was not a worthy example of a bill attainder, and yes, something similar could happen again within the U.S.
Should it.NO!
Executive Order 9066, whose constitutionality was (to the perpetual disgrace of the United States) upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in Korematsu v. United States.
A bill of attainder is roughly a legislative finding that a person or group is guilty of something, and rendering punishment. No finding of guilt be issued, so no.
