What is illegal to make higher children in a polygamous bridal but ok in a divorced situation next to step parents?

and siblings? Shouldn't the courts intervene in these cases. I don't really see a diffrence. especially within cases where the child have to move back and forth between households.
Answers: polygamy is undemocratic.
step-parenting is not.

it is hard for the kids to be transported between multiple houses...but polygamy and remarriage are two separate issues.
There are several reason for this, and all of them involve the state's interest(s) surrounded by both marriage and children.
1. will the child become a ward of the state or a welfare concern? With divorce, it is smaller quantity likely because the child have 2 (or even 3) options. With polygamous marriage, there is just a single home for the child, and if that fails, within is no "fall-back position".
2. will the numerous spouses become wards of the state at the departure of the single husband? Probably! Polygamous households are incredibly expensive to maintain, and it is occasional that any of the wives hold jobs or enjoy the education important to get one at the annihilation of the husband. Also, they don't have work experience.

These are merely two of the state's concerns, and by no means show the full spectrum of concerns that the stay may own in such a situation.
1. It is Illegal to angle children in *any* non honest (illegal) surrounding
2. Polygamy is illegal
3. Divorce is not forbidden
4. Figure it out

What are the common penalty for a speeding ticket?

Im 16 and ive had my lisence for going on for 6 months and i already got a speeding ticket. I have minors in the motor and it was at 1am, so it be past curfue. I own to go to traffic court contained by about a month and i want to know what will the find most likely do. Such as thieve away my lisence, fine me, or give me a limitation etc. p.s. I leave within california near torrance
Answers: Typically you receive a traffic citation which does affect your license by going on your state journal. There is also a fee to payment (Average is between $125 - 200) although this generally depends where on earth you live though. If you reach the quota of three tickets, next you may get your licensed suspended.
Speeding ticket penalty are fines and points on your liscense or going to traffic school.

It is a outstandingly minor offense, however you do only own a certain number of points on your liscense.

It is usually 12 points and respectively ticket is worth 3 or 4 depending on the severity of the ticket.

If you lose all your points you lose your liscense, It is different for every state but usually 3 to 6 months.
I'm not sure more or less California, but here in Colorado the fine amount and loss of points is on the ticket as capably as a court date. You can plead guilty, pay the fine and adopt the loss of points, therefore eliminate the court process. Or you can go to court and collide it. I've never heard of anyone losing a license for purely a speeding ticket. More than likely you will bring back a fine, lose some points and get a oration from the judge. The above mentioned Ohio sounds cruel. You can check at you local driver's license office or police station to see what the law and penalties are.

I'm afraid I'm not comfortable with the penalty dealing with anyone a minor driver with minors surrounded by the car or curfew violation. Colorado passed laws dealing beside both as well. When I be your age back contained by 1989, there be no restrictions on either. We'd enjoy 7 or 8 friends in respectively car.haha..presently that I look at it, it was dicey, but a lot of fun.

However it turns out for you, thieve it as a learning experience and don't do it again. Repeat offensives concede harsher consequences.

I found a bibigun hole in my bedroom fanlight. Is this vandalism or a mistake?

There was newly one hole so I figure if they be going to do harm they would hold shot a few holes in it. What do you have an idea that? Should I report this to the police?
Answers: It was probably stupid kids mucking around. If possible ask around your neighborhood and find out which kids enjoy bb guns, it was almost clearly them. If their parents are worth a salt, they will adopt responsibility, if they don't then beckon the police. If no one know about anyone have a bb gun then I feel your just SOL, christen the police if you want but its very unlikely that they will spend any time investigating it.
I found what appeared to be a BB gun hole contained by my window once. Then, since I live subsequent to a golf course I deduced it be a golf ball that hit it. It be quite unplanned. My guess is that the hole you found was any an accident or kids goofing around. But if it happen again you might be concerned. Not too sure what the police could do though unless you catch the vandal contained by the act.

How do I avoid hiring undesirables applying for work?

I run a service industry company. They seem ok within the interview. Later there is excessive absence and tardiness cause me to lose accounts. They steal my property. I advertise for employment inthe local community the Fourth Estate. H E L P !!!!!!!!!!
Answers: I would consider using a Temporary Service for a probationary period. This path, they can be let budge without any problems. Temp to hire works great for employer.
Very difficult to know what people are similar to on the basis of a short brief interview. Best thing to do is to ring them up unexpectedly until that time you invite them for an interview and see what they are like. Trust you instincts if here is something that you are not sure about, consequently don't take their application any further. Make sure you check their reference especially verbally. Employers will commonly say things on the phone which they won't right to be heard in writing. Other than Psychological test I don't know what else to suggest.

Stealing is a definite no no, as is rudeness. But you mention excessive malingering. It could be that these people are rotten for genuine reason with proper medical, and disabled qualified condition reasons. I appreciate from the employer point of view that this cause you to lose business but from the employees point of estimation, these laws are surrounded by place to protect them from unfair dismissal.

As the executor in my father's estate and in attendance are disgruntled family member, as long as I am following the

law, do I enjoy the final say so as to whether property contained by the estate is sold, per the estate attorney I do. My question further is can those disgruntled relatives members come hindmost at me in other ways?
Answers: My direction is to turn the whole piece over to an attorney who is experiences in estates. Then, when line members hold issues, you can direct them to the attorney to answer their questions.

It will cost more money than self-administration, but it will put aside you some headaches contained by the long run.
As long as your father's will follows the rules of inclusion, etc. They should have no recourse, as long as you are following the regulation.

That is the exact situation why my will has this phrase contained by it.

"My faith and confidence have been placed beside Lacey (my executor), and my instructions will be followed as written. If anyone tries to contest this will in any process, then they will be departed nothing, and their share will be given to the Church designated surrounded by this will."

That is not the exact wording (it is slightly more legally worded) but explicitly the impact. My opinion is that it is my stuff, and my wishes. You want to betray me, and you can hold nothing. I suggest everyone puts this within their will.

My dad says that if I drive a passenger and I find in an at-fault stroke of luck, my passenger could sue me?

So my dad doesn't want me to drive passengers..is nearby truth to this statement?
Answers: You have a duty of aid to your passengers. If your negligence results contained by injury to them, you can indeed be sued. It happens every light of day.
Absolutely! As the driver of a vehicle, you're legally responsible for the well-being of anyone within your car. For instance, I own a friend who drove drunk several years ago, fell asleep behind the tiller, and flipped his truck. His best friend died as a result. Thus, he spent time in sentence to prison.

Basic insurance(liability coverage)covers a state-required minimum of coverage for passengers. That's simply for the reality that anything that happens within your car, beside you behind the wheel--even if it's not your car--is your responsibility. This is reflect in seatbelt-violation law. If your passenger doesn't have his or her seatbelt on surrounded by certain states, you catch the ticket.

If you make an at-fault err, that's your official "fault". Your passenger, typically, would be suing your insurance company though.
Well I believe what your dad said... but he never meant to upset you.. its just a 'Caution'. It applies to everyone NOT simply you. So, be careful and watchful when driving a passenger with you. If you own recently started driving consequently I will recommend NOT to carry a passenger beside you unless your confident of your driving skills.

GOOD LUCK and Drive Safe!
I think your dad is wrong!! The passenger is riding at his/her own risk, as a consequence he/she can't really sue you for any damages. Your insurance company will cover any serious damages, but they can't sue you personally unless you forced them to achieve in the motor.
