Then I go Over to continue to Stock Cigerattes and He spit On me I go Ballistic I went out Side took A picture Of his License Plate and Called the Police The Police Basicaly Didnt do Nothing Told Me the Usual a Detective will Contact you something like the Matter But hat Is None the Less a Person Spit on me. I would say probably not a short time ago a moral and ethical issue unless you can prove he has a natural life dangering disease that is fluid transferable. My boyfriend quit his job backbone in August. He have had several interviews and one of the job gave him a phone call back until they get the results from the background check. My BF have a trespassing petty misdemeanor (dismissed) and a fireworks misdemeanor on his record from 2005. Can these types of misdemeanors be preventing him from getting a livelihood???Answers: Yes, but usually not in your BF travel case.

If a woman on purpose exposes her fetus to drugs/alcohol/any harmful substances, should she be prosecuted surrounded by the criminal justice system?This is an issue truly being considered right very soon. These substances can cause physical damage, birth defects, and addiction surrounded by the baby when it is born. I purely wanted to see everyone's opinion.
Answers: I think it's horrid. I estimate her tubes should be tied legitimately and permanently when a woman does something close to that don't you?
She has no right to take on a child while being such a tramp and abuser approaching that. People have no conception the suffering a baby go through and they are born addicted and suffer health problems their together life long.

if you are talking nearly legal substances no. however if you are conversation about prohibited substances yes. All that has to be proven is she know she was pregnant and know she was taking a forbidden substance.
It depends on what right you want to attach to the fetus and what right you want to vest in the woman.

The answer is no. In answer to that, I think the proper answer is that any prosecution for ill-treat of substances should include the inherent societal harm to children and the unborn. Women and pregnant women should not be treated differently. But perchance we need to better become conscious the harm such things result in.
