You broke a major rule by going within dressed down. You can always remove your tie coat etc... But you can never dress up after you are nearby. IF you opt not to follow through then any credibility you have up to this point in time is very soon gone. I hope if you are the one who is right that you do follow through and succeed! Then remember and mark this experience of going into a talks unprepared and under dressed as a research experience. And for goodness sakes return with a sitter too!!! Lots of responsible teen girls are in involve of some of the cash you earn to support anything it is teenagers need to buy!!!

Second I am not the brightest bulb in the collection but your spouse appears to have already set you up for end. At this point i would try to give concept in the follow up appointment and forward a written copy to the pres.

Need to know PA state laws pertaining to assisted living facility and a resident that assaulted another?

My 73 yr old-fashioned Uncle resides at an Assisted Living (AL) in PA. He have mild mental retardation but can do almost everything for himself. Another resident called him a impossible name and my Uncle grab the man's shirt, ripped it and it took 4 adults to pull my Uncle past its sell-by date the man. The AL said it was PA State directive that my Uncle have a physchological evaluation and told us he have to leave. Is this true? What can I do to aid my Uncle? Thanks Theresa

Answers: Yes,they have the right to ask your uncle to go off the facility. An assisted living facility is for those people that require minimal assistance and are run by a fixed staff. If your uncle is abusive towards the other residents,he will be asked to donate because they do not have the staff to traffic with this type of behavior. I've worked at plentiful nursing homes in Pa and this is a frequent pervasiveness. They are required to have him take a psych eval and will probably recommend that he be placed in an Alzheimer's component where he will hold more supervision. Obviously there is a medical problem next to your uncle to have him perform out this way,especially if it isn't his usual behavior. I would guess that he is experiencing the untimely signs of Alzheimer's Disease. Combative behavior is a common symptom. I own been punched,pinched,scratched and even thrown against the wall more times than I can count. It would serve your uncle better to be surrounded by a facility where he will procure more medical intervention to help him through this. I choice your family the best,it is never undemanding.

after an incident the home has to clear sure the other patients are safe..ure Uncle is bad and that should be taken into consideration,,BUT it is all in the region of Liability..and the home's by laws to ensure that adjectives it's residents are safe. First, the corporation bit- If an LLC be characterized as a corporation, it would have to grip to all corporate filings, minutes, meeting, etc. which it does not have to stick to. It is generally referred to as a partnership. The "C" stands for company, and the entity is sometimes referred to as an LLP or Limited Liability Partnership.

The second bit- pass-through taxes to the partner. This may be nitpicking, but while this is the default duty structure with the IRS of an LLC, you can elect to be tax like a corporation adn wage the 'Double tax'. About 99% of the time this will not be a good hypothesis, it still can be taxed as a corporation.
