Answers: Discrimination is a social evil which is particularly much like a crazy animal. Don't feed it!
Just as you wouldn't nurture a bear, you shouldn't "feed" a racist or discriminatory personage. How do you not feed them? Don't back up their views near your patronage or your friendship. If we all did that, those near the ugly view would realize how utterly outnumbered they are.
I think racism and prejudice will shutting down when we improve the tuition system. A lot of people are racist because their parents be racist and they pass that conservatory of thought onto their children. The children go to institution and pass these racst thinking onto other children and so far, there is nil really "convincing" in school that racism is wrong.
People are a product of their environment. Until we change that environment, racism and prejudice will still exsist.
Racism will verbs to exist given the environment that people are born lower than and what they become conditioned to. But I believe a step in the right direction is fathom out and tolerance to see the perspective and condition of another. Often times we have to "feel" what it is close to to be another and see through their eyes, in doing so we know how they get the impression and we make and nouns within ourselves. In this bearing you are not looking from outside-in which is subjective and will be filtered through your beliefs or conditioning, a bit you are looking from within-out which is a suspension of your perspective. This sort of empathy brings true tolerance and being competent to let step.
But so few are willing to even try such things, to step outside of themselves. These few who are wiling are a in danger of extinction find. For the most part I don't deem racism can live the world, most are mechanical surrounded by their actions and amazingly instilled to react to specific things, it would rob a shock to put some people within consciousness to see, that's if they are that conditioned to their form of hate and those who detestation become that which they hate. Even as some ancestors grow and learn and are brought up contained by communities which are diverse and spiritually accepting through learning from the parents and etc, nearby will always exist someone out nearby who will be racist.
