My very trusting husband give a handyman a deposit on some work, but now the give hasn't come or call us posterior.

He found the guy on craig's list. The guy already deposited the check. Is near anything we can do to get the moey rear legs? I don't know how much we gave him because my husband is so pissed and won't let somebody know me. Can we arrest him? Any laws? Help?

Most cheques have a group printed across (top-to-bottom)
about mid-way so you write sideways within the band ' a/c payee only' . This ensure that only the person/company you want to wage can cash the cheques i.e. it can't be stolen.

I dont deny the holocaust, but i do dismiss the official info. prove it, can you??

My conveyancing solicitors are too slow and never contact me, can they charge me any money if i sack them?

i am dealing with a firm of solicitors call lawcomm and am unhappy next to their service, it has took over 4 months so far and it is still ongoing to complete a standard right to buy flat from my local council and they never contact me i own just contacted them again because i signed my lease and sent it stern to them a month ago and my rep said it must be in the sorting room, how can i alter solictor and will i have to reward them any monies for work they have claimed to to, thankfulness.

I believe it is because of radon gas, but also could be because of moister that could cause respiratory sickness, along near mildew and other molds.

The US Constitution gives private citizens the freedom of association - meaning a private group can exlude whoever they want to from their meetings/clubs/etc... Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (aka the Sex Discrimination Act) applies solitary to employers of 15 or more force, public organizations, the governing body, employment agencies and labor organizations.

Hence, Freemasonry (along next to every college fraternity, sorority, the cub scouts, boy scouts, brownies, girl scouts, Augusta golf club, women only sports/fitness centers, etc...) are not exempt per se, but a bit the Act is not applicable.

I do know what ROP is.

As others said to get Social Security you would own to show that your disabilty is so severe that you cannot work or attend school. You are taking classes and the words and sentence structure you used to write the put somebody through the mill are excellent for 18.

It would take a long time to even wallet a claim even if you were super disabled. They would argue that you are not and at 18 you can do what others do... hitch college or wait table or something while in institution.
