Legal Advice in NC-Child Custody?

My friend and her husband hold been married 5 years. He make $45k a year, and she makes $15K. They enjoy one child, 4 years old. She and he go to a concert 4 nights ago, he be roughed up by a bouncer, then get into a fight near her. She hit him due to the altercation. He was drunk at the time. Yesterday, he served her papers for domestic brutality. He also works at a federal prison. He got a court demand against her being within their home. He went to a adjudicate to get the lay down. He wont let her see their child. His mom is staying beside he and the child. What can my friend do? One of the sheriffs who served the papers is a good friend of his, and use to live near the couple. It is Sat now. I grain so bad for my friend. She is going crazy. She is so upset she can't give attention to straight. She wont be able to communicate to a lawyer until Mon.

Answers: Unfortunately, near is little that she can do until she is able to speak beside her lawyer. It depends on the state you live in. I do not know where on earth these people who said you will find it right away live. But I know for a fact surrounded by my state you do not always find it right away. I know 2 people contained by the last month that get a house arrest teather and one waited 2 weeks formerly he had to dance get it and the other one have a specific date of when he goes to take it on.

Hi Alex g, I am also disgusted. How can this be condoned by ethical business practices? Have you also notice that the
Christian community is having their rights to free speech taken away. Even contained by the army, Chaplains are not allowed to preach just about Jesus. I'm in college contained by NYC and have be asked to do jury duty at home in PA, am I exempted?

I'm a Pennsylvania resident and attend college surrounded by NYC currently. According to my sister, there's a letter within the mail asking me to serve on jury. Am I exempted from jury duties because I'm surrounded by NYC for college? Or would they make me stop classes and fly all the bearing back to Pennsylvania to serve?

You are probably exempt. I am within PA and when I was contained by college I was summoned for jury duty 2 or 3 times. We had a unpromising break up today, and shes demanding her money back, which is still within my bank information, which does not have her mark on it.
