I bought books from ITV by Kevin Trudeau and wish to return them. I involve an RA number according to their rules and have tried calling their phone numbers for several weeks but never attain a live person. All I seize is their taped message and music.
I also involve the address of the Postmaster General and Tappy Phillips of WABC, Channel 7. Please help. This book is tripe and I need my money backbone. Thanks!!

Answers: What brand of tort? Notices of intent are completely different depending on the tort.

As a law student, I'd be in motion to a form book in your local decree library. The librarian can point the section out and you can poke about through it for "sample" notices of intent.

As a layman, I'd shift to the state's judicial website and search for notice of intent and other such documents.

Worse comes to worst; call your local courthouse!

I dont regard anyone can be 100% convinced either channel - if they did it, I would be so shocked that they haven't broken down with remorse from adjectives the support they have be given. I didnt register my warantee on my dishwasher!! please help!!?

I get a dishwasher a little while ago (not sure when exactly, perchance a month and a half ago!) but immediately there’s a leak, something wrong next to the internal plumbing in the electrical device, so I looked at the papers I got beside the machine and there’s a point for registering your warrantee but I never used it!!!!, it doesn’t say that the guarantee is invalid if you don’t register or that you must register, the front say this ""your new indesit purchase is guaranteed against breakdown for a time of 12 months. by registering your purchase you will be helping us provide you with the best possible after sale service"

is it still guaranteed???? please help!!

Answers: no, it should still be guaranteed, you can other say you thought you posted it, must hold been lost contained by post, or blame your sister...

I work for DWP. Some of us are being made surplus. We get told the other day that in attendance are jobs going at the Inland Revenue. We hold been told we cannot apply for them unless we hold been made surplus back the advert went out. We wont know until extension of September if we are made surplus or not. Surely we have the right to apply. Does this not breach equal oppurtunities?

Answers: It sounds similar to they're getting rid of specific people by doing that! That's as unpromising as sacking but near no come back on them. You're fairly stuck between a rock and a hard place, if you see up a stink you won't do yourself any favours either! Sucks.

They giving the populace that are being made surplus a break by letting them apply to Inland Revenue(whatever the hell that is).
Don't conjecture the powers want people that are not candidate for surplus applying for the Inland Revenue spots. They WANT to keep THEM onboard .
do you own a pretty good sense of who is going to be made surplus?

Of course you can apply, you can apply for any assignment any time.

I think you may be confused, someone's probably trying to notify you that if you apply to the Revenue, are successful and leave the DWP earlier the "surplus" issue is resolved, you will have resigned and will not qualify for any redundancy payments etc.

However, it may be possible that at hand is a special arrangement with the Revenue to present jobs to those made surplus by the DWP; if that's the armour, then unquestionably the condition of this arrangement is that you HAVE been made "surplus".
