Excuse me but no one surrounded by the US prisons are ever executed for petty crimes. It's mostly murder or multi murders. You might be thinking about other countries but not America. I also live surrounded by Texas, and I am against the death cost. I was pro-capital punishment for a long time, but I own changed my stance over the years, for several reasons:

it occur to me, if we actually manage to stop crime in society after we'd put millions of court staff, lawyers, prison staff, police administrator, insurance companies and many more out of a work. unemployment would step through the roof, the economy would collapse and socety as we know it would termination (maybe a slight exaggeration there but you return with the point). We be allowed to smoke in the garden of another ward on the ground floor (we be on the first floor), but only when nurses didn't mind going downstairs. near was no smoking between 8.30pm and 8.45am. whenever we complained, the nurses would say aloud "...so give it up!"I don't resembling to say it, but we be not there to furnish up smoking. what do you think?
